and houses. We give offices and houses on rent as well. Also provision of
consultancy services. We take commission from both seller and purchaser and

people have a strong real income, they want to invest in property.

We have selected an age group of 25 to 60 of both
genders. We will be operating in different areas in Rawalpindi and
Islamabad.

We will want many deals and contracts e-g we would love to make 5
deals of giving houses on rent and one deal of selling and purchasing of
house or plot in one month. And it will allow us to earn approx Rs 2.25
lacs in a month and total of 27 lacs in a year. And we would love to
increase the figure by 10% every next year.

company. We do the purchasing and selling of commercial and residential

We started our business in 15
march 2020. Salman zia and Umair Khalid are the founders of Dynamic real
estate. We belong to real estate industry. We do the sale and purchase of
real estate. Our company deals in the marketing of the project. We also
facilitate the clients in order to provide the best construction and
development services.

We want to develop our real estate business in the twin cities and want to
become one of the giant in the real estate sector.

We will use office building as our resource. We will
use online platform. We will work through social media as well. We will
update our social media pages regularly with new projects.

We the owners are the only providers and financers at the start of the
business.

What is your annual sales volume in dollars units?
We have estimated that annually, we can make deals of about 12
plots and about 40 to 50 deals of renting a house and we can get
amount of approx 15000$ annually which is a huge amount.

Due to covid-19 we are using only social media
marketing option.

When it will be vanished, we will use broachers, flyers, banners, bill board
etc

Effective real estate drip email campaign will also be used.

will see a boom in this sector.

opportunities for us. We will make joint venture with companies like
Israr pvt Ltd and Samra enterprises which are construction companies.
And it will be helpful for our business to grow more in the coming
future. We will sell their project to our clients and earn handsome
income for us.
We have threats as well because there is so much competition going on
in the area where we dynamic real estate is operating e-g three brothers
real estate is our big competitor as it is dealing with same projects which
we are looking for, so there is no room for error, we need to be very
active regarding our business and in marketing of our business,
particularly the social media marketing.

Surely we have to delight our

At the start we will dedicate 7% of our sale commission to customer

It will depend on the deal. What sort of
deal, either it’s about rent a house or purchasing and selling of plot
By making a deal of 1 plot of CDA, we will get 1% commission e-g if
plot is sold for RS 1000,0000 then we will get commission of Rs
100000
Similarly we can earn at least 1.5 lacs by giving 4 or 5 houses for rent.
