Shooting Incident: OUTDOOR 1

At about 2:00pm September 13, 2018, a telephone call was received by Calamba CPS regarding shooting incident that
transpired at the vacant lot near IMALL, Bgy Canlubang, Calamba City. Apparently the suspect held-up the Takuyaki
Food Stall at the Bazaar of said mall. Mall security pursued the suspect but opened fire at the pursuing security guards.
One of the security guard managed to hit the suspect at the torso and fell on the grassy portion of aforementioned place of
incident. The suspect was brought by security guard of the mall to the Mary Help of Christian Hospital but was declared
dead on arrival by attending physician, Dr. Akimi Thompson.

Shooting Incident: INDOOR 1

At about 2:30pm September 13, 2018, a telephone call was received by Carmona Police Station regarding a shooting
incident that transpired at Aling Nena Sari-Sari store, Bgy Bagong Bayan, Carmona, Cavite. Apparently, a group of men
were having a drinking spree when misunderstanding between them brewed. One of the suspects struck the victim with a
kitchen knife while others held the victim as he was being stabbed. Suspects then fled towards the nearby barangay. The
victim was brought to Sacred Heart Hospital but was declared dead on arrival by attending physician, Dr Akikho Mars.

Shooting Incident: INDOOR 2

At about 2:45pm September 13, 2018, a telephone call from Security Officer Marlon Garcia regarding an alleged shooting
incident that transpired at Planters Bank, Canlubang Branch, Bgy Canlubang, Calamba City. Apparently, a band of
robbers armed with short firearms stormed said bank while it was about to be opened for business that day. As the robbers
were emptying the bank’s vault, one of the security guards on duty who was on the comfort room while the former
declared the robbery was able to fire upon one of the suspects, inflicting upon him mortal wound on the torso, while the
others fled taking away the loot of still undetermined amount of cash.

Shooting Incident: OUTDOOR 2

At about 2:00pm September 13, 2018, a telephone call was received by Calamba CPS regarding shooting incident that
transpired at the vacant lot near Jolibee Foods Corporation, Bgy Canlubang, Calamba City. Apparently the suspect held-
up the said food company when adjacent security personnel witnessed the incident and was able to call the police station
for assistance. PO2s Jun Carallo and Mig Servo security pursued the suspect but opened fire at the pursuing police
officers. One of the police officer managed to return fire and hit the suspect at the torso which fell on the grassy portion of
aforementioned place of incident. The suspect was brought by said policemen the Maria Makiling Hospital but was
declared dead on arrival by attending physician, Dr. Ejay Alarcon
