 I’ve been working here for around 8 months.
3. Daily hour of working?
 I work around 8 to 10 hours and on week days I work for around 10 to 12
hours
4. What is safety for you at work? What do you do for your personal safety?
 I always wear helmet while driving or riding. Moreover I keep water bottle
with me and some first aid as well.

 What measures do Zomato provide for your safety on regular basis?
Company does provide me with helmet but they take extra charges for
that, so I prefer to use my personal helmet.
 Are you satisfied with safety measures taken by Zomato for you?
Yes, riding is normal for everyone and i keep all the necessary things
required for my safety. Also company does provide its workers with all kind
of help needed and tries to solve the problems.
 Any extra needs you want your company to fulfill for you regarding safety?
Company should provide with basic safety equipments without charging
any extra cost to it rather than deducting that amount from my salary.
 When do you consume your meals while at work?
I mostly carry Tiffin box along with me as my home is located in nearby
village. I get to eat between 2-4 pm.

Yes- Company provides accidental insurance of 1 lakh rupees and life
insurance of 10 lakh rupees. I do have insurance and help options in my
company’s app.
 Are you and your family aware of any such policies at workplace?
 Yes, I have told about both the insurances and because my brother is also
working so everybody knows about it.
 New traffic fines are reviewed. Did this affect your work?
It does affect the work but I usually carry my helmet, PUC and Insurance
papers all time so it hardly matters.

Target is completed regularly as there is no such burden of completing any
targets. It is a very rare case that it happens.
 Does your safety decreases due to navigating road while riding your way to
deliveries?
No, it does not. I am used to the roads and also I have a mobile stand on my
bike so I haven’t met with any sorts of accident till date.
 While riding continuously, does it cause back pain or body issues to you?
Yes, it happens sometimes.

Company does provide trainings related to safety measures. Other than
this I carry my helmet and arm sleeve along with me while riding so it is

Company should provide regular trainngs to those who are new to this
job and shoukd also provide regular health checkups.

There is no specific time. It depends on the orders to be delivered.
Sometimes I go home after 3pm and eat my food otherwise I eat

Yes, it does affect our work. They are very high and should be reduced.

Traffic problem is very much here and main problem is to deliver the
order to customers on time but somehow I manage to deliver my order

Yes, as much safety is not required in our sector and also I am aware of
the roads so I am good with it.

Company should provide raincoats and sweaters without incurring any

I take my luch at 3 pm when I go to my home. Dinner is not fixed.

Yes, working in summer is painful. I face many problems due to thr high
temperatures in summer season.

 Yes, it does. These are good for those who follow rules and bad for those
who don’t follow traffic rules. I personally follow all traffic rules so it is not a
problem for me.
