the gender identities of all people and removes assumption.

2. Using idioms or expression can be confusing to others without knowing if they understand or even
consider whether the listener knows or heard the term before.

4. It can be hard to see him or her suffer while you're helpless to do anything about it, although there is
probably nothing you can do about his or her condition, you can show your friend you care by doing and
saying the right things to be an encouragement during this difficult time.

we'll find out about God and ourselves when we do the listening. And loving others is easier when we
realize just how much God loves us. Because God is communicating love to us, we can communicate it to
others. And we'll discover that what we're hearing from God will actually make us better communicators
with others.
