29 An EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF THE ESTATE OF JOSEPHINE VALENCIA
December GUECO was entered and executed by Eduardo Gueco and his daughter Dennise May
2011 Gueco. The parties agreed to settle the parcels of land covered by TCT Nos. 241839-R,
241840-R, 366284 in equal shares.
29 A Special Power of Attorney was executed by Eduardo F. Gueco appointing Dennise May
December Gueco as her Attorney in fact to negotiate and accept from FCI payments regarding the
2011 CTS.

29 A Deed of Donation was executed by Eduardo F. Gueco (Donor)and Dennise May Gueco,
December the Donor transferring by way of irrevocable donation all his rights, ownership and interest

15 Letter from F.R.J Law office in behalf of Dennise May Gueco to FCI. Upon the execution
February of SPA, Extrajudicial Settlement with Waiver and Deed of Donation, Dennise May Gueco
2012 claimed that she already acquired all rights, interest and participation in the CTS executed
with FCI. She made a request for the cancellation of the earlier checks issued for the March
29 and June 29, 2012 payments and the issuance of new postdated checks in her favor.

28 March Letter from F.R.J Law office in behalf of Dennise May Gueco to Ms. Ester Tiu. Demand
2012 for an accounting since, Ms. Ester Tiu had custody of the said funds relating to CTS,
including the share of Dennise May Gueco as heir of the late Josephine Gueco.
28 March Letter from F.R.J Law office in behalf of Dennise May Gueco to FCI. Reiterated her
2012 Demand for delivery of the remaining quarterly payments on March 29 and June 29, 2012
in favor of Dennise May Gueco.
28 March FCI thru Atty. Christopher Ryan Tan made a formal demand to Dennise May Gueco and
2012 her father Eduardo F. Gueco to interplead between them to determine the rights and
interests of each party under the given circumstances. Likewise, FCI issued a Stop Payment
Order (SPO) for the two checks on March 29 and June 29, 2012 until the issue of whom
between Mr. Gueco and his daughter Dennise is entitled to the balance of the purchase
price.
11 April Letter from Sajor & Sajor Law in behalf of Eduardo F. Gueco. On that letter, Mr Gueco
2012 denied executing and signing the SPA, Extrajudicial Settlement with Waiver and Deed of
 Donation. Moreover, Mr Gueco said that he had already given her daughter the sum of
(Php5,581,057.52) from the proceeds of the CTS, covering her share therefrom.
14 April Letter from Eduardo F. Gueco to F.R.J Law office, in connection with the accusation that
2012 her sister Ms. Ester Tiu acted as his representative on his transaction with FCI. Mr. Gueco
said that he personally transacted with FCI and closed the CTS and that his sister has
nothing to do with the transaction.
