PROCEDURE FOR BAIL OF APPLICANT/ ACCUSED NAMELY AMIT

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:-

1. That the above noted case is pending before this Hon’ble court and the

same is fixed for 12.01.2018.

2. That the applicant/ accused was arrested by the police officials of P.S.

Mukerjee Nagar on 15.09.2017 in execution of Proceedings under section

82 CrPC issued by by this Hon’ble court in the above noted matter and the

applicant/ accused was produced before this Hon’ble court on same day and

this Hon’ble court sent him to judicial custody on same day.

3. This earlier the applicant/ accused was arrested in this case on

02.08.2014 and admitted on bail vide order dated 21.08.2014.

4. That the applicant/ accused has been falsely implicated in the above-

noted falsely implicated by the police officials of P.S. Mukerjee Nagar/ IO

at the instance of the complainant.

5. That the Applicant has good roots in the society and belongs to a very

respectable family and the Accused person was not convicted previously in

any case.
6. That the trial of the case will take a long time and the general trend of

law is to grant bail and refusal is an exception to that general law. The

applicant will furnish a sound surety, if the concession of bail is granted to

the applicant.

7. That the applicant/ accused moved a bail application before this hon’ble

court which was dismissed vide order dated 09.10.2017.

8. That the Applicant/Accused undertakes to abide all the terms and

condition, if any, applied by this Hon’ble Court while granting bail to the

Applicant/Accused.

PRAYER

Under the above stated facts and circumstance of the case, it is, therefore,

most humbly and respectfully prayed that the applicant may kindly be granted

concession of bail during and until the conclusion of the trial in the above-noted

case in the interest of justice and equity.

It is prayed accordingly.
