It is founded by China De Leon with over 10 years
of experience as a Senior Architect in Edward Co
Tan + Architects specializing both commercial and
institutional sectors, which substantially enriched
her space planning and cost management skills in
designing.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
The firm is established by M. Arch. China De Leon,
who received a Bachelor’s Degree in
Architecture from the Mapua Institute of
Technology. In 2024, with her passion and
commitment, she began studies at University of
the Philippines Diliman and earned Master of
Architecture.

To be known in designing responsible architecture with
outstanding quality designs conceptualized by highly
experienced professionals while establishing a strong
relationship with valued clients to expand the firm’s
