employees at our healthcare agency with new training which will provide them time by
enhancing productivity and efficiency in the workplace. Along with these advancements this
change will also provide our clients with privacy and easy access to their accounts.
In moving forward employees will now have the convenience of logging hours,
reviewing schedules, having client’s personal information at their fingertips, and effectively
making notations regarding client visits, information concerns, and personal information. This
new opportunity is coming in the form of a new application called ClearCareGo App.
The need for the overall organizational change has been coming to the surface due to
increasing concerns using the paper system for documenting hours, schedules, and tasks.
Employees have in their possession folders which contain client’s personal information such as
addresses, phone numbers, and vital health information. This will leave the possibility of
After discussions with department mangers regarding the shared diagnosis, it was
determined that the organizational changes regarding the ClearCareGo App would be greatly
beneficial. This project includes outcomes, audience, effects of the changes, timeline, and
engagement in the organizational change process. Again, change will bring about greater

The new structure of the company computer system will now have the added
ClearCareGo app added to the network, where there will be additional training instructions if

We are rolling this app out to our employees in a six-week process. The initial internal
message will come first after discussions with CEO and managers in the form of posters and
company emails. After a week of initial announcements of the new change with the app. We
will begin training with IT Specialist with daily scheduled times and training videos for anytime
access. After this time, there will be scheduled weekly meetings regarding employee concerns.
In order to gain buy in from those involved we will provide activities in the form of
games while using the app to show understating of its use. Those showing new developed skills
will have the opportunity to use incentives in order to ensure the success rate. At the end there
will office celebrations in order o show appreciation to employees for taking part in the new
changes.
