Terms and Conditions :-

(A) Purchase of tender document

1. Tenderer have to pay non refundable cost of tender document to Project Manager (lV), Construction Unit
(E/M), U.P Jal Nigam Lucknow through RTGS in Punjab National Bank, 94, M.G. Marg, Lucknow Account
No. 6671000100023475 (IFSC Code- PUN80657100) and Bid Earnest Money deposit is acceptable in the
form of R.T.G.S. in bank account No. 681010110007017 IFSC Code- 8K1D0006810 in Bank of lndia, Aliganj
Branch, Lucknow in favour of Project Manager (lV), Construction Unit (E/M), U.P ial Nigam Lucknow and
receipt of RTGS is to be uploaded with tender document. Bank draft or payment in cash is denied.
2. Original copies of receipt of RTGS and EMD have to be submitted in a sealed envelope on the date and
time mentioned above.
3. Tenderer must have to uploaded the copies of following request document on e-tendering portal with
theirtender. Original copies of required such documents have to produce as when demanded.
l. EMD receipt of RTGS for tender cost.

lll. Certificate of Registration with U.P. Jal Nigam.
lV. Pan issued by income tax department.
V. Certificate of registration in GST.

4. The bidders are advised to inspect the site at work before quoting the rates.
5. The bidder must have successfully completed one similar work of solar powered submersible pumping
plant during the last 10 years. Certificate issued by competent authority in this regard must be uploaded
with the bid.
 6. Allthe appurtenant materials/accessories shall be lSl marked and as per UpJN approved list.
7' The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, govt. levies such as labour cess and income
tax etc.

9' The pumping plants equipments shall be guaranteed for a period of 18 months from the Cate of
commissioning of the equipments or 24 months from the date of supply, whichever is earlier.

11. The validity of tender must be at least 120 days from the date of opening.

13. Quantity of work may vary on either side up to any extent.
74' Competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason there
of and the decision shall be finaland binding and no claim of bidder shall be consider in this regard.
15. lf holiday is declared on any of the date fixed for any activity action will be taken on the next
consecutive working day.
B- Elieibilitv Criteria:
(i) Experience:
The experience of having successfully completed the similar nature works of solar powered
submersible pumping plant in Gov./Public Sector during the last 10 year ending last date of the previous
Financial Year as per following.
(ii) Financial :-
one completed work of Rs. 60% of or more of estimated work cost.
OR
Two completed works each of Rs. 40% or more of estimated work cost.
OR
Three completed works each of Rs. 30% or more of estimated work cost.
(iii) Turn over: The average annual financial turnover during the immediate last
three consecutive financial
years on construction work should be at least 30% of the estimated cost.
16' Profit/Loss : Net worth of the bidder should be positive on the date of bidding.
17. Solvency :- the solvency amount should be equal to 40% or more of the estimate cost of
the work.
18. No complaint of any tenderer will be entertained after opening of financial bid.
19' Any amendment / Corrigendum / informatlon shall be uploaded on e-portal only, Contractor
may updated
regularly.
20. The Nlr shall be prevailed on tender document in any discrepancies.
27. Remaining terms and conditions shall be those as contained in tender documents.
