Robert Cambrice, Jr, a native of New Orleans, has always possessed an entrepreneurial spirit. At an early age, his father
encouraged the idea of owning your own business. Robert embraced those words while internalizing the mantra “Turn your
passion into your profession”. Influenced by the culture of his hometown, Robert created a business that focuses on his
passion for music and artistic visuals. Robert combined these two art forms and started NerdyBoi Media.

NerdyBoi Media is a company created to provide an array of media services including but not limited to music production,
video production, and publishing. We cater to all genres of music and media outlets. NerdyBoi Media has a mission to provide
independent artist with quality services at an affordable cost. As an artist, you know the music and entertainment industry has
changed drastically over the last few decades. In order to stay relevant, artists need to change with the times. Therefore,
NerdyBoi Media is here to assist independent artist in catapulting their careers to the next level.

IN THE SPOTLIGHT The Will to Prepare for Success

In 1926, black history was only recognized as a week. Since 1976, the acknowledgement of black history evolved
th
tremendously, sparking the awe-inspiring beginning Black History MONTH. Marking its 35 year in existence as of
February 1, 2011, Carisma Designs is excited to accept the challenge of continued pursuit towards a black history heritage
of its own. I charge you also to positively impact those around you; strive to stick with love by releasing the burdens of
discouragement and hate towards others. Have faith in yourself, faith in what you believe and faith that who you are is
someone who has something highly beneficial to offer. Be helpful to people without worrying about what you’ll get in
return. Live each day confidently knowing it’s not a matter of IF, but a matter of WHEN you’ll gain your next opportunity.
Don’t be afraid to ask for help. There are people in this world who are willing to assist you. There may come a time when
you find yourself disappointed by people who you thought would be helpful and were not…but you’ll be pleasantly
surprised by people who you thought would not be helpful and were. An anonymous author once wrote, “It’s not who you
are that holds you back, it’s who you think you are not.” So for all of you out there, who choose to live more abundantly,
change the way you look at things and you’ll see the things you look at change. Peace & Love!
