2. PRESENTATION

The Present Simple tense is used to communicate permanent or routinary actions and activities.
As an administrative assistance technician, it is necessary to develop reading and writing skills,
and that is why we will learn technical contextualized vocabulary to be used in sentences having
the proposed structure.

3. LEARNING ACTIVITIES OBJECTIVES

 Knowledge: To identify vocabulary related to everyday tasks and actions both in daily life
and in the labor context. To interpret frequent actions in simple texts.
 Process: To develop communicative skills while reading short texts, writing simple
sentences and basic oral utterances.

good practices for workers to do every day at the office and 10 actions that are bad
practices.

 Discussion:
What are the most difficult or most boring activities people daily do in an office? What are
the most interesting activities to do in an office?

The most difficult activity in an office is talk with a rude customer, because that
client is very difficult to speak in a good conversation. When we have to organize
documents today to morning.

The most interesting activities for me is make letters, meetings and customer
service with genial people.
