Recruiting Overseas Nationals

International Recruiting can be a daunting experience for both employer and potential employee, especially where
the recruit has previously never travelled to the destination before and when the employer has not previously met
with the recruit. Vira has therefore included services to assist new recruits with their Relocating to the UK as an
additional part of its international recruitment service, to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.

The new Point Based System (PBS) of Immigration that is being introduced in the UK from 1st January 2021, will
treat EU and non-EU citizens equally and transform the way in which all migrants come to the UK to work .We are
extremely hopeful that this system will be very beneficial for the Hospitality Industry and create a lot of positions.
