BAX MOTEL in jinja City is hospitality and leisure hotel located in a secure and quiet environment on Bax road plot 3 in Jinja City , 2km from the source of river Nile and 110km from Entebbe international airport.

BACK GROUND
Bax Motel over the years has been providing hotel services to a number of big organizations with in the country and we have always ensured that we provide excellent services to our customers and we maintain continuity in our services. Some of the events we have handed over the years include:
Big workshops Retreats Company end of year parties and many more Some of the organizations that have witnessed our great services include TASO Uganda, Uganda cares, child fund, USAID, Uganda red cross, health service commission to mention but a few.
SPECIFICATIONS OF OUR MOTEL SERVICES INCLUDE:
BREAKFAST, BREAKTEA AND EVENNG TEA:
1. Milk tea/Dry African tea/Flavoured dry tea
2. Bottled drinking mineral water, 500mls- certified by UNBS in quantities as ordered 3. Accompaniment: at least two of the following for breakfast; meat sausage, tossed bread, vegetable samosa, chapatti, boiled egg, deep fried Irish potato, roasted G.Nuts, fried beans etc 4. Water melon, bananas etc Time: Break tea 10:00am-10:30am; Evening tea 4:00pm-4:30pm
LUNCH AND SUPPER:
1. A variety of food stuffs and sauce and vegetables 2. A variety of Fruit salads 3. Soda, assorted brands, 300mls, per participant. Time: Lunch 1:00pm-1:30pm; Dinner 8:00pm-8:30pm
CONFERENCE HALL: Spacious conference room with comfortable seating and tables for all participants, Public Address System, projector and flip chart stand, suitable air conditioning/ventilation, separate, easily accessible clean and hygienic toilets for male and female participants.
ACCOMODATION: Single/Double rooms; all rooms well ventilated, with a TV set connected to Digital Television decoder, Intercom with Helpline, shower providing cold and warm water, daily replacement of tablets of soap, towels, availability of a flash toilet, wardrobe, reading table(s) and chair(s), daily change of beddings, and cleaning in a quiet and secure environment.
OTHER SERVICES:
1. The premises are fenced and guarded 24 hours.
2. We have gardens that are available for residents/participants.
PARKING SPACE: There is ample and secure parking space, within the hotel premises to accommodate good number vehicles both day and night.
RESTAURANT AND BAR:
We have a well laid out restaurant with a seating capacity of up to 60-80 people serving a wide range of cuisine ranging from local African food, international, Italian pizzas and pasta dishes, Anglo American dishes and Indian cuisine.
We do outside/indoor catering services.
We have a well stocked bar in the restaurant offering soft drinks, spirits, aperitifs, wines, beers and cocktails made by our well experienced barman.
LAUNDARY:
We offer laundry facilities with modern washing machines and expertise staff.
We offer a wireless internet hotspot in all places within Bax Motel,
GENERATOR:
We have an industrial stand by generator in case of power interruptions.
