 Vast experience over Bleaching and Over Dyeing of denim fabrics.
 Mercerizing, Desizing, Flat Finish and Sanforizing of Denim Fabrics.
 Here I processed different fibers including Cotton, PC, Cotton Lycra, Poly Lycra, Tencil, collucell, Nylon and
Bamboo fibers etc.
 Along with rigid to stretch articles I also processed High stretch and stretch recovery articles including double
lycra and T-400 compositions.
 I worked over different fabric processing routes while ensuring required finish results like shrinkages, stretch,
recovery and weight etc.
 Worked for record production Meters/month by increasing machine efficiencies with limited resources.
 Currently working for efficient cost saving projects over current routes, minimizing chemical costing in Over
Dyeing and other wet processes.
 Complete knowledge for overcoming lot to lot variation from Dyeing to Finishing.
