My teaching Philosophy

All the time I have thought that being a teacher is not an easy job because as a
teacher most of time you should have more and more energy, patient although
you day off. You go to sleep and and think that the next morning you will be
activated, motivated and dymamic to engage and motivated to your students. I
feel uncomfortable because all people have many problems and as educator it can
be so tired so they could law of life to forget how they feel, what problems they
have or how was her/his day and think in their students. Remember that every
head is a world and every student is so different to other one in personality,
attitude, learning style, motivation, aptitude, interest, etc. An educator should
ready and prepared to overcome all these goals and changes that they could live
every day.
I share one of the thought of Albert Ainstain that says “Education is not the
learning of facts, but the training of the mind to think”. I consider that when we
decided to study this major we have to be sure and feel an incredible passion to
teach because when we are in this world we have to learn and know many things
before we teach to someone else. In this case, one thing that is so clear is that we
do not train robot that learn and repeat what they studied or what they acquired,
our best aim is that our students are human being that Be humble, they know how
to act and react in any situation, also they can give and listen opinion showing
respect. On the other hand, we want students will become a change in a future,
new future with new ideas, critical thinking and leadership skills that they are
sure what they are doing or deciding.
An important field to learn that contribute with teaching - learning process is the
technology. It has changed over the time and every day appears a new discover.
Being a actual educator is more difficult and more expensive, and more tired
because with these actualizations we can not be the past and boring teacher, now
we have to be more creative and dynamic when we are in front of our class. We
can take online courses to train us and have knowledge about apps, plataforms
and all this world that give us being more interactive with our classes.
Finally, when I think or when I hear the word “Education” I feel a mix of feelings
that I am trying take it easy to put into in practice in a future as a teacher. I know
that I hvae to acquire much more knowledge and study and have as principles,
the consistency, the effort and the practive if I want to become a good and frienly
teacher that provide very nice and interactive and motivated classes.
