genders. We will be operating in different areas in Rawalpindi and
Islamabad.

We will look for new real estate projects in the
market. Whenever we will find the future importance of any project
then we will invest in it and will focus on it.

We will want many deals and contracts e-g we would love to make 5
deals of giving houses on rent and one deal of selling and purchasing of
house or plot in one month. And it will allow us to earn approx Rs 2.25
lacs in a month and total of 27 lacs in a year. And we would love to
increase the figure by 10% every next year.

Dynamic real estate is a real estate
company. We do the purchasing and selling of commercial and residential

a. Company background
We started our business in 15
march 2020. Salman zia and Umair Khalid are the founders of Dynamic real
estate. We belong to real estate industry. We do the sale and purchase of
real estate. Our company deals in the marketing of the project. We also
facilitate the clients in order to provide the best construction and
development services.
We want to develop our real estate business in the twin cities and want to
become one of the giant in the real estate sector.
b. Resource facilities
We will use office building as our resource. We will
use online platform. We will work through social media as well. We will
update our social media pages regularly with new projects.
We the owners are the only providers and financers at the start of the
business.
c. Marketing methods
What is your annual sales volume in dollars units?
We have estimated that annually, we can make deals of about 12
plots and about 40 to 50 deals of renting a house and we can get
amount of approx 15000$ annually which is a huge amount.

Due to covid-19 we are using only social media
marketing option.
When it will be vanished, we will use broachers, flyers, banners, bill board
etc
We will make joint ventures, it will be discussed in the later part of this
business plan.
