Employee Leave Policy Program: India


The Employee Leave Policy is designed to encourage all employees in Ryan India regarding when to avail leave and the
process to take leave with pay, leave without pay, Leave of absence

Payment of Referral Bonuses


Referral bonuses are paid in two equal payments and are subject to applicable payroll taxes.

1. The first payment will be made at the end of the month following the 90-day anniversary of the referred employee’s
start date.
2. The second payment will be made at the end of the month following the referred employee’s one-year anniversary.

Note: For India the full payment will be made post the referred employee completes 90 days and both the referred employee
and referring employee are on good standing, which is active on rolls and not serving notice period.

The referred employee and the referring employee must both be employed on the date the referral bonus is paid. Should either
party leave the Firm prior to the date of payment, all remaining referral bonuses will be forfeited. Former employees and
employees hired through and acquisition cannot be referred through the Program.

Interns are eligible to participate in the Program but will not receive payment for candidates referred and hired until the intern
joins the Firm as a full-time, regular employee. In addition, the referred candidate must also be a full-time, regular employee at
the time of payment. Referral bonuses will be paid in two equal payments.

1. The first payment will be made at the end of the month following the intern’s hire date (as a full-time, regular
employee) if the referred employee has already reached his or her 90-day anniversary.
2. The second payment will be made at the end of the month following the referred employee’s one-year anniversary.

The referred employee and the referring employee must both be employed on the date the referral bonuses are paid. Should
either party leave the Firm prior to the date of payment, all remaining referral bonuses will be forfeited.

Additional Considerations
From time to time, Ryan may communicate hiring promotions that change the referral amounts for specific positions, locations,
or regions to support a specific need or emphasis on certain skills or experiences. When such promotions occur, these will
include validation dates for the promotion. If there are no such promotions or the promotion dates have expired, the amounts
listed herein will prevail.
