Manual

Aubrianna J Phillips
5th Grade
Welcome to Ms. Phillips Class
Hi families! This is my 1st year teaching. I am from Eustis, Florida, and I am
so excited to be your teacher! I graduated from Stetson University in December,
2020, with my bachelors in elementary education and a minor in psychology.
When I am not at school I love to embroider, read, watch my favorite Netflix
shows, or be on the water! I have had experience in 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grade and I am
so happy to be teaching 5th grade this year, and cannot wait to get to know
everyone
This manual was created so that your child will know exactly what is
expected of them. I have included rules, procedures, rewards and consequences.
These are all in place that so the classroom can be a safe environment for
everyone. The rules are what is expected of students at all times of the day no
matter the activity. The procedures explain what is expected of the students and
explain how we will do certain activities and transitions throughout the day.
Procedures are different for each part of the day. A rule is something that we must
follow while a procedure explains how we will do something. When students
follow the rules and procedures they may get rewards, whether that be individual
or for the whole class. The consequences are set in place and may be given to
individual students or the whole class. We will go over this manual on the first day
of class. Students will also we remined of the rules and procedures for the first
week or so before any serious consequences are given.
Please reach out by email at ajphillips@steson.edu if you have any questions
or concerns.
