GUIDELINES for INDIVIDUAL FINAL REQUIREMENT

PCK 104 – Assessment of Learning 1

1. Each group from our previous activity about test construction, will utilize the results of the test that
was administered.

2. Each group will follow the steps in Item and Option Analyses provided in the reading material.
However, instead of using 27% we will be using 50% so that you will be utilizing all the test
papers.

For example: If the number of students who took the test is 35, multiply the 35 to 0.50 the result
is 17.5. Round off to the whole number, then it will give you 18, this will represent the test papers
to be analyzed. However, we have to divide the test papers into two parts the upper group and
lower group. If the number of test paper is odd number, the greater number of test paper should
be placed it in lower group. Therefore the number of test papers in the upper group is 17 and lower
groups will be 18.

3. Following the example in number 2, test papers will be divided equally to each member of the
group.

For example: If there are 4 members in the group and the number of test papers that will
undergo Item and Option Analyses is 35 (17 from the upper group and 18 from the lower group),
then there will be atmost 9 test papers that will be analyzed by each member of the group

35 number of test papers ÷ 4 members of the group = 9 round off to whole number

4. Group members should discussed how to distribute the test papers to each member without
violating the government guidelines of MGCQ.

5. If each member has their test papers to be analyzed, follow the procedure in item and option
analyses in the reading materials, and submit the individual requirement using the given template
and the rubrics.

6. Make sure the you will indicate if the test papers you are analyzing belongs to the upper group or
lower group.

7. Submit your final requirement in a long bond paper, paginated, Verdana (font style) and 10 (font
size), and follow the order of entries in the rubric.

8. Submit your papers on or before September 4, 2020 at the link provided in our group chat in
facebook messenger.

Note: Any question and clarification on the reading material and/or the requirement
please message me in my facebook messenger from Monday to Saturday
