Introduction
“Racism is a symptom of a schizophrenic society.”

The purpose of this book is to aid people in dismantling racism


in American life.
At its best, ideas of “race” play a positive role in cultural
identity and the celebration of diversity. They’re a subject of funny
comedy skits, as well as a source of bonding among friends with
different ethnicities. Sometimes it's nothing. Other times it's an iffy
topic. At its worst, it can be the source of social divide1 and
bloodshed.

"investigations" of lynchings in the South turned up no actual lynchers. Both David Duke and
George Wallace insisted that they weren't racists. That's because in the popular vocabulary, the
racist is not so much an actual person but a monster, an outcast thug who leads the lynch mob
and keeps *Mein Kampf *in his back pocket.”

Today’s racial terms were inventions of 16th century
Europeans, like Johan F Blumenbach, who invented words like
“Caucasoid”, “Negroid” and “Mongoloid” to describe the varying
groups of people around the world. These were the basis for the
white, black, red, yellow, brown classifications we have today. Entire
sciences were made to forward racist agendas across the globe.
Further scientific investigation has rendered these ideas to be
complete trash. We know there is no scientifically verifiable idea
called “race”; humanity is far more complex than that. It’s wide
variety of tribes, cultures and ethnicities that can’t be bound to a
small set of skin colors.
Because “race” as an idea is scientifically unverifiable, we can
say the belief in race, and the practice of racism are forms of
superstition. The grievances we have experienced as a people are a
result of these superstitions being applied at a mass scale.
I have the firm belief that racism can’t hold up against critical
analysis. When knowledge is present, the light casts away ignorance
and darkness.
Its difficult to dismantle superstitions about “race” because its
so ingrained in our language. It’s almost impossible to address
without talking about it as if its real. By exploring the topic of
racism from every possible angle, I hope to expose its contradictions
and render it powerless.
One of the problems with conversations about race is that
people have multiple ideas about race and racism. They have
different thoughts about what direction racism is coming from,
where it's at, where it's going, where it's supposed to go- if it can go
anywhere at all.
This is part of the reason why progress with the race dialogue
has been so stagnant the past few decades.2 At the beginning of
2020, surveys concluded that Americans are mixed about race
relations, but things are “improving”.3

To make things simple regarding racism, I’m going to pull my
definitions from dictionary.com:

Racism [rey-siz-uh m] [noun]


1. A belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human
racial groups determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving
the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to dominate others or
that a particular racial group is inferior to the others.
2. A policy, system of government, etc., based upon or fostering such a
doctrine; discrimination.
3. Hatred or intolerance of another race or other races.

Some camps say the only type of racism that can exist is the
second definition. To them, institutional racism is the only definition
that matters. This is not true. Historically, institutional racism has
never been the only definition of racism. It may be the height of
racial terrorism, but the belief in racial superiority needs to exist
before it can become institutionalized in government policy.
Government institutions can magnify racism, but racial
disharmony can happen without a government arm. A person, or a
movement, can use racist ideologies to forward their agenda without
the law to aid them, prior to co-opting government entities and
making racism state-mandated.
For example, the KKK is a non-state actor. After the Civil War
and the passing of the 15th amendment, blacks were voting and
getting into congress at an unprecedented rate. The racists of the
south invented the KKK to spread terror, block voting and
eventually co-opt the government into making the infamous Jim
Crow laws.
People on a civilian level can also express racism towards one
another: a Hispanic can be racist against a Black, who can be racist
against an Arab, who can be racist against a Jew, who can be racist
against an Asian, who can be racist against an Anglo, who can be
racist against a Native, and so on. It can happen with simple epithets,
dirty looks, exclusion from the marketplace, verbal harassment, or
physical persecution.
For simplicity's sake, we'll reduce race to “Black” and “White”,
because the tension between these two sub-categories has defined
much of the arch of America’s recent history more than other
combinations. Many of the mechanisms I’m going to describe can
easily be used with other ethnicities.
It’s common for people to refer to Black on White racism as
“reverse racism” because racial persecution has been predominantly
White on Black through America’s history. I’m not going to be using
that term at all in this book because, by definition, ethnic prejudice
can be used by anyone and is not ‘reserved’ for people of the
Caucasian persuasion. Its a naive and Eurocentric bias that says
White people invented prejudice.
Also, it’s not uncommon for people who say racism is “one
way” to perpetuate racist behavior against other races, but get away
with it because it lacks emotional significance in the public eye.
They may even commit racist acts on their own ethnicity, and sweep
it under the rug.
The racists have made the narrative black and white
(figuratively speaking) to better control people's opinions. If issues
of race are kept simple it’s easier to guide the country's direction.
Many people who disagree with racists are stuck in their racist
framework because they lack knowledge. They’re trapped in one
paradigm, and teach each other racist things about themselves and
others with the belief that they’re benevolent- when in reality,
they’re perpetuating racism.
This often involves marginalizing different opinions among
ethnicities if they don’t fit into the right paradigm. It stunts diversity
of thought and stifles progress.
To eradicate the racism implemented in our society we must
seek to understand all schools of thought. We must do this in an
apolitical manner. More informed political decisions can be made
down the road if we look at the world from this perspective.
I’m aware that the apolitical nature of this essay is going to
make a lot of people upset. I don’t care. I am not trying to “validate”
any one point of view. I am only here to write them down.
These schools of thought are the Blood Puritans, the Social
Constructionists, and the Individualists.
It’s important to note that these schools of thought influence
the American Racial Spectrum, but they are not the American Racial
Spectrum.4

The School Of Blood Puritans


Blood puritans are people who think race has a deep physical
reality. They are the Pan-Africans or the Aryan brotherhood. They
think their blood is as core to their identity as it gets. To them, the
differences between races are not only real and tangible; perhaps
they are more than genetic and go down to the very soul.

nowhere else. I’m sure that some of the things talked about here apply in other countries. However,
my experience abroad is limited. If I were to analyze prejudice among peoples around all the world,
this essay wouldn’t have a point. And quite frankly, I don’t care about the plight of the world as
much as I care for my own people.
Within this school are two more schools: the first and most
infamous are the race radicals, who think fighting and subjugating
other races is the only way to exist next to them. The second is the
segregationists who desire to maintain their race's purity by having
closed, homogeneous communities (save for perhaps purposes of
trade). In America, there have been more White race radicals than
Black race radicals. Most Black identity movements in America are
segregationists who want to start their own nation within the country
they live or exodus back to Africa.
While race radicals and segregationists can intermingle, they
are different enough to have their own categories.5

5 It's worthy of note that many who identify as racists also apply bigotry to people of their own skin
color who are not of the same gang or tribal identity. A similar prejudice to racism, xenophobia, can also
be used from a citizen of one nation to another. People can be prejudice of those of the same skin color,
and pick apart differences in facial structure, eye, hair color, clothes or habits, etc.
The School Of Social Constructionists

and others engaged in class, ethnic, and gender
struggles over resources and identity.”

People who think race is a social construct might think there are
genetic differences between races, but they’re minor enough to be
negligible. For the most part, they believe “race” was made up, and
is a false trend in society.
There are two sides to here as well, divided between liberals
and conservatives. Some of the social constructionists believe that
because racism was invented people can be freed from it's effects
through self-determination.6

cannot be bestowed, it must be developed from within.”
The others think just the opposite: they say society's pressures
are so great that its effects are impossible to escape. The only way to
change these is to affect cultural norms through political means.
The most passionate people in either group often accuse the
other of racism for not favoring their brand of ‘anti-racism’. They
want to say that their attitudes are actually causing racism or at least
enabling it.
For this specific book, I am not here to say who is right and
who is wrong, only to note that they exist.

The School Of Individualists


These people think the idea of “race” is completely verboten.
They would say that race doesn’t exist at all, and their genetic
makeup or the pigment of their skin is almost of no consequence as
to who they are. They want nothing to do with any conversation
about race and don’t care how the conversation about race is going
in America. They believe that the tensions between the two supposed
“races” is a result of mass ignorance. They think that ignoring
anothers' ethnicity is one of the highest forms of intelligence. They
often quote Martin Luther King, saying that character is more
important than color.

Some people in this group have been severely burnt or betrayed
by Blood Puritans of their own color. They think puritans are
hypocritical.
They also find it cringy when Social Constructionists try to
stereotype them by their race, even if it's “benevolent.” Usually,
these folk doesn’t feel too tied to their ethnicity by culture; and
outside of immediate family and friends, they don’t feel any
connection to the rest of their “race.”
People can believe in two of these schools simultaneously if
they modify them. They can also change their beliefs over from one
to another over time.

Racism: The New Prejudice


I want to bring to light some historical considerations that were
white-washed by racists in power. By relearning forgotten aspects of
our history, we can help erase the damage they’ve done.
Most people born in America are only familiar with their
immediate history. They aren’t aware that many modern aspects of
racism are new and have not been here forever. Before we had these
ideas, people were concerned about tribal or national identities over
skin tone. These tribal and national identities are still large at play
the world over:

“The ancient people did not classify races according to skin color,
like the modern nations of Europe and America. The ancients, including the
Greeks and Romans, identified people according to their national or tribal
names. They used such names as Visigoths, Vandals, Saxons, Ethiopians,
Carthaginians, Jews, Arabs, Persians, Babylonians, Egyptians, and Moors.
They did not use the term Negro (which is a modern term) to refer to the
black races of the word Caucasian to refer to the white races. Dividing the
world along a color line was an idea that originated with the white
supremists in Europe after the Renaissance.”

To drive this point home, when ancient Rome expanded as an


empire across Europe, Asia, and Africa, the Roman political system
often cared less about what you looked like or where you lived and
was more concerned if you were a citizen of Rome. This was the
case for the Apostle Paul when he began preaching in the Roman
provinces. He was of Jewish heritage, but he avoided certain levels
of political persecution because he was born a Roman citizen. 7

The Racial Spectrum


Times have changed, however, for better and for worse. Today
many people usually stick to their own culture and are trapped inside

their own experiences. They might only know things from one side
of the story and have a hard time understanding any other angle,
Enter the American Racial Spectrum. In this model, there are
four groups of people. These categories are inhabited by three types
of “blood.” Black and White “purebloods” and mixed-bloods.
The groups that exist are Race Purists, Non-Racists
Purebloods, Culturally-Mixed Purebloods, and Mixed-Bloods.
The first three groups are inhabited almost entirely by
purebloods. The fourth category is reserved solely for those with
mixed blood.
The spectrum is a description how civilians interact with each
other on a social level. I pay some attention to institutional or
government entities, but plenty of books were written about what
they do and what they’re responsible for in history. I’m more
interested in talking about how individuals behave, their personal
attitudes, and the cliques they attach themselves to.
The American Racial Spectrum is fluid and changes through
time. What I’m about to describe is the contemporary version of the
spectrum, circa time now. It was different 100 years ago, and it
probably won't be the same 100 years in the future.
I am not going to sugar-coat this or cover this up with PC
language. I will be referring to racial epithets only because it's
impossible to have a seriously in-depth conversation about history
and racism without them. If their mention makes you uncomfortable,
you’ve been warned.
Also, take note that I’m trying to define a social environment
that, as far as I’m concerned, hasn’t been described in its totality yet.
That being said, I apologize ahead of time if what I say isn’t the
most elegant.

These are observations. They are not my beliefs.


Chapter 1
Racial-Purists

The first group, by today's standards, is the worst. They are


supremacists. They are purists who claim to have superior genetics
or ‘pure blood’. They’re extremely superstitious about members of
other races. Anyone who is not of their kin is either a degenerate
form of their bloodline or is so removed they're not even considered
the same species.
Purists think everyone is as racist as them because they believe
racism is natural. People who say they aren't racist are delusional.
They're hiding their racism for social credit or are intellectually
inferior.
Although each race would say they are wildly different from
another, many of the methods racists use to maintain their cultural
identity are the same.
For example, it's common for both whites and blacks to use
fear-mongering8 to keep their own ethnicity from interacting with
other ethnicities. In many cases, verbal harassment is the predecessor
of physical cruelty, be it on “the enemy race”9 or “traitors” to their
race.1011

This is where the schizophrenia gets introduced to the system.
You, the reader, might not be racist. However, the fact that racism
exists will force you to think about your skin color in certain given
scenarios.
In other words, you might think your skin color is of no
consequence; but someone else might, and they will make it a
consequence for you.
An individual or group who suspects they've made contact with
a racist element will consider leaving the area if they're made to feel
uncomfortable or perceive their safety is at risk.
Some people say, “I have pride in my race!” Others don’t
understand this. They say, “how can you have pride in your race?
That’s not an accomplishment. It was given to you!”

Purists ignore this. Race is who they are. To them, their skin
color is the defining feature of their life. If it were possible, they’d
believe they have all things in common with those of the same flesh.
Today these values are often embodied in their most potent
form in race gangs. While not exclusive to these organizations,
Whites are represented by the infamous KKK, the Aryan
Brotherhood, or the Alt-Right; for Blacks, the Nation Of Islam, the
Five-Percent Nation, or the Hebrew Israelites.
It's not unheard of for race gangs to be led by individuals of
higher than average intelligence, but they’re notorious for being
filled with people who aren’t very intelligent. I’ve known and read
of people who’ve defected from race gangs who’ve relayed that,
while not ubiquitous across all gangs, it's not uncommon for them to
be riddled with the autistic, sex-offending pedophiles, and druggies.
How Racists Communicate
“It is a peculiar sensation, this double-consciousness,
this sense of always looking at one's self through
the eyes of others, of measuring one's soul by the tape
of a world that looks on in amused contempt and pity.”

Purists live in an enclave. They make exaggerated cartoonish
propaganda,12 and have detailed folklore about the history of their
ethnicity and their racial adversaries.13 Doctrinally, all other races are
below them. However, this superiority complex doesn’t exclude
them from admiring the industry or qualities of other tribes. They
might even “bond” with gangs from other races over strange
commonalities.14

In race gangs theres constant pressure to always be prejudiced.
This causes them to ignore or explain away ‘exceptions to the rule’
who don’t fit their stereotypes.

Men and women will administer racism differently. Political


moves, violence and the threat of violence is usually committed by
men. Women are more likely to use social controls and shaming
tactics.
If you've ever found yourself talking to someone whose
legitimately racist against your kind, you've experienced first hand
how weird it feels for someone to force you into a bubble you can't
escape. They don't even know who you are, and they're flat out
wrong.
White puritans often identify non-racists as "one of them" on-
site, despite that many whites find racism offensive and distasteful-
even a gross and sinful abomination against God and all mankind.
Race gangs have hierarchies, hand signs, tattoos, their own
slang and code words. Some gangs have more complex systems than
others.
You can almost be certain you'll catch purists making excessive
use of racial epithets of all varieties, both on themselves and the
opposite race. They’ll do this openly and without remorse. It's apart
of their culture.
Poor white racists come in contact with other races far more
often than rich white racists. Rich white folk live in affluent
majority-white neighborhoods. It's common for poor white folk to
live in majority-white communities as well, but it's more likely that
they live next to or work with poor minority groups.
Some racists will refuse to talk to or acknowledge you if you
aren’t one of them.
Some puritans are...different. For example, I once watched an
interview of Frank Ancona (former Imperial Wizard of the KKK)
talk about how important racial purity is for the white race, while
also decrying his undying love for the musical genius of Jimi
Hendrix. If you’ve never run across racists like this before, it can be
hard to wrap you’re head around- but rest assured, people like this
exist, and they see no contradiction in their stance.
Race-based prison gangs may also do mutual trade between
gangs of other races. In some regions, this happens more frequently
than others. I’ve met people who’ve served time or worked for the
prison system from from all over the country. They’ve reported
every type of behavior: from strict segregation reinforced by the
strength of their soldiers to watching members of different gangs
sitting at the same table playing cards on a regular basis.
At the least, they're always on their toes when a member of the
other race is in their presence. At the end of the day, they’re political
enemies.
Some racists may speak with the opposite race in a well-
mannered way. If required of them, racists can be uncannily polite to
the race they hate.
For example: If a black puritan runs into a white man who talks
to him like a regular person would, he may think he’s polite, but he’s
still a cracker. If he’s not use epithets in front of him, he suspects
that he's using it behind his back.
Conversely, if a racist of the pale-faced variety talks with a
normal black male, the pale-face may think he is “decent” but in the
back of his mind he believes this black man is still prone to his
“lower nature” that afflicts the rest of his kind.
I’ve witnessed instances where racist men develop working
relationships with men of other races. When push came to shove,
they’d rather work with those men than women of their own race.
This is not so strange when you consider that black men were
historically given the right to vote before white women.
Converting Puritans
Purists can be forthcoming to someone from the opposite race
by saying things like “you ain’t like those other white/black folk.”
Some people might actually mean that; others are trying to flatter
this person so they can manipulate them. The latter is whats called
“undercover racism”.
While it might be dangerous to associate with purists, an
“exception to the rule” who builds working relationships with purists
has more of a chance of converting purists by setting a positive
example and being persuasive. This was the case of Daryl Davis, a
black man who got two-hundred Klansman to give up their robes.15

killed anybody." I said, "Your gene is latent. It hasn't come out yet." He goes, "Well, that's stupid!" I
said, "Well, duh. Yes, but you know what, you're right. What I said was stupid, but no more stupid
than what you said you me." Then he got very, very quiet and changed the subject. Five months later,
based on that conversation he left the Klan. His robe was the first robe I ever got.”

Racism In Media
“Hearing people say the race relations are worse
than they’ve ever been, it doesn’t feel like that to me.
Racism isn’t getting worse, it’s getting filmed.

While racism exists, it's a possibility that the behavior of these


groups gets magnified by media. Specifically in the advent of social
media, which can create digital echo-chambers that are void of
nuance. Those on the far side of either camp continually replay clips
of their enemies behavior caught on film.
You know the story: an old White guy got caught yelling the N-
word and saying an array of derogatory things about Blacks. Puritan
blacks will use this as proof that all whites are racist; On the flip
side, a black male will be filmed in a robbery or starting a fight.
White racists will look at this single example and say, “See? All
blacks are the same.”
The individuals recorded might only be minorities within their
demographic, but propaganda constructed by racists can have a
strong effect on the mind, distorting perceptions of reality.
Other elements could cause a similar effect.16 Research and
critical thought can mitigate the effects these racists outlets try to
produce.

Race Gangs And Their Motivations


There is a common trope among lower-class race gangs to make
calls to their ancestral heritage. They reminiscence of the days that
their people were innovators, conquistadors and kings on the world
stage. Contrast this with the daily plight they now experience. They
live in some far away country that isn’t technically their homeland.
They feel their people are oppressed, dwindling in power, and
heavily marginalized.
These kings, be they white or black, probably aren’t even
remotely related to these dirt poor peasants. That doesn’t matter. The
superficial skin connection is all that counts.
Historically in America, many powers behind racism have been
institutionally White. As civic policies against blacks have become
less aggressive over time, many racist practices have been meted out

to covert cabals within select government institutions hiding from
plain view and small scale race gangs.
Puritans who are about pushing their weight around will always
use criminal activities and terrorist tactics to make their mark on
society. They will use crime and terrorism on members of their own
community as well as outside of it. Interracial violence will get more
media attention even if intraracial violence occurs way more often.17
Since Emancipation, large sections of the US Government have
had vested interests in monitoring race gangs. After the Civil War,
the Federal Government passed several laws and created institutions
intended to secure minority rights for the newly freed blacks and
suppress organizations like the KKK. The original Klan was
disbanded during this era by the Federal Government. Years later,
they would reemerge, and they (and the Black Panthers, the NOI,
among others) would be targeted by the FBI initiatives like
CointelPRO.
Today, the FBI and local Police forces still infiltrate groups of
race radicals. The white racists think the government is doing this in
an effort to conspire with the black man to annihilate the honky race

and honky culture. The black racists identify the government with
the white man. For them, all institutional measures are built to
oppress them and keep them down.
Whether gangs started out criminally motivated or not,18 an
increase of criminal activity will grant them more attention. They’ll
have been infiltrated by informants and agents. These infiltrators will
be guided by their respective agencies to gather intelligence on its
members, catch them in criminal acts, and sometimes even steer the
direction of these organizations.
Some of the publications from these radical groups may even
be written by informants or agents on the inside to destroy their
integrity. While sinister on the outside, other supposedly racist
organizations might be honeypots created to catch people prone to
radicalism and violent criminal behavior.19
Puritan intellectuals in the public eye usually have a reasonable
appearance, and a non-threatening demeanor. Many of these

intellectuals have direct connections to radical organizations. 20 The
intellectual promotes some aspect of their radical ideologies, but will
keep these connections hidden from the public as much as possible
for deniability.

Racism Infecting Culture And Ideology


There’s a disconnect between many Americans about fairness
and discrimination.21 Typically, racist Whites will complain of
cultural genocide through assimilation, the unfairness of affirmative
action and welfare, and being restrained in their speech and
behaviors by non-racist Whites. Puritan Blacks typically speak of
institutional racism,22 discrimination, degradation through epithets,
and have a list of historical injustices that have largely gone
unatoned for.

White males will say they got turned down on a job or a
promotion because the business in question needed to make a
“quota-hire” (a woman, an ethnic minority- or both). The black male
will say he was denied a job because he was black.
Depending on their politics, some people could care less if they
hear that a white man or a black man was denied a job.
With as big as America is, its geography, the size of its
population, and the variety of ideologies within that population, it’s
not statistically impossible for both of these experiences to occur to
different people within the same country.
The intellectual merit behind these ideas is a whole other
discussion; what matters is that many of these topics are integral to
the criminal ideology of the race gangs.2324
Do you have to be racist to believe any of these ideas? This is
subject to a very heated debate. Many from either race, who claim to
be not racist, would say “no, there’s nothing racist about this idea.
It’s a fact.”
The problem is that each of these ideas has a lot of different
followers, which vary from center/moderate to radical/violent.

For example, not all black identity movements are violent
extremists, but some militant cells might believe that the Jews are
evil, and they, along with all whites, deserve death or slavery.2526
Some people will say the behavior of these gangs invalidates
the ideas they’re associated with. They do this because its easier to
say “that’s racist” rather than flesh them out to see what they’re
worth.
Roughly everyone believes in the theory of gravity. Just
because some racists believe in this theory, doesn’t mean the theory
of gravity is racist.
Similarly, just because a some racist is using a subject as a
means to promote racism, doesn’t mean that everybody who believes
in those things is racist. Some racists make appeals to ideas, not
because the ideas are inherently racist, but because they are popular.
Their stance on these subjects gives them an aura of legitimacy to
their focus group.
It may also be the case that some of these ideas are racist or are
tinged with racism, and it's non-racist adherents are mistaken.

If you wanted to convert a non-racist away from a doctrine
containing hidden traits of racism, it would be wise not to outright
accuse them of being racist simply for being misinformed.

Race And Policing


There is some question as to whether or not this racism still
exists institutionally within the police force or not. This, too, appears
to have a color line when it comes to opinions. A Gallup poll taken
in 2014 revealed that 59% of whites had a great deal of confidence
in the police, 30% had some, 12% had little to none. With blacks, the
figures showed that 37% of blacks had a great deal of confidence in
the police, 37% had some confidence, and 25% had little to none.27
However, when the same demographic was asked whether they
want the police to spend more time, the same amount of time or less
time than they currently do in their area, 61% of Black Americans
wanted the police presence to remain the same. This is similar to the
67% of all U.S. adults preferring the status quo, including 71% of
White Americans. Nearly equal proportions of Black Americans say
they would like the police to spend more time in their area (20%) as
say they'd like them to spend less time there (19%).28

In 2006 the FBI published a bulletin warning of white
supremacist elements infiltrating select police forces. 29 Because the
published document is highly redacted and doesn’t have any figures
attached to it, we don’t know how large of a scale this infiltration is,
or where it's concentrated within the US.
More recently, a black professor from Harvard studied police
brutality and found no correlation between race and police
shootings. However, he did find correlations between race and other
forms of police aggression that involved physical contact like
shoving or handcuffing.30
There has to be a significant amount of more work done in this
area by fair and balanced think tanks for people to come to a sound
conclusion on the matter.

Racism-lite
There exists a lighter form of ‘racism’. While it may have its
origins in classical, hardcore racism, it doesn’t bear the same fruit. It
has less to do with lynching and violence and more to do with peer
pressure and social casts.
Rather than the White projecting subhuman qualities and
government controls onto the Negro, Whites will view and treat
blacks differently according to their dress31 and accent.32
People should keep in mind that many whites treat members of
their own race with a similar prejudice. This may be class prejudice
rather than a racist one.
For example, while some black subcultures identify affluence
as "white," not all "white" trends reflect affluence. Some black/urban
trends are known for their affluent, flashy clothes, and expensive

wealthy sectors of society because they reflect wealth.
Racism-lite sounds something like: “everybodies a little bit
racist.” When peoople say that, they’re talking about themselves,
and projecting their racism on everyone else.
‘Racism-lite’ is less overt. Because racism can’t be quantified,
determining whether or not people are making judgments on the skin
rather than something secondary like an accents or your clothes can
be difficult.
Blacks will bring up Racism-lite as a proof that the White man's
racism is alive and well. A common example is when they see
instances where White folk treat Blacks from other countries better
than American Blacks because they have a foreign accent and don’t
sound “street.”
Some might argue that this is not racism at all and that the crux
of the matter is speech, not skin color. However, it's prejudicial
enough to hurt a lot and be interpreted as racist by those under its
thumb.
Generally, naturalized citizens have a wider range of cultural
experiences than American born ones (especially if they’ve never
left the country). Because of this, the foreign demographic is going
to have a wider variety of viewpoints.
If the natural-born citizens aren’t open to a foreigners
perspective, they’re likely to clash with this member of their race
and classify them as an entirely different tribe based on their ethnic
background. When this happens, they can be exposed to all the
prejudices and crimes that have been previously reserved for the
“racism” category.
These differences are often more exaggerated among black
foreigners than white ones. Many blacks who are first or second-
generation Americans or come straight from other territories
experience life differently than American blacks who have hundreds
of years of tradition in the country.
Blacks within America will report that black immigrants from
other countries look down on them for their street culture and not
owning property. Black immigrants will get heavily harassed for
their accents and speaking a different language in front of English
speaking Blacks.
Mixed-Blood Racists
And Self-Hating Purebloods
Occasionally, mixed folk who appear more like one race than
the other might try to claim to be a pureblood and exhibit racist
behaviors. They’re trying to hide one side of their ancestry with
exaggerated displays of pride.
The antithesis of a racist mixed-blood is a pureblood who hates
himself and desires to be the opposite race.
When someone says, “I am not race X” or “I don’t want to be
race X”, they’ll dissociate from their ethnicity by adopting traits of
their desired cast. The most aggressive cases of this include using
technological means to manipulate hair and skin pigmentation.
When a person from race X perceives their own kin acting
poorly, they’ll feel disgusted being associated with “those people”
The few that belong in the “those people” category will see their
internalized hatred and accuse them of trying to be something
they’re not.
Not every person who dresses, thinks, or talks differently
than their racial stereotype, hates their own race. Not all people
within the race they belong to act like the stereotype.33

Although some people are being sarcastic when they say this.
Some people will see a member from another race hating their
own kinfolk and find it praiseworthy. They’ll encourage this
behavior as a means of entertainment.
A Black person might hate themselves, and their own
community for being tied to a tradition of slavery and feeling valued
less by whites (or the 'upper class'). They’re not fond of the
behaviors associated with inner-city blacks. They’ll use the same
epithets whites use when referring to inner-city blacks, but exclude
themselves from that category. The character Uncle Ruckus from
The Boondocks is an exaggerated stereotype of a self-loathing black
male.

in the theory as an unassailable fundamental fact. … If, for instance, I determine the weight of each
stone in a bed of pebbles and get an average weight of 145 grams, this tells me very little about the

a pebbles of 145 grams at the first try would be in for a serious disappointment. Indeed, it might well

of their empirical reality. While reflecting an indisputable aspect of reality, it can falsify the actual

In whites, self-hate usually takes the form of “White guilt,”
self-flagellation for crimes of their ancestors, having white privilege,
and not being “as cool” as Blacks.
Whether or not these self-haters had an ancestral line connected
to owning slaves, or being slaves, is irrelevant. The social
association has more power in the mind than reality.
Chapter 2
Non-Racists Purebloods

Non-racists abhor racism and were raised not to tolerate racist


remarks, thoughts or behavior in any aspect of life.
Non-racist might think that there are minor genetic differences
between the two races, but they’re of little to no consequence. To
them, the worse elements of either culture are only applicable to a
handful of people who were taught to live a certain way at a young
age.
Some non-racist may have faced extreme forms of racism in
their life, but might think the more horrifying features of racism
from hundreds of years ago doesn't exist at the level it used to. There
are still racists out there- but their existence does not automatically
make anyone else a racist.
Men and women will experience racism differently.
Obviously, life is not perfect, and America could use some
improvement. Still, the idea that the 21st century is comparable to
the 18th century in terms of racial tension is offensive to them. If life
were anything like the 18th century, he would not have had the
friends and life experiences he's had. If this was the 18th century,
someone like Obama would not have taken the stage as leader of the
free world and probably would have been shot while he was in
office.
Many non-racists want to drop the race dialogue and move on.
Slavery doesn’t exist in America anymore. For blacks in this
category, they think pretending to be slaves when they’re not is not
only offensive to they’re ancestors who were slaves, it's offensive to
people who still are slaves today in other countries.34
Other non-racists think racism is very much alive and well and
are actively engaged in protesting it.
The standard American citizen produced by society is supposed
be non-racist. Recently many people have become concerned with
how well this is working, and if its possible to work for everybody.
If were going to continue as a people, we must ask ourselves:
why is American life like this right now? Was our situation always

the same, black pitted against white? Where black being inferior, and
the white superior? Had people always placed perceptions of skin
color above all else?
I believe that this is not so, and I can prove it.

A Short History
Of When Racism Began In America
In the 1800’s there was an infamous slave revolt led by Nat
Turner, an enslaved black preacher. He led a murderous rampage
against his would-be masters, killing over 100 men, women, and
children in a matter of days.
However, during that rampage, it was recorded that he spared
some of the poorer white folk, and when asked why he did this, he
stated because those particular whites "thought no better of
themselves than they did of negroes."35

At the time, many upper-class whites thought very little of
lower-class whites36, otherwise known as 'rednecks,' or 'crackers.' In
the olden days, many of the things people have said about blacks
(being predisposed to poverty, or bringing down property value, etc.)
were – and still are - said of poor whites by rich whites.37

and waxy pigmentation were classed with albinos. Highly inbred, they ruined themselves through
dual addictions to alcohol and dirt… White trash southerners were classified as a "race" that passed
on horrific traits, eliminating any possibility of improvement or social mobility. If these Night of the
Living Dead qualities were not enough, critics charged that poor whites had fallen below
African slaves on the scale of humanity. They marked an evolutionary decline, and they
foretold a dire future for the Old South. If free whites produced feeble children, how could
a robust democracy thrive? If whiteness was not an automatic badge of superiority, a
guarantee of the homogeneous population of independent, educable freemen, as Jefferson
imagined, then the ideals of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness were unobtainable...
As George Weston wrote in his famous pamphlet The Poor Whites of the South (1856), they were
"sinking deeper and more hopelessly into barbarism with every succeeding generation"... In his 1860
Social Relations in Our Southern States, Alabamian Daniel Hundley denied slavery's responsibility for
the phenomenon of poverty, insisting that poor whites suffered from a corrupt pedigree and cursed
lineage... Bad blood and vulgar breeding told the real story of white trash.”

37 “"These people are creating a terrible problem in our cities. They can't or wont hold a job, they
flout the law constantly and neglect their children, they drink too much and their moral standards
would shame an alley cat. For some reason or other, they absolutely refuse to accommodate
themselves to any kind of decent, civilized life."
This was said in 1956 in Indianapolis, not about blacks or other minorities, but about poor
whites from the South. Nor was Indianapolis unique in this respect. A 1951 survey in Detroit found
that white Southerners living there were considered "undesirable" by 21 percent of those surveyed,
compared to 13 percent who ranked blacks the same way. In the late 1940s, a Chicago employer said
frankly, "I told the guard at the plant gate to tell the hillbillies that there were no openings." When
poor whites from the south moved into Northern cities to work in war plants during the Second
World war, "occasionally a white southerner would find that a flat or furnished room had 'just been
rented' when the landlord heard his southern accent.”

Before slavery was the law of the land, the American colonists
practiced indentured servitude. Here servants worked for a select
time under a master and were later freed after paying off their "debt"
with labor. Indentured servitude was something inflicted on both
blacks and whites. Most free-walking blacks during slavery times
descend from these freed indentured servants.
At this stage in our countries development, rich land-owning
whites held many ideas about blacks and black slaves that poor
whites did not share.3839

"In spite of such preconceptions about blackness, in spite of special


subordination of blacks in the Americas in the seventeenth century, there is
evidence that where whites and blacks found themselves with common
problems, common work, common enemy in their master, they behaved
toward one another as equals. As one scholar of slavery, Kenneth Stampp,
has put it, Negro and white servants of the seventeenth century were
"remarkably unconcerned about the visible physical differences."
Black and white worked together, fraternized together. The very fact
that laws had to be passed after a while to forbid such relations indicates the

strength of that tendency. In 1661 a law was passed in Virginia that "in case
any English servant shall run away in company of any Negroes" he would
have to give special service for extra years to the master of the runaway
Negro. In 1691, Virginia provided for the banishment of any "white man or
woman being free who shall intermarry with a negro, mulatoo, or Indian
man or woman bond or free.""

In the mid 15th century, many of these indentured servants and


free peasants were being attacked by native tribes on the frontier.
The government was doing little nothing about this despite the cries
of the people who were being routinely assaulted. Eventually, the
commoners evoked a peasants revolt, which would later be known as
"Bacon's Rebellion". Noteworthy to the papers of that era was their
shock that blacks were fighting alongside whites in their rebellion.

"The rebellion ended after British authorities sent a royal force to


assist in quelling the uprising and arresting scores of committed rebels,
white and black. When Bacon suddenly died in October, probably of
dysentery, Bacon's Rebellion fizzled out. Bacon's Rebellion demonstrated
that poor whites and poor blacks could be united in a cause. This was a
great fear of the ruling class -- what would prevent the poor from uniting to
fight them? This fear hastened the transition to racial slavery."40

The rich whites were scared of more rebellions like this might
occur, where blacks, whites, and other poor folk, would unite against
the established order. They took legislative action to prevent that

from happening. They divided and conquered and invented laws
preventing whites from associating with Negroes, and any other
race. They started giving peasant whites more privileges than that of
blacks. Eventually, this would lead to the end of white indentured
servitude, and treatment of blacks would degrade into perpetual
enslavement.

"In Virginia in the 1600s, Anthony Johnson [a black man] secured his
freedom from indentured servitude, acquired land, and became a respected
member of his community. Elizabeth Key successfully appealed to the
colony's legal system to set her free after she had been wrongfully enslaved.
By the 1700s, the laws and customs of Virginia had begun to distinguish
black people from white people, making it impossible for most Virginians
of African descent to do what Johnson and Key had done...
After Bacon's Rebellion, Virginia's lawmakers began to make
legal distinctions between "white" and "black" inhabitants. By
permanently enslaving Virginians of African descent and giving poor white
indentured servants and farmers some new rights and status, they hoped to
separate the two groups and make it less likely that they would unite again
in rebellion…
Now what is interesting about this is that we normally say that
slavery and freedom are opposite things—that they are diametrically
opposed. But what we see here in Virginia in the late 17th century,
around Bacon's Rebellion, is that freedom and slavery are created at
the same moment.
According to the Oxford English Dictionary, the first appearance in
print of the adjective white in reference to "a white man, a person of a
race distinguished by a light complexion" was in 1671. Colonial charters
and other official documents written in the 1600s and early 1700s rarely
refer to European colonists as white.

The racial lines drawn here would set the stage for destroying
much of our countries integrity. It would also lead to the bloodiest
war in our nations history. Most racists today are racist because of
the policies these affluent whites established generations ago.
Racists have white-washed these aspects of our history from
our education system to give newer generations the illusion that the
races cannot intermingle or work together. They want to exacerbate
racial tensions.
Flash forward hundreds of years, after these racist plots have
taken full root in America. Past the slave revolts, the Civil War, and
the Civil Rights Movement. Arrive here today, where you have a
new batch of Americans whose national hero is Martin Luther King.
While the majority of people, black and white, say they aren't racist,
some of them can't seem to get over the divide given to them.
What do we do about that?
How can that gap be bridged, if it's even possible?
Knowledge is the only thing that can make that possible.
Which makes education is key.
Non-Racist Echo-Chambers
When people say, "I don't see color," they're not saying that
they're literally color-blind or denying that racism exists. They're
saying that they personally don't attach character to skin-color some
of their forefathers did.
Non-racists typically stick to their own culture or their own fold
but don't necessarily have it out for other cultures.
Because they stick exclusively to their ethinicity (out of habit
and geography more than anything), they might only experience
other cultures via media and hearsay.
Non-racists whites often only have friends who are of like-
mind. It's not uncommon for someone to utter things like "racism
doesn't exist" because they live in an echo chamber where they don't
directly witness racism practiced in front of them.
Their environment makes them blissfully unaware of the
existence of any racism, save from the harsher elements of history.
When they make comments about the history of racism or more
contemporary issues, it's easy for them to come off as extremely
naive and insensitive to others. Non-racist whites can only afford
their naivete on racial matters because they live in a bubble (IE,
living in a majority white community).
Because they’re not inoculated to it, if a non-racist White
experiences any kind of racial tension, they might foolishly believe
that they experience the most racism out of everyone. When in
reality, they might only be exposed to small doses.
Liberal whites who have higher incomes might say there is no
such thing as discrimination against whites. The only thing whites
can have is white privilege because whites occupy so many seats of
power.
Lower-income whites will say they do not feel the benefits
these rich white folk experience and have absolutely nothing in
common with them. Lower-income whites are more likely to report
experiencing discrimination in the Job/college application process or
when they're up for a promotion.41

Representing Category 2 is 50-year-old heavy equipment operator Tim Musick, who lives in
Maryland, just outside Washington, D.C. He says anti-white discrimination is real, but he doesn't
think he has ever really felt it personally. "I think that you pretty much, because you're white, you're
automatically thrown into that group as being a bigot and a racist and that somehow you perceive
yourself as being more superior to everybody else, which is ridiculous," Musick said, speaking during
his lunch break at a construction site. "I'm just a man that happens to have been born white," Musick
continued.
He also makes it clear, however, that he is not comparing what happens to whites to the African-
American experience. "I don't know what it feels like to be a black man walking around in the streets,
but I do know what it feels like to be pegged, because of how you look, and what people perceive just
on sight," said Musick, who has the stocky build of a retired NFL lineman and a shaved head under
his hard hat…
Projections Of Racism
Even when no evil is intended, a simple misunderstanding can
trigger racist alarms in the head. People of any race can project
racism onto situations that aren’t there. This is a defense mechanism
developed from personal experience, their upbringing, or just a
misread situation.
It's not uncommon for casual mannerisms in one culture to be
misconstrued as rude to people from other cultures.
For example: in America, stronger handshakes are seen as a
good thing. Its a sign of friendship and commitment, and weak
handshakes are seen as weird. A man with a weak handshake is
downright untrustworthy.
The opposite is true of people in certain middle eastern cultures.
Strong handshakes are seen as signs of aggression and could mark
you as an enemy- making weak handshakes the common lot on their
side of the globe.
This same logic applies to subcultures within the US. If your
fast enough you can pick up on this and make an apology. Though

this has to be handled carefully in some cases because making the
wrong gesture during your apology might come off back-handed.
Blacks from any of these categories (purist, non-racist, etc.)
may interpret a non-racist whites ignorance and naivete for a lack of
compassion. This will lead them to conclude their comments as
proof that they’re racist, even if its only a little bit.
Perceived racism breeds discomfort, and it's understandable
why someone wouldn't want to initiate healing relations after they
feel like they’ve been slighted.
If someone gets vocal over a perceived slight, chances are it
might be too late. Emotions and pride get involved, reason shuts
down, everyone gets very defensive- the whole thing can be quite
messy.

Social Awkwardness
Because mixing with other cultures isn't their thing, shy people
might have difficulty assimilating into certain social groups
composed of other races without feeling nervous or uneasy.
Some people will attribute this awkwardness to racism. It might
actually be that way in some cases, but shy people experience this
awkwardness within their own ethnicity as well. It may not be wise
to jump to conclusions because someone comes off clumsy.

Race And Cultural Boundaries


It's not uncommon for non-racists to have "a black friend" or "a
white friend." It's also not uncommon for those friends of theirs to
adopt some aspects of their culture if they're not completely
acclimated to it. In a few cases, these "token" friends will be put on a
pedestal.
For non-racists, other races may float freely within their culture,
as long as they show signs that they've legitimately adopted that
culture. This is the defining feature that separates non-racist
purebloods from racist purebloods. Racists, especially white racists,
won't adopt other bloodlines into their culture. To racists, blood is
culture.
Non-racists who have racist families will be scolded for trying
to bring another race into their lives and households.
Non-racists can be prejudiced towards other cultures, but these
prejudices are not attached to skin color. Many Americans have
prejudices about other nationalities that share their same skin color
as them.
Cultural Differences
Between Groups And Cliques
Many blacks regard "white culture" as uptight and reserved.
Many whites regard "black culture" as loose and emotional. People
who navigate between cultures often have to readjust themselves to
meet different cultural standards. People who can't do this
experience "culture shock."
White cultures are known for their politeness. They pay
respects to a host (or to strangers) with customs and courtesies- save
when there's heavy drinking involved.
You do this even if it's just for show. You have to say certain
things, at certain times, and watch what you say and how you say it.
If you miss something, you’ll be perceived as rude.
With gringos, it helps to talk the same as them. Whites from
different sub-cultures often clash because of language barriers.
However, keeping the clique's etiquette is more important. It doesn't
matter what color you are; violating their etiquette boundaries could
get you expelled from their house, and you won't get invited back in
for a while.
Black cultures are known for their own etiquette, but they are
more concerned with "keepin' it real" than dancing around a subject.
Their gatherings (be it at the house, the BBQ, or the barbershop) are
often filled with statements, debates, and behaviors that many whites
would consider "wild."
Contrary to popular belief among whites, you do not have to
'talk black' to be accepted by blacks. They will accept you for who
you are so long as they perceive you are being straight with them.
You'll only be kicked out of their house if it's discovered you hold
values far left field of what they deem acceptable.
In many black-American sub-cultures, they would rather you be
upfront and bold with how you feel, even if how you feel is wrong
or "not proper." In many cases, it makes no sense to be reserved and
polite because to them that takes away from “realness”, which is a
virtue to them. If they detect you're not honest, they’ll become
suspicious. They'll either call you out or start to keep you at bay,
socially.
Regardless of skin color, cultures that prize honesty over
politeness will make artificial pressures to reveal other people's true
character. And when it comes time, they will be aggressive with
applying that pressure in order to get an answer.
Because the emotions involved, whites unaccustomed to this
process might mistakenly think they have the potential to erupt into
violence. Unless someone has actually stated they’re squaring up to
fight you, this is highly unlikely. Most of these encounters are just
hyperbolic in nature and can be resolved by being straight forward
and honest.42
In black culture, there is also a tendency among some blacks to
try and "out-black" one another, which equates to two individuals
speaking in exaggerated slang and acting more "thuggish" in
comparison to how they would normally act.
This is not to say that they usually behave in ways that are
"white", but they’ll try to appear more stereotypically black than
someone else to establish social dominance. This tends to only occur
with people they aren't well acquainted with and isn't done with
friends they trust.
In white cultures, similar exchanges for dominance are made
with veiled, extremely polite insults between two people or groups
of people.

Chapter 3
Culturally-Mixed Purebloods

"There is no black or white music;


they're is only good or bad music"

People in the third group are 'purebloods' in the sense that their
bloodline is made of 'all white' or 'all black.' But like the non-racists,
they don't believe in the superiority of their genetics over others.
A culurally-mixed pureblood (or "CM" for short) might have
many friends of the opposite race. At the least, he probably has a lot
more friends from the opposite race than other purebloods.
The hallmark of the CM is his wide taste of music, clothing and
entertainment. He might be a white kid who "acts black" or a black
kid who "talks white." A white kid who likes 90's Hip-Hop or a
black kid who has an array of heavy metal t-shirts.
It's not uncommon for CM’s to experience prejudice from their
own blood because they look, dress, or talk differently than others.
Some people look culturally mixed, but aren’t. They were born
into that culture, and it's all they've ever known.
CM’s might have more than one accent and a different set of
mannerisms for different families and cliques. Some people might
find this behavior suspicious, and proof that they're not "being
themselves" 100% of the time.
But adopting different mannerisms is also typical with people
who speak more than one language. They behave a little different
with each language they speak. It may not be possible to learn or
participate in other cultures without adopting some of their
mannerisms and switching them off when they have no use.

American Born Blacks


Adopting White English Culture
In order to understand the mixed nature of American culture is,
we need to understand its roots.
What many consider to be stereotypical of Black-American
culture, doesn't actually have roots in an African culture at all. Much
of whats associated with Black-American culture today can be traced
back to White customs from the British Isles in the 15th century.
"What the rednecks or crackers brought with them across the
ocean was a whole constellation of attitudes, values, and behavior
patterns that might have made sense in the world in which they lived
for centuries, but which would prove to be counter productive in the
world to which they were going- and counterproductive to the blacks
who would live in their midst for centuries before emerging into
freedom and migrating to the great urban centers of the United States,
taking with them similar values.
The cultural values and social patterns prevalent among
Southern whites included aversion to work, proneness to violence,
neglect of education, sexual promiscuity, improvidence, drunkenness,
lack of entrepreneurship, reckless searches for excitement, lively
music and dance, and a style of religious oratory marked by strident
rhetoric, unbridled emotions, and flamboyant imagery. This oratorical
style carried over into the political oratory of the region in both the
Jim Crow era and the civil rights era, and has continued on into our
own times among black politicians, preachers, and activists. Touchy
pride, vanity, and boastful self-dramatization were also part of this
redneck culture among people from regions of Britain "where the
civilization was the least developed." "They boast and lack self-
restraint," Olmsted said, after observing their descendants in the
American antebellum south...
None of this is meant to claim that these patterns have remained
rigidly unchanged over the centuries or that there are literally no
differences between whites and blacks in any aspect of this subculture.
However, what is remarkable is how pervasive and how close the
similarities have been...
Much of the cultural pattern of Southern rednecks became the
cultural heritage of Southern blacks, more so than survivals of African
cultures, with which they had not been in contact for centuries. (Even
in colonial times, most black on American soil had been born on
American soil.) Moreover, such cultural traits followed blacks out of
the Southern countrysides and into the urban ghettos- North and south-
where many settled. The very way of talking, later to be christened
"black English," closely followed dialects brought over from those
parts of Britain from which many white Southerners came, though
these speech patterns died out in Britain while surviving in the
American south, as such speech patterns would later die out among
most Southern whites and among middle-class blacks, while surviving
in the poorer black ghettos around the country. For example:
Where a northerner said, "I am", "You are," "She isn't," "It
doesn't," and "I haven't," a [colonial] Virginian even of high rank
preferred to say "I be," "You be," "She ain't," "It don't," and "I hain't
"... These Virginian speech ways were not invented in America. They
derived from a family or regional dialects that had been spoken
throughout the south and west of England during the seventeenth
century.
From these same regions of England came... "ax" for ask,
"acrost" for "across", "y' awl" for "you, "... "do" for "door", "dis" for
"this", and "dat" for "that.""43

With language put in a historical perspective, consider the irony


behind accusing blacks of “talking white,” and whites of “talking
black.” In reality, language doesn't have a color. Black folk in
America don't "talk black" in the sense that they're speaking an
African dialect. They're speaking an English dialect created by white
English speakers, but over time it’s become less associated with
whites and more associated with blacks. People who promote this
stereotypes behind these accents are ignorant of the history of their
own language.

Cultural Diversity
Anywhere there is diversity, people will trade clothes, language,
and music. This is most prominent in port cities and towns where
trade is an essential feature in the economy.
Aside from the most isolated tribes, there are no cultures that
exist in a vacuum and are free of the influence of cultures from
around the world.
People invested in art forms (whether its martial arts, dancing,
painting, or music) respect people less on lines of color and ancestry
and are more interested in performance and skill- even if that respect
is hidden. This is why art has always been the best gradient for
mixing cultures.
Did Blacks "steal" the Whites' classical instruments when they
invented jazz? Did Whites "steal" rock and roll? Should basketball
only belong to Whites because a White man invented it? Is "Enter
the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)" a form of cultural appropriation
because of heavy Asiatic influences?
The answer to this question rests on whether or not you think
mixing cultures is wrong or not. Race purists would tell you mixing
cultures is very wrong.
For example, when people talk about rock n' roll, they refer to
B.B. King and Chuck Berry as its originators. Pop culture designates
the thieves of Rock to be people like Eric Clapton and Elvis.
People who feel this way have a selective memory. They forget
that many of rock's designated forefathers played music regularly
with every race and didn't exclude people from this art form.
B.B. King toured with Elvis, and they often worked together in
Sun studio in Memphis Tennessee. Chuck Berry and B.B. King
spoke very highly of Elvis,4445 which is probably why Elvis had such
a large black following back in the day.
Chuck Berry would also play live with the likes of Eric
Clapton, Bruce Springsteen and Mick Jagger on several occasions
throughout the decades, along with having a variety of white people
play in his band. In fact, you’d be hard pressed to find footage where
Chuck isn’t playing music with a racially-mixed group of people.
As another example, in contemporary culture, Jimi Hendrix is
often remembered as an originator of rock ‘n roll in terms of the

style being "black music." These same people often neglect to recall
that he was the only black man in the whole band- the other two
members being white.
Clearly, the people who make racially motivated comments
about these artists aren’t even fans of the musicians they’re referring
too. Otherwise, they would know these things.

Outsiders
Some CM’s start out with having a fascination with a new
culture before they join it. Others are outcast by their peers and feel
forced to look for another culture to join.
In many cases, people that extort members of their tribe would
prefer their victims stick around so they can control them. Though
they won't outrightly say this because that would imply weakness.
Some of the most famous artists and cultural icons in America
are people who've had what you would call a "mixed cultural
upbringing". They'll often tell you tales of harassment they've faced
from both sides of the aisle and how it shaped their character to be
who they are.
Sometimes outsiders have to work harder for recognition. This
is truer in cultures that are more exclusive than others. Often
boundaries can be overcome with a lot of hard work and dedication.
If outsiders can convince the cultural natives that they are serious
about upholding their values, this increases the chance that the
culture (or at least a clique within the culture) will adopt them.
Sometimes, outsiders who make a name for themselves in a
new culture do so with a natives help.46
The most common form of cultural mixing occurs through
performance arts and competitions. If an outsider from another race
jumps in and consistently dominates in these categories, it's more
likely that they’ll be adopted in the long run.
If it's a sport with a point system like basketball or martial arts,
the results will be more plain. If it's a softer art like dancing, music,
even locals who aren't used to seeing will let someone know when
they’ve been dominated by an outsider. Depending on how
embarrassing it is for him, that native might take strategic measures
to extort this outsider for stealing his spotlight and making him look
bad.

A CM experiencing prejudice has two options: be more like the
culture they want to adopt or drop everything and 'return' back to the
culture their race supposedly belongs.
If they take the first option, he will become more emotionally
invested in the experience his culture provides. His friends in this
culture will treat them like their own family. He may become
disdainful of his own ethnicity in some way.
If they take the second option and return to their "rightful
culture," they'll forever remain suspect. Their past affiliations will
designate them as "weak-links" in the tribe. They may even get used
as a scapegoat in the future if someone more ‘pure’ wants to deflect
from their shortcomings.

Prejudice, Exclusion,
And Self-Fulfilling Prophecies
CM's will get called racial slurs by purebloods of his own kind
just because they look and act differently. Members of puritan
cliques might strip CM’s of their "whiteness" or "blackness".
At a minimum, a white kid will be called a variety of racial
epithets: “wigger”, or “nigger lover”. There are occasions where
puritan whites will excommunicate CM whites and label them
negroes.
There are blacks who police their own, so they behave in ways
white supremacists find stereotypical of black folk. As contradictory
and stupid as that sounds, it is what it is.
Blacks who have the "wrong" opinions will be told by puritan
blacks that they are "coonin for whitey” or get called an "Uncle
Tom," "House Negro," "Cracker," "White-Washed," or "Oreo."
They’ll get their “black card” revoked, and “kicked out” of the black
community.
This can happen even if the person in question is of the darkest
shade. Darker even than their would-be accusers. Many of the
accused don’t understand why they have to act disrespectful or
pretend to be illiterate to be considered “black” by their peers. To
them, they are perpetuating their own negative stereotype.
Whites also make jokes about blacks who are "white" on the
inside and shame them for having the wrong political opinions. This
happens to Blacks who say things like "I don't believe in racism"47;

go as far as to say that racism is an industry unto itself that certain
people want to keep alive.48
Kids who excel at school might also get harassed, especially if
they don't act tough or conform to criminal behaviors. It is common
for both poor white and poor black communities to value strength
and toughness over intelligence. However, whereas poor whites
might associate intelligence with softness or wealth, many poor
black subcultures often (wrongly) associate intelligence with "being
white." Many blacks will associate "blackness" with ignorance and
crime before they learn anything else about themselves.49

There are both blacks and whites who believe that the only way
to live is a hard life, where street cred is and fast cash are the only
things that matter. But in American culture, blacks are more
renowned for this in media/entertainment than whites. These
depictions have a deep history in America. It is largely the white
liberal elites in the media who promote these stereotypes in modern
times.

Racial Tension In Jokes And Epithets
Just as a reminder before we proceed: I am not here to say what
is right or wrong. I am only making observations.
There are those who use racial epithets everywhere, regardless
of whose around. Some use them but refuse to use them in specific
company. Some have no interest in saying them at all and don't
tolerate they're use by anyone, regardless of skin color.
Of all the racial epithets, black racial epithets are considered the
most offensive across American culture by both blacks and whites.
White racial epithets hardly garner the same response. There are
varying levels of offense accredited to epithets of other races.
Groups of mixed friends will be more prone to making racially
charged jokes with one other. For many, the use of such jokes is a
measure of trust between them. For males, in particular, they might
grow suspicious of friends who don't use jokes around them. If you
express nervousness in telling “off-color jokes” in front of members
of other races, they might try and find ways to goad you into it.
For a mixed clique, the lowest kind of racial tension poorly
timed race jokes. The highest form of racial tension comes from an
excessive amount of unwanted verbal harassment.
If they’re the sole member of their ethnicity in the clique,
they’ll experience isolation when their friends goes overboard with
racial jokes. But they might choose to stick around because they
don't think there circle means anything by it- they aren't actually
racist, they're just being dumb and immature.
If the recipient asks them to stop, and his friends don't, and he
squares up to fight them out of anger, the harassers often throw their
hands up and say "Whoa buddy! Chill out! You know were not really
racist. Get a grip!"
If they don't take the appropriate measures to back off when
asked, perhaps they should not be considered friends at all out of
self-respect. If there are grounds that these ‘friends’ are actually
undercover racists, consider taking precautionary measures to for
your safety and the welfare of their family.
Many blacks refer to whites with racial epithets that they
wouldn’t tolerate coming from whites. While not always the case,
some blacks will tolerate the use of epithets if they are coming from
someone of a “colored” or “non-white” ethnic background.
Non-racist whites are the least likely to use racial epithets at all,
next to CM whites. They might use epithets for their own kind but
will often refuse to use any others. Partially because they believe
they’re ignorant terms, partially because they don't want to come off
wrong and get beat up for being perceived as racist.
As of late, Whites have been banned from using certain words
in public. This is because whites of power have restricted whites who
lack power from using them. If whites of power did not care, there
would be no restrictions, regardless of any other races' disposition.
Whites who use words that they're culturally prohibited from
using do so to sound cool, or they’re intentionally trying to be
offensive, or they’re hardcore racists, or they're thugs (or all of the
above).
Puritans of either race are more likely to use a broader spectrum
of racial epithets without remorse. This also applies to blacks in
general across the racial spectrum.
There are subcultures of blacks who find any racial epithet a
form of ignorance and prejudice, and don't tolerate their use
anywhere.
Typically the use of racial epithets is correlated to how often
people cuss in general.
Some people will use racial epithets on members of another
race they judge to be physically or socially weaker than them. The
recipient of this epithet will tolerate it if they feel physically or
socially weaker than the offending party. If don’t feel this way, this
could easily start a confrontation.
There are mixed-race cliques that freely exchange every kind of
racial epithet between one another, but currently, these cliques are
rare.
The use of epithets in mixed-race cliques is often tied to drug
use50 and anti-social behavior (stealing, vandalism, assault, etc.).
Many minorities associate the use of racial epithets with criminality
and street behavior; those who exhibit these behaviors are “allowed”
to speak this way in front of them. In other words, some blacks
tolerate the use of epithets coming from whites because they've
determined that these whites would still use those slurs even if they
got punched in the mouth and beat up.
Mixed raced cliques that aren't involved in anti-social behaviors
but tolerate the free exchange of epithets do so for several reasons. 51
Blacks who tolerate whites or other races saying "the N word" will

tell you they don't think it's fair to restrict people from using a word
that they use regularly on everyone. “I know they’re not racist” they
say, “they can speak however they want.”
Obviously, the most common group of blacks don't tolerate the
use of epithets from whites under any circumstances. They will say
they’d be committing a crime against their people by letting them
use these offensive terms.
The blacks that tolerate the use of epithets from whites will say
"you are keeping the negative meaning of the term alive by being
offended by it all the time.”
Blacks who don’t use epithets will claim both groups are fools
degrading their speech and disrespecting their ancestors.
Many Blacks often use epithets to the extent they feel
ostracized from White society.
There are Blacks who feel very uncomfortable using epithets,
but do it anyway because they've concluded it's a necessary step in
being valued by other Blacks.
The conversation changes when whites interject and ask, "if it's
so offensive, why do you use it against each other." Blacks know
more than anyone the blood and pain attached to these words, and
why they define its use as extremely immoral. They reply, "in some
cases, it is used as a term of endearment," and try to establish that
because they spell a world differently, it magically means something
else.
This is somewhat of a red herring because these same epithets
can also start arguments or fights and even lead to the shedding of
blood amongst Blacks. Just like with cuss words, if a person uses an
epithet loosely with someone they don't know that well, the recipient
will become very confrontational and say, "don't talk to me that way,
I don't know you like that"- and start a fight over it. Apparently they
didn't find the term very endearing.
Chapter 4
People of Mixed Blood

In our time as a country, America has produced a lot of mutts.


Many of those people, black or white, are ignorant of the fact that
they’re mutts. These mutts are the fourth group in the American
Racial Spectrum.
Despite there being so many mixed people, American culture is
still currently racially binary in nature: you’re either ‘white’, or your
‘colored’.
There are several terms for mixed folk: mulatto, mestizo, afro-
latinx,52 eurasian, brownie, half-breed, mongrels, hybrid, mud blood;
the list goes on and on. Many of these terms are not in use today on a
wide scale, save in certain sub-cultures.
Many Blacks in America appear to be "all-Black,” but are not.
The reality is that many are mixed with varying degrees of White
and Native-American blood.
The same is true for many whites and their heritage, but to a
lesser extent and for a smaller portion of their population.
Many people will hold tightly to whatever minor DNA
evidence, ancestral records, or even family rumors, that they’re
something else than what they appear.
Some of these people genuinely care about their family history
and respect their ancestral heritage.
Some people only bring it up because it makes them sound cool
and unique. By being mixed, they are far more interesting than you.
Others have caught on to this, and they’re skeptical of anything
they can’t see. You could tell someone the truth about your heritage,
and they’ll call you a liar if you don’t look it.
Some people will go at great lengths to reshape their entire
identity over a fraction of their heritage. Their personality will be
disproportionate to their physical DNA and perhaps become
reversed.
For example, a white person who discovers they're 5% black,
and 95% white, might start behaving culturally as if they're 95%

black and 5% white. This also goes for blacks, whites, natives,
asians, or whatever race you can imagine.
Sometimes, this distortion is not entirely the fault of the
individual. Peer pressure might push people to behave like this.
Some blacks are simply comfortable with the fact that they're
mixed even if they don't look it. Others bring it up to put themselves
a rank above other blacks and on par with races of “higher status”.
Many whites will bring up their 'secondary race' so that they
can achieve victim status. Or at least pretend they have victim status.
Some whites have actually been victimized for their mixed
ancestry by racists, and have refused to let go of their ancestry
despite societal pressures and threats of violence. They're not the
same as the whites who think they want to be victims. Many whites
who think they want to be victims would deny their heritage if they
were exposed to violence.
There is a behavioral difference between these two types of
whites. From what I can tell, whites who desire to be seen as victims
will over-exaggerate the role race has played in their lives for the
sake of conversational theater and to gain power in a political
arguments. And they're usually women.
Whites who have actually been subject to violence for their
mixed ancestry can be a lot more cautious about who they reveal this
too. This is not always because they are scared, per se. They don't
like being seen as attention-seekers. Heritage is not a game or a
popularity contest to them like it is to others.
For example, these whites won't jump the gun and tell other
blacks they're part African at an inappropriate time. Depending on
how much a black American identifies with "black culture", if mixed
white brings up their heritage the wrong way, it might sound as if
they're suggesting "see, my life is just like yours," when they both
know that's not the case.

Mixed Race Radicals


There are those of mixed blood that will try to get away with
being purists. But if they're exposed, they can be subject to
harassment and violence.
However, if another racist discovers a purist is mixed, they may
decide to keep the nature of their identity hidden. This usually only
happens if it's politically expedient and they renounce their 'lesser'
bloodline.
Mind you, this is very rare for whites puritans to do, but it has
happened. They’ll deny this. It's blasphemy. If one of them knows of
an adopted mixed-blood in the past or present, they would be fools
to announce it publicly. Revealing this knowledge could get people
hurt, possibly killed. One-hundred percent racial purity is the highest
of virtues to white racists, and it is by that value that their supposed
maintain their tribe's cohesion.
While being part black is the worst of the races to whites, they
can be canceled out by any bloodline that is not European.
Mixed-bloods are prone to become the most vehement activists
if they’re radicalized. Its been speculated that they do this as
compensation for their mixed heritage, trying to prove their
dedication to whatever side they choose53: Wallace D. Fard, founder
of the Nation of Islam, and Malcolm X in his early fame,54 serve as
immediate examples.
Frederick Douglass and Bob Marley are other famous mixed-
bloods. Although they wouldn't be what you consider "race radicals"
in popular culture. Still, they were certainly outspoken outliers in
their community.

Treatment Of Mixed People
In America, a person is considered "black" to a white purist for
having a single drop of African blood in them. This distinction
between blacks and whites was made ages ago in order to keep
anyone who had a sliver of African DNA from voting.
This created a wider range of people labeled “black”. Conflicts
sometimes arise between "dark-skin" blacks and mixed "light-skin"
blacks.55 A greater number of dark-skin folk report experiencing
racial discrimination then light-skin folk. This is not to say light-skin
folk never face discrimination, but that blacks who look “more
white” may be treated nicer by whites than blacks who don’t look
white at all.
People of mixed race are often viewed as non-entities in the
racial spectrum. They are the 3rd blood living in a culture that runs
on a binary racial system of "black" or "white". Because of their
status, they can often be treated like a thing of not by people of
either culture.
Sometimes, they may get treated 'nice' by either race for a time,
but can also be subject to both sides' brutalities without warning. A

person of mixed-race is not a "real white" person or a "real black"
person. They may be stripped of their "whiteness" or "blackness" on
a whim. This can happen to them regardless of their level of
charisma, beauty, or social status.
Many mixed folk may feel they have no place in the world. One
minute they will be exalted by either race for having the opposing
bloodline; the next, they will be interrogated and condemned for it.
They’ll be told, "you know, you really aren't white/black at all!" All
three of these reactions can happen back to back on the same day
and often come from the same people.
There are certainly dark-skin people reading this who are
saying to themselves, "Boo-Hoo. Who cares?"
Family members with the mixed blood might claim one side of
their blood over the other. They’ll extort family members who claim
the wrong side of their lineage.
Mixed-bloods can have a unique animosity where they’ll be
suspicious and untrustworthy of just about everyone. They might be
driven in a silent rage towards both sides of their blood. If and when
they "chose a side," they can still hold extreme disdain for the side
they chose. This will go unverbalized and kept hidden from plain
view.
Someone who is part white and part black might have a lot of
conflicting experiences that build up in their lives that they cannot
adequately describe to others- and if they tried, no one would care or
take them seriously.
Purebloods may take measures to verbally discipline mixed-
bloods for having the 'wrong' point of view. They will say sly,
racially charged comments and attribute your opinions to your skin
color or impure ancestry.
If the mixed-blood continues to claim his mixed heritage,
they’ll never be able to escape the irony that someone on both sides
will always view them as an enemy or a spy.

Black Status
As A Cultural And Political Statement
Some blacks will not acknowledge that light skins or mulatto's
are actually "black" because of their mixed heritage.
When someone claims they're "black," or they’re labeled
“black” by society, this can mean a variety of things.
Both blacks and whites will sometimes look at certain white
people, and say "he's black" for cultural reasons. This can be coated
with sarcasm, or be said in all seriousness.
For example, if you have a white boy who is particularly good
at rapping, or dancing, or shows a high degree of toughness and
athleticism, many black Americans will claim he is “black”. A lot of
black Americans aren’t rappers, dancers, or are even athletic, but
many famous blacks are. They associate cultural value with these
subjects, and will impart “blackness” to members of other races that
skilled in these areas.
In some cases, "whiteness" or "blackness" has nothing to do
with your actual skin color and may be based purely on your
political leanings and how dedicated you are to "the cause."
Some white people claim they're black, purely for cultural or
political reasons.56 There are a lot of people who find this behavior
bewildering. Blacks are more likely to come to a white persons
defense in this if they're already friends with them, and they’ve
given some level of sacrifice to their friendship- but that's not always
the case.57
However, for this reason, many blacks are skeptical of people
when they say, "I'm black." A lot of them are ready to boot black
people off of their black status simply for the wrong politics, so
they’re edgy when they see other races claiming black status for

illegitimate reasons. As it's been said before, "Everybody wants to be
a nigga, but nobody wants to be a nigger." Or in layman's terms,
everyone wants to be black when it's cool, but they’re nowhere to be
found when it's dangerous to be black.
Culturally in America, your blackness, or lack thereof, can be
held as a "truth" to some and a "falsehood" to others. You may be
"black" according to the one-drop rule and white racists; Some
blacks will accept that identification and others won't.
I once met a dark-skinned woman who had a very aggressive
case of vitiligo. I became close friends with her. Over time she
relayed to me she had trouble interacting with both white AND black
folk - specifically "pro-black" and "anti-prejudice" types - because
of her skin condition. The latter struck me as odd. I asked her, "how
can they treat you differently based on your skin condition? Isn't that
hypocritical?" She didn't even blink, "Oh, they're all fake," she
says. I was floored.
This conundrum has been created by the racism of the system.
There is no way to make everyone happy. If you are mixed or
"different," you may want people to respect your identity –
specifically the people you identify with. Things don’t always work
out that way.
Interracial Relationships

"I think in Texas, there's definitely some racism there,


but me personally, I feel the greatest amount of racism
when I travel with my wife to the east coast or other
places where you wouldn't traditionally think of them
as being racist."

Interracial dating, race mixing, or miscegenation are anathema


to many puritans.
Racists hate it the most, and the idea of mixing races is
unappealing even to people who say they aren't racist. A baseline of
people will always find interracial relationships off-limits, even if
they maintain relations with that race. They are not right or wrong
for feeling this way; it's just how they feel.
Some people date interracially because they have a good
relationship with someone in the same economic bucket. Some
people date interracially because they feel they've been rejected by
their racial peers or have slim-pickin's in their current dating pool.
Some people date interracially as a means of rebellion against the
status quo and their family's wishes.
Despite their apparent animosity for the subject, racists were
more likely to participate in race mixing in the olden days of
America than anyone else. Today, CM’s are the most likely group to
commit miscegenation.
Interracial relations are rare. Racists will accuse race-mixers of
hating their own race and switching sides. They will accuse the other
race of stealing the virtue of their women. As far as I can tell, which
men are seen as the prime offenders is relative to the time. Pre-
emancipation, it was white men (be they slave masters or not) who
would seek this of black women58. If you dig through historical
records and journal entries, you'll learn that their white wives or
female relatives would find this atrocious and treat black women
with ill regard because of it- particularly if children are involved.
Post-emancipation, white men identify this behavior with black
men. Some black women also find it egregious that some white
women are "stealing" their men.

black slaves. Their opponents shot back by claiming it was the abolitionists who wanted to free slaves
so they could promote interracial marriage, and would have more black women to bed.
It was not uncommon for men on either side of the states to accuse their cultural nemesis of
engaging in these behaviors. A great many mulatto’s are a product of miscegenation stemming from
this era.
Many people will get mad when they see someone of the
opposite race dating someone they like. While they won't say it out
loud, they think to themselves, "I should have first dibs on this
person because they belong to my race. Why is my crush
reciprocating affection for a member of the opposite race? Am I not
good enough for them? What do they have that I don't? I can think of

Families react to interracial dating differently:
1) You have families with strong feelings about it, enough to

and is way more true of people in other countries today than it is for

version of the first family. The difference is they feel they have no
control over their relative's behavior or don't have the energy to do
anything if they could.
3) Families that put up obstacles between their relatives and
outsiders. They prize their relatives, and family members will make
veiled or open threats to the suitor. They’ll have multiple tests to see
if they’re worthy of their relatives' affection. The weak need not
apply.
4) You also have families who don't care and just want their
relatives to date people of quality. Or they're scared to voice
disapproval. Or maybe they're not involved in their relatives' lives
enough to notice who they're with. Regardless, the result is the same.
They leave their decisions in their relatives' hands and don't have
anything to say about it.
5) Then there are those families that are awkward about what's
going on. This is not because they're racist per se, but because
they've never dealt with the situation before. Prepare for them to be
way too friendly, and single you out with odd conversations.

When you start dating someone of the opposite race, some of
their family members might not be so quick to approve of the

of progeny between kings as a public sign of alliance or the conquest
of one nation to another.
Some people who date interracially want to send messages to
their peer groups that they're superior to their own race. Some blacks
date whites because whites are seen as a rank above blacks, and they
date them as trophies. Some of their peers will say they are doing it
to abandon their blackness and marry into a higher social cast.
There are also whites trying to project sexual superiority over
other whites by dating blacks. They’ll be accused of being motivated
entirely by sexual components associated with supposed black
stereotypes. They’ll be accused of just scratching a notch on their
belt and marking "black guy/girl" off their checklist. Their peers will
claim they are dating below their cast and/or say they're doing this to
make their relatives and friends mad.
None of these peculiarities have to exist in the minds of those in
an interracial relationship. They may be entirely projected onto the
relationship by gossipmongers with nothing better to do than talk
about other people's business.
Some women will literally jump to be date a man with good
looks or high status of another race. Others will put up artificial
barriers between them and their potential suitors to make it seem like
they're not interested in a relationships in order to be chased. These
barriers can be overcome with humor, game, and sincerity. Some
women will date interracially in the short term, but not in the long,
because they don’t want interracial kids.
When two people of different races court one another,
differences in pheromones can spark a unique reaction between
them. This can lead to a form of romantic intoxication known
colloquially as "jungle fever," "pilgrim fever," or "swirling". This is
especially true if they’re new interracial dating. Emotional
intoxication can be applied to many romantic relationships, but there
are aspects exclusive to interracial dating.
People also accuse interracial couples of treating each other
differently than if they were dating their own race. In some cases,
this is true. There's a reason for this, and it may not involve forms or
white or black "worship" that racialists suppose.
For some, interracial dating is a social risk. If this risk-factor
takes precedent in their mind, and they're genuinely interested in one
another, both individuals will be less inclined to run the other
through the standard hoops and trials that they’d normally push on
someone of their own race. They’re already showing an extra-level
of investment by taking a chance on them.

white worship theories are most likely those who have been rejected
by members of their own race for someone else. Or they have weird
fantasies or something.
Some people will actually like you more as a person when they
find out that you date interracially, specifically their race. To them,
it's a sign of virtue that you choose to intermingle with them.
Sometimes these feelings are strongly dependent on the gender of
the race-mixer (they might not think anything if a man dates
interracially, but they’ll express approval about a woman doing it, or
