1. 2017 – Till date: Office of the CMD, MRTS_PSU in Tourism, Catering & Ticketing Services, in the
areas of Policy Design, Implementation, Operations and Impact assessment.

a. Food & Hygiene: Designed, Developed, and Deployed a new framework for Privatization in the
old Food services regulations, to solve the pain of unhygienic and pale food in railways for Static
& Dynamic units, so that tech-enabled a businesses like, aggregators, QSR, FSR, & Delivery
services can make space and flourish.
b. Ticketing: Designed, Developed and proposed a Tech-driven model for solving the pain of the
massive gap in Normal & Tatkal Ticketing, using AI along-side Java technology, on old
FoxPro/C files.
c. Tourism: Designed, Developed and proposed an altogether new policy structure for monetization
of Luxury trains, on wholesale Charter. This enabled modern tech-enabled TaaS businesses to
take birth. Founded, The Bombay Train Charter Company on the same.

1. 2015 – 2018: In Office of the CM_Maharashtra: Policy design, Implementation, Monitoring &
control, in upcoming transport modes.

a. Ride sharing – dock/dockless: Represented Two-wheeler ride-sharing platforms, designed a policy


case internally to avail local body support for parking, License for piloted operations, taxation and
permits, & fitment for last mile connectivity, and got the soft legislative pilot approved from state.
b. P2P Car sharing: Made a case for a P2P personal car sharing platform, helped them legalize
operations in west, enabled parking approvals at key pick/drop points, ensured a structurally valid
taxation and compliance mechanism, and ensured, it’s approved by the state.
c. EV Bike : Helped frame, manufacturing benefits in the state, ahead of FAME-II. Eventually the
client shifted to Rajasthan, for better sops and greater Vendor ecosystem.
d. Battery SEZ : Generated and tracked legislation, policy analysis, SEZ creation impact assessment and
implementation hurdles for a consortia of Battery manufacturers.

2. 2016 – Till date: To Office of the MoRTH, and other ministries: Electric vehicles.

a. Mfg & FAME: Designed a business roadmap in sync with the developments on FAME1, and
represented for the Gurugram based EV manufacturing 2W startup in critical opinion meetings
b. Cab Services: Made a case of allowance of Fossil-fuel cabs, and that the court order is being
looked at and full filled in letter and spirit.
c. Electric Bikes: Helped advocating design, develop and represent issues to the Govt, the benefits of EV
bikes, the changing ecosystem, the support solicited and the transition to a fully electric future.

d. Swapping Infra: proposed a compliance assessment of the adaptability of swapping from transport
infra perspective, for the pioneer electric man, and his spirit.
