programs that you have applied to for the batch of 2020-22, as of now.

However, you are advised to login and check your dashboard for any update on Change in your
result status, on account of Waitlist movement. Also kindly check the Institutes website regularly
for any notifications. It will be your responsibility to check the dashboard and website to remain updated.
The Institute will not communicate individually with applicants on updates.

We have put down information on important rules with respect admission, documents required and fees
for your perusal, in case you are selected as per merit order in a subsequent merit list. On account of the
shortened time period in the pandemic situation, this information will help you to remain prepared with
documents and fees.

Should you be waitlisted later, and then offered admission to a program, you will need to make
the payment of fees within 3 days from the day the offer of admission is made to you. You are
therefore advised to arrange for the fees and be prepared to complete the process in time.

Please note that students wanting to avail of Bank Loan are required to meet the timeline for
paying the first installment of fees and the Library & Hostel deposit, as mentioned in the offer
letter. Once the installment is released by bank and is credited to Institutes account, the fees
already paid by the student will be reimbursed back to the student without any deductions, via
online payment mode.

Rules for Admission for Selected / Waitlisted / Selected & Waitlisted students:

The candidate seeking admission is required to complete the steps for the admission process ONLINE,
within the dates communicated.

- Following the dates is critical, any delay will result in the seat being allotted to the next
candidate as per merit order.

- Waitlisted students will be offered a seat as per Merit order, subject to vacancy being available in the
said program.

- If the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria then, the offer for admission shall be deemed
NULL & VOID.

- At any point of time, if any of the information given by the candidate is found incorrect / fake the
admission to the courses shall be NULL & VOID and the fee paid for the same shall be forfeited.

- If the candidate is unable to provide relevant documents ie scanned copy of the original for verification
in time, the admissions may be forfeited.

- - Candidates who may later be Waitlisted to a program of their higher preference, if any, will be allowed
one Chance to Opt for the same, in case of vacancy in order of their Waitlist number merit order.
Further, shift is possible ONLY in Merit Order sequence and ONLY one time. Candidate opting for a
higher preference once will NOT be offered this option again. Betterment Option will be given ONLY up
to July 5th, 2020. Post July 5th, 2020 no betterment options will be allowed.

- Selected candidates will be required to pay their fees through online mode only once the
payment link is provided. Payments will not be accepted in Physical in any of the campuses of
the Institute. If you plan to apply for a Bank Loan, you will need to make the payment for the
first installment first, and when the bank loan is released by the bank and credited to
Institutes account, the fees already paid by the student will be reimbursed back to the student
without any deductions, via online payment mode.

- TIME TO MAKE PAYMENT OF FEES: Once the result is declared, candidates in the First Merit
list of candidates having Selected / Selected and Waitlisted / Waitlisted Status will be 10 days
from date of declaration of results. Subsequent waitlisted numbers will get 3 days from the
seat being offered to them. Hence you are required to make provision for payment of fees in
time, to avoid delay of admission offer to next candidate in the merit sequence.

- Anyone bringing undue pressure on the Institute or its office bearer or misbehaving with any staff
member, using inappropriate language while communicating in any format will be immediately reported
to legal authorities and may forfeit their admissions.

- Please note that in case, all the admission formalities are not completed and the fees are not paid by the
stipulated time as per the schedule; the offer of admission will automatically stand cancelled and the seat
will be offered to the next deserving candidate.

- The Institute is not liable to reimburse or pay for any expenses undertaken by the candidate in the
course of the admission process.

Educational loan from banks:

The Institute provides an allotment letter, once your admission is confirmed; you may use the same for
applying for a Bank Loan. The Institute does not have any role to play in getting loan sanctioned from
Bank.

The Institute follows the rule as specified by AICTE. Refund Rules: (Refund Rules (as per AICTE

Students canceling their admissions are required to return any books / resources provided to them in
good condition while applying for refund. In the event of such resources not being returned / not in good
condition, the Institute will deduct the market value of the same.

Commencement Date:

As per the Notification of regulators, the academic session for the PGDM courses for newly
admitted students is to be commenced from 1st August, 2020. However, the dates of starting of
academic session may vary depending upon respective State Government Notifications of the State of
Maharashtra and State of Karnataka. The academic session for the Academic Year 2020-21 may
commence in online mode owing to the COVID pandemic. The exact date and schedule will be
shared once the respective State Government issues the Notifications to this effect.

The Students admitted for Mumbai and Bengaluru campuses will need to follow the rules and regulations
of respective States (Government of Maharashtra and Government of Karnataka) especially with respect
of adhering to rules and regulations framed from time to time for ISOLATION CENTRES in case the
Students are taking admission from different States / Districts. Accordingly, students are expected to
report the respective Campuses well in advance considering the no of days notified for isolation by the
respective States. Further, the respective Students are expected to make arrangement for stay in the
ISOLATION CENTRES at their own cost. Institute may assist these students in identifying the options
available in nearby Campuses with respect to ISOLATION CENTRES.
