ISSUE –
Life imprisonment or death sentence

As a CONSTITUTIONALIST my concern is the true meaning and application of the constitution.

* Gerrit, I understood you oppose the death penalty, so what is this about?
**#** INSPECTOR-RIKATI®, regardless that allegedly we have abolished the death penalty
reality is that often people who have no criminal record nevertheless are given the death penalty.
In fact reality is that it has been escalating.
* I am curious to find out how you make this claim.
**#** You got those anti vaxers who well oppose their children to be vaccinated and well the
Government, that is the Federal Government has put in place “No Jab, No Pay” meaning they are
by the Federal government denied certain Commonwealth funding unless they have their
child(ren) vaccinated. And as I understand it the same is intended to be applied by the Federal
government regarding the vaccination against COVID-19.
In my view it is terrible if a child becomes ill and perhaps becomes trapped in a body that no
longer will function normally. Even worse if a child dies. As such, I do view that this is a kind of
life sentence or even a death sentence to a child. Actually the same we might hold about the
elderly in nursing homes who are left to become ill or even die.
* Are you promoting compulsory vaccinations?
**#** Actually I am not.

I would recommend that this would be a video compulsory for every person to watch. It is 1hr 15 min
58 seconds to watch but I value every minute of it. It is about not only masks but also about
vaccinations. I can tell you that everything this neurosurgeon stated confirmed precisely what I
viewed was the situation.
* Was he for or against vaccinations?
**#** He did not specifically make such a statement and you can draw your own conclusions
from what he explained. I liked that he mostly had typed up what he explained so no guessing as
to what he did or didn’t say as when it comes to medical terms this can become extremely
difficult to follow if you haven’t got the written text.
* And you verdict is?
**#** We need to stop sending people into life of imprisonment or even give them the death
penalty. And if this is not stopped then I view every politician/doctor who continues this rot
should be facing serious charges of spending the rest of their lives in imprisonment without
parole.
*. That is a very strong statement to make.

**#** Look, we have so many of the elderly dying in nursing homes and in my view many could
have been avoided if their level of care was appropriate. It has been a form of genocide against
the elderly so the Government may instead of spending monies on the elderly care so to say
spend the monies on their own rorting.
There are simple ways to improve the health of nursing home residents without any large funding
for this.
For example make sure that every resident, as I referred to in past writings, is at least provided
say 5 minutes or more with direct sunlight. That is vitamin D. That is what they need.
*. What about vaccination of children to protect them?
**#** In my view any vaccination of a child must be approved by a medical doctor. No such
thing as some kind of routine vaccination. The same for adults, in particular nursing home
residents. And the doctor then can be held legally liable if he provided a vaccination that turns
out to have been harmful to the person who was vaccinated. This then would make doctors more
likely weary not to tow the line with pharmaceutical companies for some kick back but to do the
right thing to their patients. As such, any vaccination must be prescribed and so approved by a
particular medical doctor who’s details are to be recorded having authorized it.
*. What about politicians pursuing compulsory vaccinations?
**#** In my view this is unlawful as it violated the embedded legal principles of our
Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (UK). I will not now delve into the
constitutional/legal details but in my view any backdoor manner to force a parent to have a child
vaccinated without a specific medical doctor having authorized this for each particular child is a
criminal offence to defy the parents constitutional rights and then I view the politicians should
serve life imprisonment for deliberately violating constitutional rights of a parent. It is their child
and unless there is a specific court order after both parties have been heard that authorize
vaccination of a particular child we must respect the rights of the parents to determine what is
best for its child.
*. Federal Minister for health Greg Hunt is pursuing to compel vaccination regarding COVID-
19 are you considering that also?

And it is terrible that these doctors seeking to look after patients then may place their entire
future at risk. That needs to be appropriately address.
For example it is utterly stupid to place a person infected with any infectious disease in ICU.
What they need is to be place in “QUARANTINE” facilities which may or may not need to be
using ICU (Intensive Care Unit). Here we had reportedly some 17 doctors all becoming infected
from the one patient this because the patient was not place in “QUARANTINE” facilities.
“COVID-19” does not need to be a killer disease if you properly isolate those who suffer from it
and provide appropriate medical care that doesn’t needlessly place medical staff in danger.
This is where it seems to fall down. No proper “QUARANTINE” facilities are at all provided. It
is also known that using ventilators actually can advance the death of the patient because unless
the ventilator is properly programmed it likely can cause more likely to accelerate the death of a
patient. Yet, ask yourself when politicians and medical doctors and Chief Health Officers are
talking about “QUARANTINE” they refer to putting people in some hotel, which is not
“QUARANTINE” at all.

*. Are you saying that after more than 9 months they still haven’t grasped how to isolate anyone
infected?
**#** Well, that is what it appears to be. As such, their lack of “common sense” is more likely
causing the suffering and even death of the many. In my view “common sense” alone would
dictate that to seek to avoid / reduce infections is to isolate those who are infected in appropriate
“QUARANTINE” facilities. And not just dump them in a hospital, etc, and let the medical staff
be left at risk. Also, make mask that actually protect the medical staff and not what is now done
with face masks or face diapers that in general are often utterly useless against any virus. I have
written about this in the past, and so no need to repeat all that again.
*. You also wrote in the past about this deep cleaning.
**#** Well, deep cleaning a place is only going to work if you use proper housekeeping conduct.
If however you deep clean a place and immediately allows a staff member to spread anything
around the place endangering staff and residents then surely deep cleaning isn’t going to work.
*. What about premier Daniel Andrews conduct?
**#** I have been watching numerous video’s about this Hunter Biden how the Chinese
Government got so much on him regarding sex issues, etc. And I understand that they likewise
have a lot of this regarding many others including politicians, and billionaires. And when one
then consider the deals Premier Daniel Andrews reportedly made with the Chinese Government
then I wonder if his conduct is dictated because they might have something on him and if he
doesn’t follow their directions/rules then they might expose it all.
*.So you think he might have become compromised and the CCP (Chinese Communist Party)
may have something they use to blackmail him?
**#** In my view this ought to be appropriately investigated as to me his conduct simply doesn’t
make sense. Let us consider “Rudy Giuliani caught in humiliating bedroom scene in new
Borat movie” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0xkg0-bc3dw. Here we have a top lawyer
who should know the ropes and nevertheless allegedly was sucked into a scene by Borat’s
daughter. Former Senator Darryn Hinch I understood slept with a 5 yea old when he assumed she
was an adult. It is easy to be tricked into some situation and when then the room is build
specifically for filming then a politicians could be trapped into a situation unaware that it is being
recorded and then well it be used to blackmail the politicians. The politician then may rather sell
out his country then have exposed what he/she did. This may also underline that politicians
would do better to stay overnight at their own embassy to avoid any such possible incriminating
situation. But for many politicians it might be deemed beneath them to stay overnight at an
embassy. And well they then take that risk.
*.You are not saying that Premier Daniel Andrews is compromise but merely alluding it could be
possible considering how the Chinese Communist Party appears to have done so with others?
**#** I have watched video’s from a Chinese whistleblower and he made clear there were more
than 100 hard drives of numerous persons having been recorded. As such, it appears to have been
a comprehensive blackmail system. I understand that Premier Daniel Andrews made allegedly
some 30 trips to China and well in my view unless he went for some private holidays purpose it
was not his business to go there this is because “EXTERNAL AFFAIRS” falls within Federal
powers. Then we have this utter and sheer nonsense to have the curfew while allegedly then
using this to have some reported 21 passengers planes arriving with what appeared to be Chinese
Surveillance camera’s which I understand were installed then in parks, etc. And then we have

those alleged Chinese laboratories involved in testing of people, while it is reported that Chinese
companies are building up a data base for the CCP. As such, every person tested may have its
DNA and other details now stored by the CCP.
*. Is your view that Premier Daniel Andrews is a thread to national security?
**#** In my view considering his conduct, that I view is at the very least bizarre he might indeed
be a security thread both regarding national security as well as personal security of those being
tested, etc. In my view the Lockdowns, curfews, compulsory mask wearing, social distancing,
etc, all was utter and sheer nonsense.
In my view, much better results could have been achieved is first of all the residents in nursing
homes were provided with access to fresh air, better targeted nutritious food for them and they
were not isolated from family and friends even if preventing to be infected, including better
hygienic house keeping. Anyone infected be placed in a “bubble” of a “QUARANTINE”
facility. When you consider that a lot more elderly are living at home with a much lower death
rate then surely this too might indicate that when you have a person left in a nursing home to die
then obviously this will affect their immune system also. If however you create circumstances
that they are not left to die but are cared for all around to make their last years to live to the best
of their ability then this too can have a great effect upon their health in general. And obviously
avoid any kind of compulsory vaccinations not specifically prescribed by their medical doctor.
*. And for those who fail to provide for this?
**#** I would hold that “life imprisonment” would be the reward given to them. Once you start
imprisoning them then the rest will quickly smarten up. But now they don’t seem to me to care a
bit. Lies and deception and the Hotels fiasco inquiry exposed how they were concealing relevant
details and was it not for Sky News Peta Credlin likely not much would have come out. As I
made clear that Premier Daniel Andrews allegedly claimed as I understand in regard of using
private security:

Yet, “Mr Eccles claimed he had no knowledge of the plan” appears to indicate that the question is
“We’ve” is then referred to where the head of the PCD didn’t even know about it?

Why would Premier Daniel Andrews claim that 500 police would be freed up if he didn’t know who made
the decision? It means that the decision to involve private security guards clearly was made before this even
so Mr Eccles was unaware of the discussions beforehand and neither knew who made the decision. I also
understand that the Premier had directed staff of the then Minister for Health Jenny Mikakos to directly report
to the Premier. As such, it appears to me that Jenny Mikakos despite being the relevant Minister for Health so
to say was kept out of the loop of information as to what was going on.

In my view Premier Daniel Andrews appeared to have worked on the PRIVATE SECURITY
issue long before 27 March 2020 and just doesn’t like owning up to it. For this staff they were
well entitled to assume that when the premier for “quite some time” refers to something then he
may have made his decision without having specifically expressed this.

In my view, the man deserved to be rewarded with a lifetime term of imprisonment without
parole.

We need to return to the organics and legal principles embed in of our federal constitution!
