GUIDELINES FOR PT3, UT 2 AND PRE-BORAD 1

Dear Students and Parents


Greetings for the day !!
Kindly note the guidelines of the examination (READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTEMPTING EXAM)
1. The School shall conduct Open Text Book Assessments in all the subjects for grade IX and XI. And for
grade X and XII we will follow CBSE guidelines.
2. There will be no online classes/sessions during the examination for grade X and XII. Classes will
resume from 07.12.2020.
3. Regular classes will continue for Grade IX and XI as per the time table. No classes on the day of exams.
4. For Grade X and XII – Pre-Board examination will be conducted in the school premises.
5. For Grade IX and XI - Examination will be conducted through Zoom app.
6. For Grade X and XII - Refer the CBSE curriculum for the pattern of the paper.
7. For Grade IX and XI – It will be an Open Text Book Assessment as per the syllabus shared. Question
paper will be shared in pdf format only.
8. Grade X and XII students must report to school by 10.00 am. They must wear masks and carry their
own bottle of sanitizer.
9. Students must wear school uniform/Activity Uniform/White Shirt while appearing for an online
exams. Students should be ready with the stationary (pen, pencil, ruler etc), Laptop/Desktop and a
mobile with good internet speed.
10. Students must take their seats 10 mins prior to the scheduled time to avoid last moment ruckus.
11. Students are expected to attempt the question papers with their cameras ON compulsorily.
12. Different examination meeting ids will be created and shared in the broadcast groups 15 mins before
the commencement of the examination.

NOTE : -
1. No student can leave the meeting before 12.00 noon (Grade IX) and 11.30 am (Grade XI).
2. Incase two devices are not available then Students to report to school and give their exams from the
school. School will take care of complete senitization and social distancing as per the Govt.
directives.

14. Students must mention following details very clear:


 Name of student
 Roll no
 Grade and section
 Total no. of pages and sequence of pages
15. Students need to be extra careful while submitting the answers in their online exams. As once the
response is submitted, it can't be edited again.
16. Students must submit the pdf of answer sheets on or before given time. Submission post the given
time will be considered as ‘NOT ATTEMPTED’. It will be followed strictly.
17. After submitting and finishing the entire paper, students must inform the teacher present in meeting
and leave the meeting.
18. NO RETEST will be conducted.
19. NO REQUEST FOR EXTRA TIME will be entertained.
20. Incase of absenteeism and non-availability of devices, students must submit a written application by
10.11.2020 positively. No last moment applications will be entertained.
