a) Find closes story to your location. Describe step that you did to find closes shop?

Steps I took to find the closes shop to my location:

 I opened the web browser.

 Typed the web address http://www.benjerry.com/.
 After I opened web page I clicked on section “Find us”
 After section “Find us” is opened, I clicked on “Scoop Shop”
 Page automatically found my location and offered 9 location found near me.

Was it easy to find it?

 It wasn’t hard, but I think the process could be made easier.

What would you change and why?

In section “Find us” I will add drop menu with all subsection to show when I put cursor on it. Subsection
“Scoop shop” I will put to show first when I open section “Find us” instead “Grocery Stores” because when
I click on section “Find us” I expect to find stores first not my favorite flavor.

Did you find any issue? If yes, please write them down.
As I mention above, in section “Find us” missing drop menu with all subsection.

Addition:
I found the others ways to find the closes shop to my location on web page: in section “Shops and catering”
click on subsection “Find an ice cream shop”, click on location icon or in section “Flavors” click on “Find
ice cream near me”, but when I opened web page the first and logic way was to click on “Find us.”

b) Ben&Jerry has added new info about store history.

Find information about first store. Describe step that you did to find it?

 I opened the web browser.

 Typed the web address http://www.benjerry.com/.
 After I opened web page I put the cursor on section “About us” and drop menu with subsection
was shown.
 I clicked on subsection “Overview”
 When subsection “Overview” opened I scrolled down and found information about the first store
in paragraph with title Humble Beginnings.

Was it easy to find it?

Yes, it was.

What would you change and why? Did you find any issue and if yes what they are?

I will change title of subsection “Overview” in “Our history”. I think this title would be clearer to site
visitors.

c) New Recipes section is added. You need to:

Find recipe for “Vegan Brownie Sundae”. Describe step that you did to find recipe?
  I opened the web browser.
 Typed the web address http://www.benjerry.com/.
 After I opened web page I put the cursor on section “Flavors” and drop menu with subsection was
shown.
 I clicked on subsection “Ice Cream Recipes”
 When subsection “Ice Cream Recipes” opened I scrolled down to find recipe Vegan Brownie
Sundae.

Was it easy to find it? What would you change and why? Did you find any issue and if yes what they
are?

No, it wasn’t. Because I needed to scroll down to find recipe or to search all web page with search tool on
right upper corner of site. It would be much easier if you add search tool in section “Ice Cream Recipes”.

Addition:
I found the others way to recipes: in section “What’s New” there is subsection “Recipes”, but there is
problem, too. In section “What’s New” there is no drop menu with all subsection, so visitors don’t know
which subsections is there until they click and open section What’s New. So, in section “What’s New” I
will add drop menu with all subsection to show when I put cursor on it.
