 Release process in system through KEM followed by CVDE methodology.

 Manufacturing feasibility study of Part design, interior trim suggesting design

 Design feedback & customer interaction based on tooling feasibility.
 Assembly structure check with interface parts.

switch panel

 Styling change as per tooling direction & package switch from the panel .
 Assembly sequence also done with case.
 Leg room space check that as per standard.
 Fit & finish study & installation drawing done
 To study of homologation & safety affected
