I choose the functional organizational structure among its other type because I think that this type of structure will suit/fit the most to my proposed business. This type of
organizational structure is a very simple yet flexible type. It is popular because of its features and advantages. It grouped the employees based on their knowledge and skills,
allowing them to achieved high performance. Their roles and responsibilities are fixed, in which they can facilitate easy accountability for the work. The hierarchy is clear and it
reduces the number of communication channels that will lead to frictionless communication within the department. The work is not duplicated as all the departments have defined
responsibilities. The cooperation is excellent within the departments which is very crucial in making the tasks done.
