ISSUE –
5-EYES MONUMENTAL DISASTER
As a CONSTITUTIONALIST my concern is the true meaning and application of the constitution.

* Gerrit, what is 5-EYES? And, why is it a monumental disaster?

**#** INSPECTOR-RIKATI®, 5-EYES is to be the organization of intelligence of the USA,
Canada, New Zealand, Australia and the UK. Mind you, the Australian Government originally
created ASIO because the USA demanded this. I for one hold this to be unconstitutional where
they were spying on Australians and for example preventing teachers to have a job because they
were allegedly communist. Coming to your second part why it is a MONUMENTAL
DISASTER is because I understand that Joe Biden when Vice President of the USA was selling
out to the CCP (China Communist Party). The Australian Government apparently prefer to have
Joe Biden winning the Presidential election because they claim he is better to deal with.
However, who want to use a traitor? For Australia’s intelligence community it would be better
that President Donald Trump would be re-elected. Also, even if Joe Biden were to win the
election then the Democrats already plan to get rid of Joe Biden using the 25 th Amendments and
Kamala Harris already is making clear that she will be issuing “Executive orders”, which as a
Vice President she cannot do. As such, she is making clear that if Joe Biden win she will have
him declared unfit within the 25th Amendment and take over to be President. As such, it would
be utter stupid for the Australian Government to place its bets upon Joe Biden.
* How do you know this stuff?
**#** I have been downloading numerous videos concerning the COVID-19 issue and in the
process also downloaded related videos about the CCP involvement. Reportedly, some 20
million mobile numbers in china were cancelled. Now that is extra ordinary as one needs a
mobile number to move about, etc. It is suspected that those were people killed because of the
COVID-19 disease in China, but were left unreported. After all, as I understand it the Chinese
Government in July 2019 then already were urging people to get tested, etc. They just waited
until end December to report it. I understand that they in September 2019 did an exercise with a
woman coming down the staircase of a plane to have her and the plane decontaminated. As such,
China in my view concealed the truth and allowed international travelers to continue to travel via
planes, etc. And the fact it claimed to have built a hospital in 7 days and another in 10 days in
about February 2020 may underline that there was more to it. You just do not built some hospital
in 7 days. As you need to plan ahead and clear an area. You need to have the manufacturing of
the pre-fabricated concrete panels to build the hospital, etc. As such, I view that the CCP all
along were aware it was getting out of hand and no longer could conceal the disease and so
finally reported it some about 6 months or more after they already were aware of it. Anyhow, by
my research I came across a lot of videos that the Chinese Communist party was pursuing a
“NEW WORLD ORDER” that it would control the entire world. And then considering how
premier Daniel Andrews so to say was in bed with the Chinese Communist party and had this
“curfew” so secretly some about 2 passengers planes loaded with electronic surveillance cameras
landed in secrecy and then were installed in parks, etc, may underline that he also might be a
National Security risk. This also considering the “Belt and Road Initiative” which I view was in

violation of “External Affairs” powers of the Commonwealth. He allegedly also uses laboratories
connected to the CCP so that anyone tested has their DNA now passed on to the CCP.
* Oh boy that is something.
**#** In my view this COVID-19 issue has been used to test run so that next time they can have
the CCP moving in it’s soldiers. That is in my view why Premier Daniel Andrews pursued the
Omnibus and why PM Scott Morrison is seeking top push for foreign troops to come in and
cannot be held legally accountable. This so that foreign troops freely can violate any law. It is all
to set up a system for a “NEW WORLD ORDER”.
* Obviously my next question will be what real prove have you got that even a single politician
in Australia is pursuing to implement the “NEW WORLD ORDER”?

I understood not once but twice made clear implementing the “NEW WORLD ORDER” and
the NSW Premier was there and didn’t say anything to claim otherwise. Surely it was her task to
rectify any falsehood or false statement but she obviously was not concerned about what the

* The Government may not like President Donald Trump but it seems he is a far safer bet then
having some traitor in power and then the entire 5-EYES program needs to be scrapped.
**#** Well, we already had some previous NSW politician having to it from Parliament for links
to the CCP and I wouldn’t be surprised if Premier Daniel Andrews might be compromised and
may also be a traitor. This not only because I view he acted in violation of our constitution but
also because of his conduct regarding COVID-19 and even waning to be able to lock up anyone
allegedly for up to 30 months without access to any judicial system. His involving CCP
connected laboratories and various other issues. Let us not ignore that videos like “DELETING
THIS SOON (-exposure CCP Hunter and others deals)” and “Terrible Things (-INFO WARS -
HUNTER B & CCP)” are also indicating considerable risk to our national security. In my view
the Federal government should instantly close down any 5-EYES project and await the result of
what goes on in the USA. After all, the FBI already had the harddrives of incrimination evidence
against Hunter Biden and his father Joe Biden in 2019 and yet concealed this all as I understand
it from the Australian Federal Government and others. As such, it appears to me the FBI
knowingly allowed this to continue and that endangered the entire 5-EYES (5 EYES) project.
Why on earth would the FBI take about a year already when allegedly the hard drives contain
explicit and serious incriminating evidence? It seems they were seeking to conceal it perhaps
awaiting for a Democrat to win the presidency.
*. Do you trust PM Scott Morrsion?
**#** Absolutely not. Why on earth would he desire to legislate for foreign troops to come into
Australia and be free from being prosecuted if they commit any crimes, such as perhaps taking
over the country. To me that is absurd and I view that the should be stripped of any intelligence
clearance. Likewise, so many others, like Premier Daniel Andrews if he has any such intelligence
clearance.
*. What is your view about this 90-year order to keep secret Senator Heffernan’s statement about
28 pedophiles in the government, the judiciary, etc?

**#** Each House of the Parliament makes its own internal rules and I cannot see how the
Parliament can legislate as to the internal conduct of Senators. As such, the 90-year legislation to
me has no constitutional validity. The Senate can at anytime simply rule that the transcript is
released and that is it. If they do not do so then I view they directly/indirectly are protecting
pedophilia and pedophiles.
*. Are you claiming that even so both Houses of parliament passed a Bill it still has no legal
force?
**#** It is not uncommon that a Bill is passed by both Houses and never is presented for Royal
Assent. Further, no Parliament can interfere with the internal Rules of the House concerned. As
such it is up to the Senators to provide their own Rules of the Senate and the House of
Representatives cannot interfere with this. Likewise the reverse with the House of
Representatives which makes up its own rules.
*.What about Kamala Harris?
**#** As I understand it from the records I have seen Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and numerous
others of the Democrat Party are funding the BLM. As I understand it when the people indicated
to vote for Trump because of the violence she instructed the BLM/Antifa to stop rioting. But, I
understand she also made clear that the rioting will continue after the presidential election. BLM
is not some saint-like organization as they are involved in crimes and how. Yet we had the
Victorian Police in Bendigo kneeling in support of the BLM, a political organization. There is a
lot more to it all but safe to say that anyone who support a group that violates the constitutional,
human and other legal rights of another person should not be a Member of Parliament. I view
they are traitors to our constitution.
*. I understand you got some problems getting on the internet?
**#** Well, I have the message that I am connected to the Internet but at the same time my
webpage claim I am not connected. I can download some videos yet not access my emails. I tried
another computer and the same, so it is not a specific computer problem. In my view it is that my
WiFi is being restricted in some manner.
*.Could it be your provider is off the air?
**#** I am with Optus and can see other Optus being on the Internet and so it is not that Optus is
not available. It is not the first time that this happens. I had it in the past. I do make screenshots
so I got evidence that allegedly the webpages claim that I am not connected to the internet, this
while actually downloading videos, and my computer shows I am connected. Sometimes I can
access certain webpages, but others claim I am not connected.
*.Do you suspect deliberate external state actors being involved?
**#** I have had this in the past when having a case against the Government, so more than likely
it is to try to frustrate me preparing my case that I am now working on. I also keep repeatedly
copying material to external harddrives, as a protection.

We need to return to the organics and legal principles embed in of our federal constitution!
