MONTH Date Observation

At 11:30 two adjacent blades of CT Fan#1 got


broken and fan was stopped. One blade damaged
April 15-Apr-20 the volute of CT Fan#1 and entered in CT Fan#1
area by damaging its volute too.

Old 2 blades of CT Fan#1 were replaced with 4 new


24-Jun-20
Blades.

25-Jun-20 Blade angle of CT Fan#1 was changed.

June 26-Jun-20 Blade angle of CT Fan#1 was changed.

30-Jun-20 CT Fan#1 was tripped due to high Vibration
