Tightening torque : 1 ± 0.2Kg.m

Please keep the tightening order of ECU mounting bolts in order to insure
the perfect contact of ECU and cooling plate.

Before the electric welding on machine

Very Important

If electric welder used on any vehicle (including bus, truck, excavator, forklift ..) while the
harness connectors are connecting on engine ECU, ECU can be damaged seriously due to the
electrical shock.

Please keep following steps.

1. Disconnect the ‘Ground’ battery cable ( ‘-’ cable) from chassis.

2. Disconnect the wire harness connectors from ECU

3. Welding

4. Re-connect the wire harness connectors on ECU

5. Re-connect the ‘Ground’ battery cable ( ‘-’ cable) on chassis.

Before electric welding on machine

Remember this……

- Before welding on the machine the ECU must be disconnect, if the ECU is not disconnected
a serious failure to the ECU may occur.

- Before you connect or disconnect the wiring harness of the ECU THE NEGATIVE BATTERY
CABLE ON THE BATTERY MUST BE DISCONNECTED.
