1. Kopie des Führerscheinkopie (Vorder- und Rückseite)

2. Kopie des Passkopie (Fotoseite)oder des Personalausweises (Vorder- und Rückseite) wenn Du EU-/EWR-
/Schweizer Staatsangehöriger bist oder Kopie des Aufenthaltstitels (Vorder- und Rückseite, ggf. mit
zusätzlichen Dokumentenseiten), wenn Du kein EU-/EWR-/Schweizer Staatsangehöriger bist.
3. Führungszeugnis nicht älter als 90 Tage, jedoch nur für den Fall, dass Du bereits über dieses Dokument
verfügst. Wenn Du dieses Dokument noch nicht hast, kannst Du es innerhalb der nächsten 60 Tage hochlade
n. Dies ist eine Ausnahmeregelung, die aufgrund der Schließung der Bürgerämter in Folge des COVID-19
Virus, in Kraft tritt. Bitte beachte dabei, dass obwohl du bereits mit dem Fahren beginnen kannst, von dem
Programm ausgeschlossen wirst, wenn du Dein Führungszeugnis nicht innerhalb der angegeben Frist
nachreichst.
Hinweis: Dieser Zeitraum kann sich jedoch verändern, da er davon abhängt, wann die Behörden ihren
normalen Betrieb wiederaufnehmen.

*Du hast 60 Tage Zeit dein Führungszeugnis hochzuladen! Bitte vergesse es nicht! Wir werden Dich
benachrichtigen, falls dieser Zeitraum aufgrund von COVID-19 verlängert werden muss.

Sobald die Einwohnermeldeämter wieder geöffnet sind, kannst Du Dein Führungszeugnis wie folgt
beantragen:

1. Gehe zu dem Einwohnermeldeamt, bei dem Du gemeldet bist. Personen, die von der Meldepflicht befreit
oder ohne festen Wohnsitz sind, können ihren Führungszeugnisantrag bei der Meldebehörde stellen, in deren
Bezirk sie sich gewöhnlich aufhalten
Beachte: Führungszeugnisse können online nur mit einem neuen Personalausweis/elektronischen™
Aufenthaltstitel über https://www.fuehrungszeugnis.bund.de/ und nicht direkt vom
Bundesjustizministerium, sondern nur über das für dich verantwortliche Gemeindeamt
(Einwohnermeldeamt), angefordert werden
2. Um Dich auszuweisen, bringen bitte Deinen Personalausweis oder Reisepass mit
3. Du musst ein Formular ausfüllen, um das Führungszeugnis zu beantragen
4. Die Gebühr für das Führungszeugnis beträgt 13€ und muss beim Zeitpunkt der Antragsstellung gezahlt
werden.
5. Das Führungszeugnis wird vom Bundesjustizministerium über den Postweg verschickt
6. Sobald Du Dein Führungszeugnis erhalten hast, lade es bitte in Accurate Background hoch

Documents Required:

2. Passport copy (photo page) or National ID copy (front and back) if you are an EU/EEA/Swiss national or R
esidence Title Card copy (front and back with supporting document pages as needed) if you are a non-
EU/EEA/Swiss national
3. Good Conduct Certificate (Führungszeugnis) not older than 90 days, but only if you already have this
document available.
If you don’t have this document, you can upload it later within the next 60 days. We have made this
exception in the process because of the closure of the government offices due to COVID-19 prevention
policy. If you don’t provide the certificate within this time period, you will be prohibited from participation
in the Amazon Flex program.
Note: 60 days period is subject to change depending on when the government offices will reopen.
*You have 60 days to upload your actual Certificate of Good Conduct. Please don’t forget to do so! We will
notify you in case this period might need to be extended due to COVID-19.

How to apply for the Certificate (Führungszeugnis) as soon as the government offices will reopen::

1. Go to the local government office at which you are registered (Angemeldet). If you are not obliged to
register with the government, you should apply for the Certificate of Good Conduct at the Registration
Office in the district in which you reside. Note: Applications may not be filed directly with the Federal
Office of Justice.
2. To prove your identity, bring your valid personal ID card or passport.
3. You will be asked to complete an application to request the certificate.
4. The fee for the certificate of conduct is 13 € and must be provided at the time of the request.
5. The Certificate of Good Conduct will be mailed to you.
6. Once the Certificate of Good Conduct is received, scan and upload to Accurate Background.
