I would like to inform you that I, Md. Mahamudur Rahman have joined as ACO (OP) in UCBL
on 14-09-2011. As a cash officer I have deposited TK. 5,000/- as security money. I have
qualified the cadre change exam in both written exam and subsequent interview and secured the
required score as per policy of the Bank, Ref- CO/HRMD (Cash Cadre)/ID-3900/4124/2016.
Now I am working as a Junior Officer from 01-12-2016.
So, I would request your kind honor and refund my cash security money of TK. 5,000/- and
oblige thereby.

Dear Sir,

We would forward here with a self-explanatory application along with all supporting paper since
received from Mr. Md. Mahamudur Rahman, Junior Officer, of our New Eskaton branch Branch.

In this regard, we would like to inform your good self that Mr. Md.Mahamudur Rahman has
joined in this organization in 14-09-2011 as an Assistant Cash Officer (OP), Ref- CHO/HRM
(ACO) PF-939/3183/2010. As a cash officer he had deposited TK 5,000/- as cash security money
on that time. But now he has changed Junior Officer by qualifying in both written exam and
subsequent interview and secured the required qualifying score as per Bank policy with an effect
from 01-12-2016, Ref- CO/HRMD (Cash Cadre/ ID-3900/4124/2016.

In consideration of the above facts we would request your kind honor to accord your approval for
refunding of TK 5,000/- of cash security money to Mr. Md. Mahamudur Rahman, Junior Officer
of our New eskaton Branch and oblige thereby.
