Executive Summary

B1B2 Partnership will offer a affordable, healthy and delicious dessert with the brand named,

“choco musa”. Our product is made of banana with a chocolate syrup and toppings. The data

shows that most of filipino, especially teenager loves eating sweets that’s why we serve/offer it

in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela. Our primary strategy is to offer a variety of topping

according to the customers choice. The customer may choose from our topping according to

their own preference. The unique features of giving some trivia and facts about the banana, is

also its competitive features that other competitors doesn’t have.

The initial capitalization of this business is Php 1,500.00 which is good for the whole expense

and the expected revenue for the whole selling/marketing of our product is Php 5,176.00 while

the total cost of goods sold amounted to Php 1,480.00.

Purpose of the Product/Service

- "Choco Musa" will offer variety of Banana Split to its costumer according to their choice of

topic.

- It will benefit for their health because Banana is rich in potassium, fiber, Vitamin B6, Vitamin

C, protein and etc. that may help to cure and prevent different sickness.

Product's Unique Features

Banana Musa have two unique features. First, our product offers variety of toppings . The

customer may choose 2 kinds of toppings according to their choice with chocolate syrup. And

the second unique feature is offering trivias or facts about Banana for the costumer to be aware

about the benefits and knowledge that they can get from eating bananas.

a. Customers are allowed to choose 2 toppings according to their choice.

b. If the customer wants to add same toppings they have additional payment for it.

Distribution Logistics

Our product will initially operate Direct Selling to th costumer so the product will be served

fresh and easy to pick their chosen topic. The customer can also order to us through our social

media sites because we conduct a page that all information of our product will see in that page.

The Target Market of our product is the customer that lives in the neigborhood, student, the

customer that order to us through our page and the sweet lover.

Regulatory and Other Compliance Issues

Choco Musa will be regustered as a partnership. Mrs. Carol Santiago will be the one to approve

Determining efficient strategies and presenting innovative products which is the banana split to

the market that will surely give the customer a facts or trivia that contribute to their knowledge

that the founder of B1B2 partnership use to gain and attract the customer. The founder of B1B2

partnership are the students of Accountancy Business and Management making it an advantage

to brainstorm various ideas and turning them to competent business venture.

Our Banana Split product has a features that will be used as its advantage to achieve market

penetration.

HEALTHY EATING- Even the banana split is dessert, we assure our customer to give them the

nutrition needs of health conscious consumers through the high quality and fressness of our

products.

AFFORDABILITY OF OUR PRODUCT- We all known that every person has a financial problem,

but our product can give them a break for thinking about it because we serve our product

affordably yet quality products.

NATURAL DELICIOUSNESS- Our banana split has a way to combat the battle against High
