Job Summary:
Authority Incumbent:
Sales and Marketing has full authority delegated by the Chief Executive Officer as per the
requirements, duties and responsibility of the job.
Standard of Performance:
Manager look at analytics and develop appropriate courses of action, produce written and
marketing content and programmatic advertising.
Raising the sales by lower the inventory at the end of the business.
Digital Marketing and online sales through digital advertisement.
Coordination between the subordinates of marketing and sales department.
Work Environment:
Travel outside the office is required with respect to making market visits, workshops,
trainings etc.
The jobholder is not subject to work that is physically demanding and is generally not
exposed to any hazards as a direct consequence of the job.
The jobholder is on call and is regularly required to work overtime and weekends incase
needed.
Job Specification:
Education:
Educated to degree level or relevant qualification in marketing or business administration
(specializing in Sales/Marketing).
5 years senior level experience of sales and marketing within the manufacturing industry.
Skills:
Designing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve desired result.
Able to design competitive and cost effective strategies.
Communications skills and able to interact with people at all within the company and
externally and team work.
Able to adapt and operate effectively within new and challenging environment.
Identify new trends in the market and design sales strategies to response to them.
