 Answer to question 1
There are 2 significant ethical issues and needs to be addressed in this mentioned situation. Firstly I and
my company has a huge business relation with “Beauty and go” which is our main raw material
suppliers. I happen to have a good bond with the manager for a long time as well. So if I refuse to take
any products from them now on, it will harm their business as well. Because two-third of their business
depends on my companies business demands.

On the other hand, real cosmetics is offering us better products which are far better and has passed non
animal test. They are cheaper as well. So, from which supplier shall I order raw materials. These are the
main ethical issues.

Answer to question 2
We should consider ethical issues and suppliers in their context. We can easily solve their
situation. We should let the “beauty and go” know that, we are moving to non animal products
for producing our beauty products in the future. So they should consider finding other
manufacturers for their raw material. Until then our company is ready to purchase half of the
products then we use to buy before.
On the other hand we should focus building strong and new business relation with “Real
cosmetics” for the future. They are selling non animal products and it is 2% cheaper. So our
company should consider building strong business relation with them from now on.

Answer to question 3
The quality of products and not harming the wild life are the main points to consider in this
theory. We can offer better and safer products to people. By purchasing from “Real Cosmetics”
we can save the animals as their products are non animal test passed. So it will be good for the
consumers as well for the wild life. Again the cost reduction is good for the development of our
company, so it is also a matter to consider.

Answer to question 4
I will focus on the sustainability and the future of my company. A safer and quality product
should be a future of the company. Yes, we had good business relations with “Beauty and Go”
but I must also make good potential relations with other companies , so the company can run
without any problem in the future. The raw materials from “ Cosmetics are 2% cheaper. It will
save my company about 200000 Euros in every year, which is a huge cost reduction. It will be
great for my company. So I will start a good business relation with “Real Cosmetics”
