·         Can work with minimal supervisionroject Development Associate assists in the land
acquisition/deal-making stage of the project development process and prepares project brief
components with guidance. S/He also participates in developing feasibility studies and
prepares and updates financial runs with guidance for evaluation of project profitability/
financial feasibility. S/He also oversees property management operations, assists in project
monitoring (i.e. costs, budgets, disbursements, etc), conducts research work, helps secure
permits, takes care of legal documents and helps in organizing presentations and negotiations.
The Assistant also represents the team in other external affairs related to the project such as
