PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES


Graduates of Master in Business Administration are expected to:
 Develop business competencies necessary to design and implement strategies to improve overall organizational results taking into consideration the ethical and
international issues of the business environment.
 Enhance competencies in problem analysis and resolution, team management, performance management, communication and interpersonal skills and project
management.
 Equip students with theoretical and practical knowledge which can benefit tremendously in managerial and administrative jobs.
 Develop interpersonal confidence amongst student professionals related to current industry practices and develop individual sound judgment on various
circumstances affecting different scenarios.

PROGRAM OUTCOMES
Students of the Master in Business Administration program must demonstrate:

1. Ability to assess business environments and industry structure using different theoretical and or conceptual framework.
2. Formulation and recommendation of strategic direction, functional and operational action plans of business value creation in a sustainable socially responsible and
ethical manner considering the needs of the community and national development.
3. Effective oral and written communication through various business channels using both English and Filipino Languages to create alignment and implement strategies
for business results.
4. Analysis and evaluation of management challenges and opportunities, and justify courses of action based on professionalism and good governance.
5. Managerial and leadership skills using various decision making tools and knowledge with economic trends and issues.
6. Capacity to implement action plans effectively and efficiently in a collaborative effort.
