The key person of the company is Mr. Ahsanul Bari, FCMA is a Career banker & Professional
Accountant with 29 (twenty nine) years hands on experience in the financial industry. Mr. Bari served as
CEO & Managing Director (current charge) at BIFC (Bangladesh Industrial Finance Company Limited,)
a joint venture and listed financial institution. Prior to joining BIFC he was served in the City bank
Limited as Head of Finance.

After completing M.Com (Final) in accounting from Chittagong University and, he made debut in the
banking career with National Bank Limited as a Probationary Officer in 1984.

Mr. Bari Qualified Cost & Management Accountancy Examination from the Institute of Cost &
Management Accountants of Bangladesh in 1996. He is a fellow member of Institute of Cost &
Management Accountants of Bangladesh and also associate member of the institute of Cost & Executive
Accountants of UK.

Mr. Bari also worked in National credit limited, Bangladesh Commerce & Investment Ltd, IFIC Bank
Limited and Dutch Bangla Bank Limited and served there in various capacities as Divisional head &
CFO. He acquired exposure as Management consultant & Director (Finance) in 2 (two) private Limited
company & one listed company from 2002 to 2004.

At present, Mr. bari also holds the position of Independent Director of Rupali Life Insurance Company
Limited, and Advisor of Orange Hub Consortium & Orange Hub Apparels.

With his wide experience of serving in various working environment, Mr. Bari gathered expertise in the
areas of Credit, General Banking, Remittance, Foreign Trade, Human Resources & administration,
Treasury and Fund Management, Portfolio Management, Logistic and Finance and Accounts. Other than
banking & accounting exposure, Mr. bari gathered the expertise in launching various industry and
business houses. Mr. Bari was also a Management Consultant of Wata Chemicals Ltd & North South
Poultry & Fisheries Ltd and Director Finance of Safa Basic Chemicals Ltd with effect of May 2002 to
December 2004.
He converged training program, seminar & workshop in both home and abroad. Having extra Curricular
activities as pro master of Quantum Foundation, Honorary consultant of Quantum Foundation for Audit
& Accounts , trainer of SEDF on ALM, Examiner of ICMAB, Life member , Chattagram Samity Dhaka ,
Sandwip Samaj Uttara, Dhaka, Sandwip Association Dhaka & Adviser Baitul Aman Jame Mosque, sector
– 14, Uttara, Dhaka .Travelled several times in India, Nepal, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Saudi
Arabia, UK, USA, Italy, France, Belgium, Germany ,Luxembourg & Vietnam.
