1] Work start –up and 1.1 Unauthorized work 1.1.1 Obtain a work permit before starting the job

2] Inspection of worksite 2.1 Vehicular Movement 2.1.1 Be cautious of vehicular traffic


and equipment 2.3 Defective/uncertified tools and equipment. 2.3.1 Ensure that equipment are in good condition.
2.3.2 Use only certified/functional equipment for the task.
3] Commence sand loading 3.1 Manual handling/Poor ergonomics 3.1.1 Observe Ergonomics precaution regarding lifting and
onto dumper trucks repetitive movement / good posture during task execution
