ESSAY MANAGEMENT

MONEY Good financial sense – sticking to a monthly budget and living within your
means – is part of money management. But it also takes study and effort. As you
progress in your career and earn more money, understanding how to invest it
wisely becomes important to reaching milestones such as having the down
payment for a home.

Reduce Stress and Conflict

Not being able to pay your bills by the due date, or finding you are always broke at
some time during the month can lead to significant amounts of stress for a
couple, resulting in conflict over financial objectives and spending habits. That
stress can lead to health problems, experts say, including migraines,
cardiovascular disease and insomnia. Learning how to manage your finances so
you have a surplus of funds can relieve this pressure and allow you to enjoy life
with your partner rather than being in a constant state of worry about the future.

Have Better Financial Security

Being a good money manager allows you to accumulate savings. This gives you
the security of knowing that you have the resources to deal with unexpected
expenses – such things as the car breaking down, If you reviewed your
expenditures for an entire year, you would see that unexpected expenses
inevitably occur. Having savings available means you don’t have to use credit
cards to pay for emergencies.

First and foremost, saving money can help us to get money when we need money
urgently. For example, when our family need money to have some medical
treatment, we can take out our money to help them for their medical treatment.
So, we do not need to borrow money from anywhere from people, we can use the
money that we save to solve the problem.

In addition, we should save money for our future. When we need to marry, we
should need a lot money. If we do not have money, no girl will like to marry us. So,
we should need to save money. After we marry, we will need to buy car and
house. If we have save money, we would have money to buy it. So, we will not be
troublesome when we need to buy. After we marry, we would have our children.
We will need many money for our children. We need money for the milk, fees and
many more. When they go study,

we will need to pay for their fees, tuition and their books. So, saving money is
important for our future.

Furthermore, we save money can use to go for travel. After we had hardworking
earn money and busy for the life everyday, we should have to relax ourselves
such as travel. If we have save money every month, we will have money to go
travel. We can bring our family to go for travel and make the relationship to be
closer. So, we can know more about our family and can live happily. We can relax
ourselves after our hard work. So, if we save money, we can go travel and relax
ourselves. There is another benefit of saving money.

LEADERSHIP
It Instills You with Confidence

Whether you’re a leader or not, confidence is essential in the workplace. When

you present an idea or show people your work, you should have the confidence to
do it. Confidence lets you put your best ideas forward and meet criticism with an
open mind. Of course, you need confidence to lead a team, but being an integral
part of a team takes confidence too. It’s important to believe in yourself so you
can make meaningful contributions to the rest of the team. Believing in your own
abilities allows you to put out your best work.

Communication Skills

One of the most important parts of developing leadership skills is sharpening your
communication abilities. A good leader needs to be able to properly communicate
what they need out of their team so tasks can be done effectively and efficiently.
In the same vein, members of the team need to be able to communicate
effectively with their leaders. They need to let leaders know when something is
wrong and when they think something could be improved, or if they need
something. Communication skills need to be strong throughout the team to get
the best possible results.

It Helps You Better Manage Your Responsibilities

Knowing how to prioritize and manage your day is essential to being a good
leader. But anyone can benefit from time management skills and making the most
of your day. Streamlining processes, knowing the most efficient way to do
something, and taking care of the most important tasks first is key to having a
team that runs smoothly.
LEISURE TIME

Improves your physical and mental health

A sedentary lifestyle puts you at risk for serious diseases — heart-related,

obesity, or diabetes and also for emotional distress. By engaging in physical
leisure activities, you will improve your physical and, consequently, your mental
health.Choosing your recreational activities doesn’t have to be a jigsaw or needs
an extensive plan. Be spontaneous, follow your needs and moods. One day you
choose a calm walk on the beach or a park, the next available day you go surfing
or a gym session. It’s your time, do whatever makes you happy.

Increases your productivity

If you’re immersed in your tasks without having a break, you’ll notice, at one
point, your productivity decreasing: you’ll become slower, mistakes will appear.
This affects negatively your productivity.

Stepping away from work — making time for leisure — will clear your mind and
nourish your problem-solving skills. It will help your productivity. When you’re
overloaded with work, it’s when you more need leisure time. Your mind needs a
rest, your whole body needs to re-balance. In your busy days, make the best of
your lunchtime: go for a walk, sit on a bench reading a book. Make time for
yourself and disconnect. When you return to work, you’ll have a fresh mind, and a
new pair of eyes to face the problems and challenges of the day.

TRAVELLING

It provides you with unforgettable moments and experiences

Some of my most cherished memories are from the times when I was travelling. If
you travel, you can experience things that you could never experience at home.
You may see beautiful places and landscapes that do not exist where you live.
You may meet people that will change your life, and your thingking. You may try
activities that you have never tried before.

It makes you more confident and independent

Travelling will inevitably make you more independent and confident. You will
realise that you can cope with a lot of unexpected situations. You will realise that
you can survive without all that help that is always available for you at home. You
will likely find out that you are much stronger and braver than you have expected.
improves your language skills n gain useful knowledge

Even if you go to a country where they speak the same language as you, you may
still learn some new words and expressions that are only used there. If you go to
a country where they speak a different language, you will learn even more.

READING

reading can help lower stress levels.

You read that little fact right, though it seems strange to say. The very act of it
and focusing on the written word can help relieve your mind of anxiety and the
pressures of the day. By pulling your mind away from the stress at hand, you can
relax and let the stress melt away.It sounds almost too good to be true, but how
does reading decrease stress? Well, your brain immediately transports itself to a
different world with different people. This change in pace can be a breath of fresh
air for someone who is stressed out or suffers from extended periods of stress. By
doing this, you can allow yourself to take a breath, relax, and be swept away to
another world through the words written on the page.Stress can affect many
parts of your daily life, and after long periods of intense stress, it can even be
harmful to your overall health. Both novels, and other literature can help solve the
issues that stress causes by allowing your mind and body to relax. Once you
start, you will start to focus, not on your stress, but on the words and storyline. In
time, reading will lower your stress level, making you feel better mentally and
physically.

Enhances Your Imagination And Empathy

Although the enhancement of your imagination is not one of the more common
benefits, reading can significantly increase your imagination. Consider the worlds
that you are immersed to and the characters you come across while going
through a novel. Because of these worlds and characters, the part of your brain
which houses your imagination is stimulated, causing you to imagine what the
places and people look like just by picturing the words. When you begin reading a
book, you usually don’t have a picture in your head right at the start. By the time
you are finishing the book, however, you can easily imagine the entire world and
characters that fill the book. Reading books is all due to the stimulation of the
brain that reading induces. Heavy readers will know the feeling of losing
themselves in the worlds of novels. It is a wonderful feeling. The imagination is a
powerful tool that can be useful in all aspects of life. Though it might not be
considered as often, the imagination is what allows us to be empathetic with
people. This empathy can help on the job or even at home. With reading being an
excellent way to improve your imagination, it is no wonder that books have been a
favourite for so many years.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Nowadays, using public transport has been becoming increasingly popular. Many
people choose public transport because they want to make a contribution to
protect the environment. However, there are certainly some benefits as well as
drawbacks to this tendency

Having looked at both sides, slowness is a major problem. Many are is often
behind the timetable, which bring about the loss of passengers. For example, I
went by bus to a recruiting company for an interview. However, the bus did not
run on the schedule so I was late when I went to the company, then the company
refuse to recruit me.

Another disadvantage is that public transport such as buses, trains are very
crowded. Sometimes, there is not enough space for passengers to have a seat.
The vehicle are also used for a long time, therefore, they can be very out of date
and dirty. All of these factors make the passenger feel very inconvinienced.

o sum up, going by public transport has both positives and negatives. While
people could save money and protect the environment by using public
transportation, they have to endure the inconvinience and slowness. In my
opinion, if the government invests in modernising public transportion in the years
to come, it witll attract a huge number of people to use it.

VOLUNTEER

To gain invaluable work experience

Employers love to see volunteering on your resume and it doesn’t have to be a

chore. A lot of volunteering opportunities that are there for you as a student allow
you to develop the skills you need for a job out in the ‘real world’ without having
to get grilled in an interview first.

It’s a powerful networking tool.Through volunteering, you are taking a step

forward and opening yourself up to people who are on the lookout for candidates
for jobs or other opportunities. You’ll meet people who can help you in the future
and, chances are, they’ll be willing since you’ve taken the time to volunteer. Other
volunteers will, no doubt, also be successful in the future and may be able to give
you a hand. Contacts are useful - you never know when you might need them.

It give you sense of purpose

Often, students can feel a bit ‘lost’ at university which isn’t good for their mental
health. Therefore, volunteering fills theirtime and gives them a sense of purpose.
Not only will you enjoy your time and make lots of friends, but you’ll be giving
something and feel all warm and fuzzy inside because of it.
To find opportunities you never knew existed

By putting yourself out there and grabbing one opportunity, your open yourself up
to so much more. As a volunteer, you gain the skills that entitle you to do more.
You may even become so skilled at what you volunteer for, that someone might
be willing to pay you to do it; you might even get opportunities to travel, apply to
jobs you couldn’t before, and meet some amazing people along the way. The
possibilities are endless.

TEAMWORK

Better solutions:

When answers are needed, two heads are better than one. A team is able to
discuss a situation on a more holistic level; each person brings their own
perspective into the discussion, which gives the team a bird’s eye view of the
scenario. Fresh ideas are brought into light as well. As a result, the organization
becomes more adept at solving problems and starting new ventures.

Provides learning opportunities:

An individual working by themselves will get to learn only from their own
mistakes, and probably make too many of them in the process. Being part of a
team, however, will ensure that each member will also be able to learn from the
others’ mistakes. Besides, different members will make different mistakes, and
each will be a lesson in which paths to avoid. Most importantly, each member of
the group will bring into the team a specific set of skills and knowledge, which
will be passed on to and imbibed by the other members of the team, thus creating
a wholesome learning environment.

Creates responsibility: Any work is divided into components, and bringing those
components together as a team creates and distributes responsibility equally. For
instance, to deliver an infographic on time, you need graphic designers, script
writers, and a manager. Each of these members of the team has a unique
responsibility to fulfill, and each one is equally responsible to ensure that the
entire infographic is created on time. For this to happen, each of the members of
the team must come together and work in synergy, so that no one becomes a
roadblock for the other.

Work gets done faster: While work can get done single-handedly, it is not easy,
and is definitely time-consuming. On the other hand, if work is divided among a
team, responsibility is distributed; there are people for each specific component
of the task, which gets done simultaneously. Each person is answerable to the
other for smooth incorporation of the different elements into a coherent whole.
Naturally, the task gets done in a much shorter time, and much more efficiently.

FRIENDSHIP
A friend highlights mistakes and guides us in many ways. They also motivate us
to realize our full potential. Also, we can easily discuss and share such issues and
thoughts with our friends which we cannot share with our parents.

In our professional life also, friends also help us handle failure positively and
multiply our joy of success. During midlife, we have huge responsibilities for
family, job, etc. Discussing professional and personal stress with our friends
makes us feel relaxed. They are our mental support and when we are in crisis, a
good friend joins hand and helps in solving the problem.Friends are Essential in
Every Sphere of Life

We connect very quickly with people with whom our interests match. Infants are
playful by nature. They always look for the company with whom the can play and
explore their curious nature. Hence, when they meet any other infant of their age
they connect easily over their common interest of playing.

In school, we make friends over our common interests. For example, students
who like playing sports like cricket connect quickly and they become friends.
Friends meet and discuss their common interests and nurture their interests
together. Friends in school help each other in understanding the class activities,
and homework. They often exchange notes and reference materials among
themselves.

During our college life, we get independence in taking many decisions on our own.
Also, many live in a hostel and are hence away from their family. Studying
together, staying together, nurturing interest together, adjusting to conflicts with
each other, helping each other all these makes the bond of friendship stronger.

EFFECT PEER PRESSURE

Peer pressure is the phenomenon wherein we tend to get influenced by the

lifestyles and the ways of thinking of our peers. Peer pressure can prove
beneficial but it is most often observed to have negative effects on society. e tend
to get influenced by the lifestyles of our peer group. The changing ways of life of
our peers often force us to change our ways of looking at life and leading it. It’s a
human tendency to do what the crowd does. Few have the courage to resist the
peer pressure and be their own selves rather than being one among the lot.

Negative Effects of Peer Pressure

When you do not like a particular idea or when you have no inclination towards a
particular field, it is obvious that you won't like to go by it. For sure, you won't like
to go that way. But it is you peer group, which may compel you on doing
something you hate. In such cases, there are chances that you won't do well in
those things. Things you do not enjoy doing cannot fetch you success. You cannot
emerge successful in something you have never liked doing. So, it is important
that you do not lose happiness of your life by succumbing to peer pressure.

Many a time, it so happens, that we are forced to lead a certain kind of lifestyle
due to peer pressure. You may not like partying on every weekend, you may not
like night outs with friends, you may hate drinking or smoking, but peer pressure
may make you do all that you had never wished to. There are many teenagers who
experience great pressure from their peer group that forces them to take to
drinking. You may take to something as grave as drug use, and that too, only
because of peer pressure. In such cases, being overly pressurized by you peers
can be detrimental to your living. Some teenagers literally spoil their lives by
giving in to peer pressure.

Peer pressure can lead to a loss of individuality. Extreme peer pressure may lead
you to follow what your peers feel right. Their pressure may compel you to go by
everything they think right. You tend to blindly imitate the masses; you adopt
their tastes of fashion, clothing, hair, music and general living. Peer pressure can
actually lead you to lose you tastes of life and force yourself to begin liking what
they like. Peer pressure is the human tendency to join the bandwagon, in which,
the person loses his/her original way of looking at life.

teenage Peer Pressure

Teenage is that phase of life when you are exposed to the world outside. These
are the years when you spend most of your time with your friends. Teenage is the
phase of beginning to become independent in life; the years of forming your ideals
and principles, the years that shape your personality and the years that introduce
you to your own self. Adolescents often spend most of their daily time with
friends and owing to this vulnerable age, they tend to imitate their friends. The
people around you are bound to influence you. However, the effect of the
influences of the masses is greater during your teen years. Parents have a vital
role to play during this phase of a person's life. Parents and teachers need to be
careful while dealing with teenagers, as they are most susceptible to succumb to
peer pressure during these years of their life. Teenage individuals need to be
taught to distinguish between the good and the bad, the right and the wrong and
should be taught to be thoughtful in life.A strong support from family, an ability to
differentiate between the positive and the negative and a skill to choose friends
from the peers - this three-pronged strategy is the best way to keep away from
negative peer pressure.

STUDY GROUP
When it comes to studying for a major exam, I prefer to study by myself in fear
that if I studied in a group setting I would become distracted and branch off into a
conversation that would not be related too the material on the exam. While this is
my preferred way of studying, many of my friends express the effectiveness of
studying in a group setting and how it expands their understanding of the
information because you can discuss the information with classmates.

Pro’s for Studying Alone: A problem that many students face when it comes to
study groups is distraction. Meeting up with your friends to study can quickly go
from studying Economics and trying to understand the Law of Demand, to a
discussion about fantasy football rankings. Studying solo allows you to minimize
distractions around you. You can focus on the information that you need more
practice on, instead of reviewing material you might already know but have to
clarify for a friend who doesn’t. Lastly, you can go at your own pace and take
breaks when you desire.

Pro’s for Studying in Groups: A problem that many students face is

procrastination. Living away from home and being in college, you have so much
time on your hands and it is up to you on what you do with it. I know many
students have procrastinated until the last minute before an exam and being in a
study group just might be the answer to your solution. Studying in a group
requires responsibility and you have to meet up at a specific time to study for a
specific amount of hours. Also, while working with other students and studying
the same material gives you the opportunity to ask questions if you become
confused on a certain segment of the textbook. You can also learn from others
and pick up your peers study techniques that work for them. Both study styles
have advantageous and disadvantages and each individual student has their own
way of studying that works to their advantage. If you study in a group it is
important to find the right group members that can challenge you and further your
knowledge of the material. If you are studying alone, staying on task and not
procrastinating is the most important tip to keep in mind.

JOB SATISFACTION

Is Job Satisfaction More Important Than Salary? Most people in the world need to
work in order to lead a decent life or even just to survive. Many workers are
motivated by money: if the job pays well, they are willing to do it. However, some
people are not concerned with the size of their pay packet: they simply enjoy their
job and choose to do it whether they earn a high salary or not. Some people
choose high paying jobs. Others prefer jobs they find satisfying even if the salary
is low. While I admit that it is important to earn enough to make a living, in my
opinion, job satisfaction is more important than the size of the pay package.

Job satisfaction increases productivity. If people like their jobs, no one has to
force them to go to work. No one has to supervise them. They will perform their
job on their own and with utmost interest and concentration. This interest that
they show will automatically improve the results and help them achieve more in
less time.

By contrast, people who choose a particular job just because it is paying well will
find it rather difficult to stay motivated. They have to push themselves to work
every morning. Because of this lack of interest in the job, they make more errors
and take longer to finish tasks. As a result, they have to stay late at office. The
long working hours will eventually affect their health and family life. Take, for
instance, the case of IT professionals. The IT industry pays well but the jobs are
extremely stressful and demanding. Someone who chooses a job in this industry
just because the salaries are good will eventually burn out unable to cope with
the pressures of the job.

On the flip side, rewarding jobs may not always pay well at the beginning. But
over time, the worker’s enthusiasm and dedication will make the job a lucrative
career option. For example, there are lots of people who turned their hobbies into
successful career options. It was their love for the job that ultimately helped
them.To conclude, job satisfaction is certainly more important than the money
earned. If people love their job, eventually, they will also earn well.

STUDY OVERSEAS VS LOCAL

DISCIPLINE

UNEMPLOYMENT

NEWSPAPER

Science and technology have been ushered to flourish the life style of human
being. Technology as blessed multifarious ways of accumulating knowledge and
information in this world. A central question remains whether reading online
portal can send newspaper at the back seat or not. Here i would to incline in
favour of newspaper as a phenomenon source of information.

There are multifarious point to endorse my point of view. First and foremost,
unlike internet, newspaper is a good bundle of information. Newspaper is an
economical source ascend in every nook and corner of world, one can afford it
easily and from anywhere. Moreover newspaper efficiently deliver a local news
and reveal us better due to this its playing very prominent in our daily. Newspaper
having wide range of column for different categories. For instance, there sport
column for sports, business column for business transaction and many more.
Further more newspaper is a optimum source of amusement. Reading newspaper
is really beneficial and offcourse to enhance our general knowledge for every one.
There are also funloving activities in newspaper like puzzle games, cartoon and
so on.On the flip side, some proportion of people think that newspaper has taken
backseat in compare to online portal. They believe that it is faster than
newspaper as well as provide information round the clock, by publishing more
newspaper, more trees are cut down its simply contributor to the deforestion as
happening all over the world today. Internet is not affordable by everyone and
some proportion of people have not knowledge about internet, how to use it
effectively and efficiently. i would like to say technology has given us fast rhythm
of life and people not have time for newspaper in their hectic schedule, as
preference given online portal. Newspaper is still excellent role playing for
general public. Using newspaper is lucrative for every one every group of age.

Single Source of Information

Another big advantage that newspapers have is the fact that it can be one source
of information. Instead of having to search out multiple web sites to find
information, readers of a newspaper can instead have all of the day’s information
right at their fingertips and read to their heart’s content. This is a big deal to
people that do not want to spend a bunch of time searching for information on the
internet and instead want to spend their time reading the news and opinion
pieces in a newspaper. This is something that people of older generations tend to
value over the younger generations.

Newspaper Feel

One less obvious reason that newspapers are still relevant is simply the look and
the feel of a newspaper. No matter how good the internet is at sourcing the
information, it can never have the look at feel of an actual newspaper. Many
people that grew up in a time before the internet value physical paper over
reading in a digital form. Not only is it easier on the eyes, but for many people
there is something nostalgic about the experience. As long as there are people
that value this physical experience of holding and reading a newspaper, they will
always be relevant. At the end of the day, it is all about what the readers and the
customers demand, and as long as there is customer demand newspapers will
still be relevant.

HOSPITAL FREE

Everyone care about their health because staying healthy is necessary to enjoy
our lives. Therefore, medical care is an important part of our lives. People feel
better if they know they can be treated well when having problems. Although it is
a matter of controversy whether or not medical care should be free for everyone, I
believe that getting a medical treatment should not be free of charge.

To begin with, if medical care is free, people might go to a hospital even if they do
not have any serious health problems. If everyone starts going to see doctors, the
doctors' office would become very crowded. When a person seriously needs
doctor's attention, he or she would need to wait for a long time, which is not the
best environment to get medical treatment. However, if people have to pay money
to see a doctor, they would not go unnecessarily because no one wants to like to
waste their own money. Therefore, they will go to a hospital to get help only when
they needed.

In addition to the previous point, if medical expense is free, the government need
to subsidize all the expenses, which can cause a lot of burden to the
government's money. The government has many responsibility to make its
citizens' life better. In order to assure the good quality of life to its citizen, the
government need to invest money in not only medical care but also
infrastructures, education systems and national defense. It is impossible for the
government to afford all the expense of medical care.

To sum up, having a good medical care is very important for us, but it should not
be free for everybody. It will prevent people from going to see a doctor
unnecessarily. Moreover, it will not cause any financial burden to the government.

PENGALAMAN KERJA

As soon as high-school ends, students start hunting for various courses that can
take them closer to their dreams. Some take courses that interest them while
others opt for those which give them a chance to stay with their friends. It's only
at the end of their chosen course that they realise whether it paid off!

It gives you financial independence: Who doesn't want to have financial freedom?
After all, that's one of the main reasons students attend colleges. When you work
before joining college, you get paid a salary at the end of every month. Making
this amount of money is tough when you're in college for practically the entire
day. It offers practical knowledge: If you always wanted to do something creative,
then you can get a job which allows you to do this. There are many internships
available for freshers in the fields of graphic designing, creative writing,
filmmaking, video editing, photography, etc. This is the best chance to gain
practical knowledge about the field you want to make a career in.

It gives you a chance to re-invent yourself: There is no guarantee that what you
think is the right course for you will actually make you happy in the long run.
One’s teenage years are filled with wonderful fantasies minus practical
knowledge. Working before college gives you the opportunity to experiment with
jobs and figure out what excites you the most. Your experiences will help you
decide which course will benefit you in the long run and which won’t.

WEALTH MORE IMPORTANT HEALTH

Health is what a person needed the most in the world to strive for great wealth
and future. No denial. And wealth is what a person needed the most to provide
comfort and stable productivity. Still, not going to deny this one too. We have to
agree that these two are essentials on maintaining a great life-living balance.

Health Cannot Be BoughtMoney is very powerful. Even money can buy a man’s
mind and a man himself, literally. But if there is one thing that money can not buy,
it is certainly healthy. Wealth can not buy a good health. Once you have a critical
health problem, you could never return to the life you once had before.

Health is important in lif Be it one of the 3 highs or cancer or any other grave
disease, you might be able to get all the medicines you need to cure you but
money could only do so much as providing you with the best treatments yet it still
could not give back your healthy body. Truthfully, this does not require an
explanation because we all are able to see how the world works now. How many
rich people die at a young age, make it a mental or physical disease? There are a
lot. We just can not seem to blame the wealth here, because health is just
something that money can not buy.

It Is Important To Have A Good Health To Earn Good Wealth

Having a health complication when you have a lot of wealth is pathetically tragic.
You would not be able to use the wealth as you please since you are restricted
from doing many activities like going for vacations, traveling by plane and playing
outdoor games that people usually do when they go on holidays.is health
insurance importantPlus, many people in this situation would feel depressed as a
result of unhappiness for the only thing that stops them from doing things they
want is themselves, sadly.Instead, is not it feel great if you are healthy and able
to enjoy the money you have the hardest times earning? Health will get you
anywhere in the world. Therefore, with health, you would not only be getting
money but a happiness and time too. Health is a source of happiness, while
wealth often draws evilness. Healthy people often surrounded by great people,
however wealthy people sometimes attract ‘gold diggers’. As a family, health is
something that they are always feeling happy about. For instance, Family gathers
together to the 3rd generation, sometimes 4th.

EDUCATION

PARENTS ARE THE BEST TEACHER

parents are the best teacher of all teachers. There's no limitation and boundaries
between parents and the children in learning process in terms of time and
subjects they give to their children. Without pretending to underestimate the
teacher's capacities, which have been well trained and systematically set the
subjects delivered, I absolutely believe that parents have more complete capacity
to teach their children.

Firstly, parents personally know their children more than another person in the
world. Since mother gave birth to the children, sprouted and grown up, they have
known closely these children's behaviors, interests and needs. Through a good
and close understanding about the children habits, parents could properly adjust
their education method and all at once accommodate the children's wants. I can
recall one of my friends when he was always sleepy in the class each morning.
The teacher would be so angry and cannot tolerate such habit. But this friend of
mine had really suffered an insomniac which to his parents it didn't matter and
never blame him.

Another reason that cause parents are the fittest teachers is because they're
teaching life values. There is no limitation when children ask everything to their
parents. Children used to be reluctant to questioning something out of the school
stuff for either limitation reason or feeling uncomfortable. At home, the kids could
freely ask their parents many random topics they interest to. In fact, more than
the academic subjects, they unexpectedly want to know about the real lives'
question, which couldn't find in the classroom. For instance, kids will find a better
answer when they want to know about parents' experience to struggle life. All the
experiences parents have in their old days will help the children to comprehend
reality in life. When father tell his experience when still a young lost his job and
hardly struggle to earn money for living and encounter a bloody experience as a
bread winner for the family. I have a strong believe that this kind of lesson will be
hardly found when they are studying at school.

In conclude, the way parents give teaching to their children in personal approach
and also in a comprehensive topics without limitation makes me believe that the
fittest and best teacher for the children are their parents.

BENEFITS CELLPHONES

CELL PHONES IN THE CLASSROOM: LEARNING TOOL OR DISTRACTION

These days, more and more students are bringing cell phones to class. Even
elementary school-aged students have cell phones in their pockets and
backpacks.

Distractions and interruptions

When students use their cell phones to check social media and text their friends
in class, it leads to distractions for those students as well as for their peers. This
can cause disruptions in class, particularly if the teacher is constantly telling
students to turn their devices off.

Cyberbullying
Cell phones can also lead to increased problems with bullying on the
schoolground. Cyberbullying can be harder to see than other forms of bullying,
making it difficult for teachers to identify and stop when it is happening.

Cheating

Cell phones can be a helpful learning tool in class. But they can also be used by
students to access information while taking a test, leading to cheating. Even if a
student isn’t caught, this can lead to him or her having a poor understanding of
the material in the future, and is unfair to students who studied hard to do well.

Disconnection from face-to-face activities

While cell phones can help encourage participation by offering different channels,
this can also lead to less in-person discussion and fewer learning opportunities.
Learning to work together with others is an important part of students’ education,
and can be lost with too much dependence on cell phones and other digital
technology.

TECHNOLOGY CANNOT REPLACE TC

No matter how advanced or smart a computer program or a product is, it can

never come close to the knowledge and life experience a teacher brings. A
teacher simply does not impart knowledge or information. And teaching is
definitely not about facts and figures. A teacher leads, guides, facilitates and
mentors a student. They are role models who set an example to students and
drive them towards a brighter future. A good teacher encourages independent
thoughts and independent learning. He/she can be a positive influence, can be an
inspiration to set and achieve goals. The trust and bond between a teacher and
student creates the perfect learning environment; which can never be achieved
through virtual learning.

n today’s age the old school method of books and notes will not work. Teachers
have to stay updated with today’s trends and equip themselves with the latest in
technology. They have to implement these technological innovations in their
curriculum, without losing their control over the classroom. For example, there
are several school apps and smart apps for preschoolers available that make the
process of learning and teaching really simple. The future of education is clearly
going to be personalized-tech infused learning.

The generation today loves technology. To connect with students and help them
understand better, a teacher will have to come out of the comfort zone and
explore new ways to engage them. And, technology will certainly play an
important role in achieving just that. Technology has immense potential to
upgrade today’s educational system. There are several students’ apps and smart
apps for preschoolers that help teachers improvise and enrich the overall
teaching experience. New educational technologies will not only energize the
students, but teachers as well. Which means, even in a technology-infused
learning environment, the role of the teacher will remain ever-important. Yes, it
will become less traditional, but important nonetheless

ROLE TECH IN EDUCATION

Using educational learning apps

Cell phones give students access to tools and apps that can help them complete
and stay on top of their class work. These tools can also teach students to
develop better study habits, like time management and organization
skills.Incorporating digital platforms into lessonsUsing social media can keep
students interested in class and encourage them to participate in the discussion.
Some teachers create twitter hashtags or message boards students can use
during class discussions to share thoughts and ideas. This can be especially
helpful for students who might not be comfortable speaking in class.

Supplementing lessons with digital materials

Teachers can take advantage of cell phones by providing students with resources
to find more information about a topic. This can include videos, news stories,
online discussion groups, and more. Allowing students to access these resources
in class can help encourage participation and discussions.

Providing easy access to more information

Cell phones can give students access to more information, letting them research
more about a topic while having class discussions. This is especially true for
current events that have not yet been covered in school textbooks.THE
DRAWBACKS OF ALLOWING

In the current age we live in, technology has become an important component.
Every day there is some new gadget or software that makes lives easier and
improves on the technology and software that already exists. Making lives easier
is not, however, the only role technology plays in our lives.Technology is playing
an increasing role in education. As technology advances, it is used to benefit
students of all ages in the learning process.

Technology used in the classroom helps students adsorb the material. For
example, since some people are visual learners, projection screens linked to
computers can allow students to see their notes instead of simply listening to a
teacher deliver a lecture.
Software can be used to supplement class curriculum. The programs provide
study questions, activities, and even tests and quizzes for a class that can help
students continue learning outside the classroom.Technology has also become
part of many curriculums, even outside of computer and technology classes.
Students use computers to create presentations and use the Internet to research
topics for papers and essays.

Students also learn to use the technology available to them in computer and tech
classes. This ensures that after graduation they will be able to use the technology
in a work setting, which may put them ahead of someone who didn't have access
to a particular technology or software in their own school setting.

As technology advances, students have better access to educational

opportunities like these. When something new and "better" is revealed, the
"older" technology becomes more affordable, allowing it to be used in educational
settings, even when schools are on a tight budget.

STUDENTS INVOLVE IN BUSINESS

GOVERNMENT SPENT MONEY ON EDUCATION

With the rapid development of our society, education has become the focus of
public debate. Due to this, there is a controversy over whether government should
invest more money on very young children education rather than on college
education or not. The answers vary from one person to another. From my point of
view, I totally disagree with the statement,

First of all, for most people, college education is of great significance for a
country’s development, since educated college students are the basis of the
potentiality for a country. That is to say, the colleges help People to prepare their
future careers, enhance their academic ability and improve their interpersonal
and organization skills, so as to make them more adaptive to the constantly
changed world. Through this process, colleges fostered thousands of proficient
scientists, workers, engineers and other types of talented people for the country.
However, this process need governments provide financial support to the schools
for the teaching resources and available facilities. If the government focuses its
budget more on very young children education, the quality of college education
will drop off.

Secondly, colleges are the places from where the most advanced technologies
derived. Advanced technology is very significant for the successful development
of a country. There is a saying goes in our country, “Technology is the highest
production capability”. If a country possesses a lot of advanced technologies,
their industry and economy will grow faster than the other countries. To put this
point in an actual context, consider the United States, a very young country in the
world. However, the country plays a profound role both in the areas of world
political and economic issues today. What is the real energy behind the speedy
development? The answer is technology. So government shouldn’t spend more
money on very young children education if it wants to maintain and further
improve the speed of the country’s development.

Admittedly, the education of children should be emphasized, due to its important

status of follow-up development of people. However, the benefits for the overall
country brings about by the university education overweigh it.

EDUCATION KENA FREE

Education is very important to be successful in life. Moreover, we live in a highly

competitive world. Without proper knowledge and skills, we will not be able to
compete with the other people.

Without education, it becomes very difficult for a person to survive in the current
world. Though it is mostly theoretical knowledge, proper education helps people a
lot in carving out a bright future. Also, it is very essential for a person to have
access to education to attain all the necessary skills to get the dream job.

A country needs educated and skilled people to enhance its economic status.
This will be possible only if all are educated. Well-educated people will be able to
attain higher jobs in the future. They will later become good taxpayers which will
be helpful to enhance the economic status of the country.

Education is essential for a better standard of life. Free education will ensure that
all people are given the basic qualification to enhance the quality of their life.

Some people do not get the opportunity to focus on their studies. This is mainly
because of the huge amount of fees levied on them. There are people who find it
very difficult to go for higher studies due to the lack of money. To prevent this
from happening, it is essential to ensure that free education is being given to all.
Thus, they will be able to focus on their studies better and ignore all the other
distractions.

Free education ensures that equal opportunities are given to all regardless of
their economic status. Through this type of education we can ensure that people
with talent and good grasping power are given opportunities to develop their
ideas and work towards the betterment of the country.

Everyone has a dream job or a role model whom they look up to. In order to get
inspired by their role models and achieve their dream job, education is very
important. It is because of the huge payment demanded by the various
institutions that some people get forced to forget about their dreams. Free
education will assure people that they are free to dream higher. They will be
given all the means to achieve their dreams with such a system of education.

STRESS

social media is boosting your stress. Social media has many benefits, but
unfortunately, everything in this world has its negative sides. Despite the many
advantages associated with social media, there are a number of negative effects
caused by its usage. Among the common negative effects of social media use are
stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, cyberbullying, hacking, scams, cheating
and relationship problems, drug abuse and even death.Stress is a way of life
because we can't avoid it but there are some activities that increase stress
levels. Social media has been found to induce stress in different ways.

Social media is addictive.

The use of social media is very addictive. Once you sign up, logging out becomes
a problem. Many people have been addicted to social media, meaning they are
always on their phones and computers liking, commenting and tweeting. It
becomes impossible for such people to spend more than an hour without their
phones.

Social media deprives you of qualitative sleep

low quality sleep. The time you're supposed to be sleeping you're checking the
viral content on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter, which limits your sleeping hours.
People addicted to social media often chat with their friends till late at night.
Despite your sleeping time, you still have to wake up early to go to school or
work.As you didn't have enough sleep the previous night, your day will likely be
filled with anxiety. You'll likely find it hard to concentrate on your day-to-day
activities, which could lower your productivity. If you're a student, your
performance starts dropping and in the end you will be stressed by your poor
grades. If you're employed, lack of enough sleep denies you the ability to interact
with fellow employees, your productivity depreciates and eventually, your
employer can add up the stress by firing you based on your low performance.

Social media affects daily activities

Social media affects our way of life. Because you're interacting with people from
different regions and backgrounds, you may end up copying some of their
characters. Spending much of your time on social media reduces your self-control
because you start copying new behaviors from your pals. Reduced self-control is
evident on how you spend money if you start spending more than you used to, not
because your salary has increased but because you want to buy something you
saw on Facebook. Increased expenditure causes stress at mid-month when you
have spent all your funds and you still have some important needs not met.
Social media can isolate you

Social media gives you grounds to make friends no matter their location, thus
enabling you to have hundreds or thousands of friends and followers. This reduces
your physical interaction with the people next to you because you're virtually
connected to distant friends. In the long run, this could make you feel isolated.

Social media platforms are crowded with different people who have different
perspectives. Positive comments you get on your posts could make you feel great
but negative comments could also haunt you. When you read a post that is
encouraging, it builds on your mental health. But reading a post full of bad things
could also leave you feeling stressed. Parents are also stressed whenever they
come across posts they feel their children are not supposed to see.

Despite all the mentioned effects of social media, we can cope without it. All we
need is to know how to use it in a healthy way. Life coaching training is there for
people like you, enroll in these classes to get skills that will help get off the
mystery you are struggling with. One of the ways to reduce stress induced by
social media is reducing the time we spend on them. Use social media with an
intention other than having to pass time. The people you interact with on social
media plays a major role in adding up or reducing your stress, thanks to our social
media platforms as they allow you to choose who and what you want to follow.

GET LIMITED ACCES TO INTERNET

Overuse of digital media and screens may place your child or teen at risk of

Obesity. Excessive screen use, as well as having a TV in the bedroom, can

increase the risk of obesity. Teens who watch more than 5 hours of TV per day
are 5 times more likely to be overweight than teens who watch 0 to 2 hours.
Watching TV for more than 1.5 hours daily is a risk factor for obesity for children 4
through 9 years of age. This is in part due to the fact that viewers are exposed to
advertising for high-calorie foods. Viewers are also more likely to snack or
overeat while watching screen media.Sleep problems. Media use can interfere
with sleep. Children and teens who spend more time with social media or who
sleep with mobile devices in their rooms are at greater risk for sleep problems.
Exposure to light (particularly blue light) and stimulating content from screens
can delay or disrupt sleep, and have a negative effect on school.

Problematic internet use. Children who overuse online media can be at risk for
problematic Internet use. Heavy video gamers are at risk for Internet gaming
disorder. They spend most of their free time online, and show less interest in
offline or "real-life" relationships. 4% to 8% of children and teens may have
problems limiting their Internet use, and almost 10% of US youth 8 to 18 years of
age may have Internet gaming disorder. There may be increased risks for
depression at both the high and low ends of Internet use.

Negative effect on school performance. Children and teens often use

entertainment media at the same time that they're doing other things, such as
homework. Such multi-tasking can have a negative effect on school.

Risky behaviors. Teens' displays on social media often show risky behaviors, such
as substance use, sexual behaviors, self-injury, or eating disorders. Exposure of
teens through media to alcohol, tobacco use, or sexual behaviors is associated
with earlier initiation of these behaviors.

Here are some guidelines for healthy media use.

Find out what type of and how much media are used and what media behaviors
are appropriate for each child—and for you. Place consistent limits on hours of
media use as well as types of media used.Check your children's media use for
their health and safety.

Avoid exposure to devices or screens for 1 hour before bedtime. Do not let your
children sleep with devices such as smartphones.

Discourage entertainment media while doing homework.

Plan media-free times together, such as family dinners.

Decide on media-free, unplugged locations in homes, such as bedrooms.

Engage in family activities that promote wellbeing, such as sports, reading, and
talking with each other.

Set a good example and turn off the TV and put your smartphone on "do not
disturb" during media-free times with your family.

Use sites like Common Sense Media to help you decide if movies, TV shows, apps,
and videos games are age and content appropriate for your children and your
family values.

Share your family media rules with caregivers or grandparents to help ensure
rules are consistent.

Talk with your children and teens about online citizenship and safety. This
includes treating others with respect online, avoiding cyberbullying and sexting,
being wary of online solicitations, and safeguarding privacy.

Encourage your child's school to teach digital citizenship

Remember that your opinion counts—so make your voice heard. Let a TV station
know if you like a program, or contact the makers of a video game if the content
is too violent. Visit the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) website for
more information.

Get other parents and your school and community involved to advocate for better
media programs and for healthier habits. For example, encourage your school and
community to sponsor a "Screen-Free Week."

Feeling unable to live without the computer/internet. If you feel you can’t go
without the internet for more than a few hours, you have an internet addiction.

For the web-workers – get a virtual assistant. They can be fairly cheap and every
hourly rate spent on them is one hour that you can shave from your computer
time. This won’t solve the problem on its own, but web-workers will have a harder
time defeating internet addiction and need to spend as little time as possible
online when not completing essential work, at least until the addiction is dealt
with.

Modify your routine. If you trap yourself by checking email first thing in the
morning or heading straight for the computer when you get home from work,
intending to get off and do other things but never quite getting there, change your
routine a bit and get other things out of the way first. It’s much easier to get off
the computer if you don’t get on it! Wait until you’ve done your household chores
and got time spent with the kids (or pets, if that’s more your thing) out of the way,
then give yourself some net time. Reward yourself, in small amounts, for holding
out.

Don’t use the computer for recreational purposes. Remove the emotive feel-good
incentive to use the computer by using it for business and email. Get it done and
get off. Uninstall computer games, and vow to stay away from social networks
and other recreational web destinations for at least a month or two.Find
recreational activities in real life and completely replace your internet
entertainment with them. Completely. Seriously, I mean it!

TV MOVIE INFLUENCE PEOPLE BEHAVIOUR

Some people believe that the media, such as the press, TV and Internet should be
more strictly controlled. In today’s modern world, the influence of media has been
a matter of great concern. While some people claim that the administrator should
strictly supervise the way residents use the mass media, others hold the opinion
that individuals should be given more right to access to information.

it is claimed that cyberspace should be more tightly censored. This is because

the disadvantageous content could have an adverse impact on the children. The
young people could expose to violent content, terrorism propaganda or
pornographic material on television channel or the website making children walk
on the criminal road. Secondly, the fake news is appearing constantly on social
networking sites leading to the panic in society. This is well illustrated by the
evidence that Vietnam Television just warns audiences about one fake fan page
regularly posts incorrect information articles which seriously effect on the
prestige of VTV and the belief of readers. Therefore, the mass media should be
strictly controlled, avoid negative consequences. In conclusion, the above
analyses show that while some critics argue that the press, TV and Internet
should be more monitored, others still agree with the idea that the administrator
should provide more right to citizens to access the information

INTERNET

Most people agree that all forms of entertainment affect society. In my opinion,
movies and television shows really do influence how people behave. I feel this
way for two reasons, which I will explore in the following essay.

First of all, films and television provide society with a lot of negative role-models,
which many people are willing to emulate. These days, the so-called “anti-hero” is
a big part of popular culture. This is a type of character who acts badly around
other people, ignores the rules of society and has a really misanthropic attitude.
Commonly, these characters glorify excessive violence and drug use. My own
personal experience is a compelling example of this. When I was in high school, a
close friend of mine was a huge fan of characters like this. While he started high
school as a straight-A student, he later began to watch a lot of films which gave
him the impression that taking drugs and fighting with his classmates was
amusing and even desirable behavior. As a result, he barely finished high school
and is now unemployed. Moreover, he has few job prospects. Had he not watched
so many terrible movies, he would not be in such a desperate situation today.

In conclusion, I am of the opinion that television and movies influence the way we
almost everyone behaves in modern society. This is because some movies cause
us to act in detrimental ways, and because other shows inspire us to emulate and
embrace positive.

Reasons that Demonstrate the Importance of Technology in Business

Do you ever wonder what makes technology in business so important? The

answer is simple and easy. Technology saves your time and effort, and on top of
that, it enhances the security of your organization. Numerous factors determine
the importance of technology in business because the role it plays is crucial for
the operations to run smoothly and efficiently. o keep the workflow streamlined,
businesses need to implement advanced technology – tools that tech-developers
have designed specifically for business operations.
Technology Helps Improve Communication

Nowadays, many companies rely on different applications and software for

communicating with others. Several technical aspects need to be considered
before you choose the way of communication within your organization. For
example, if you are looking for instant feedback, you should go for phone services
because they provide quality voice with consistency as well as feedback. Other
ways of communication include video conferencing, Skype and instant
messaging. Effective communication ensures smooth operations and in some
cases, high level of motivation as well. Employees of the organization are well-
coordinated and informed about the tasks that they have to perform. Breakdowns
in a communication system can cause multiple problems for the employees,
which can be harmful to the company. Therefore, you should prepare and
preoccupy yourself with contingency plans in case an issue arises in the
communication system of the company.

Technology Improves Efficiency

There is no denying the fact technology increases the efficiency of the company.
The advancements in the world of robotics and applied sciences help businesses
facilitate their customers. Moreover, due to the emergence of artificial
intelligence, companies can now make better use of technology. For instance,
using chatbots as customer representatives to deal with customer queries. The
implementation of technology in business saves time and effort involved in
employing human labor and increases productivity, which is a huge advantage.

Protection Against Attacks

Online attacks are increasing at an alarming rate, which can prove to be very
risky for businesses. Therefore, developers are designing cybersecurity defense
systems to protect companies from dangerous threats. Since this is an era of
cloud computing, the threat of cyber attack remains persistent. So, companies
need to protect their data by enhancing the security of their online accounts that
contain important information and data.

Employees Need Technology to Work Efficiently

The role of technology in business is expanding at a breakneck pace. Employees

also expect their supervisors to provide them with the latest equipment so that
they can work effectively as well as efficiently. Moreover, the most recent
technological equipment enabled the employees to complete their tasks with
better results and increased productivity successfully.

Unlimited Supply of Knowledge

With technology, there is no limit as to what you can achieve and accomplish. It
provides an endless supply of knowledge and valuable insights. Conducting
research has never been easier because you can instantly access the websites
and search for the things you are looking for. Having valuable insights puts you in
a better position to deal with your customers. You are well prepared to meet their
demands. Apart from that, technology helps you keep a close eye on your
competitors. Stay aware of their moves and take necessary preemptive measures
to adopt the latest market trends.

Increased Employee Engagement

Technology is well-known for keeping employees engaged. It allows them to

telecommute to work and encourages them to collaborate with each other for
sharing files and essential information. In addition to this, technology also
reduces the level of stress. Workload decreases when the assigned tasks are
completed in the given time. Employees can also enjoy the flexibility to a certain
degree. They can stay connected to the organization via smartphones etc. and
perform work-related tasks remotely.

n the contrary, some people are of the opinion that advertising helps in increasing
awareness about a company’s product or services. People get to know about
company’s new offerings easily through advertising. Without advertising publicity
of company’s product and services will not be possible. Thus advertising helps
companies in increasing their sales and profits. According to some school of
thoughts, advertising creates demand by educating its target customers about
new ways of using an existing product or service.

To sum up the discussion, I would like to add that advertising is important for a
company to sustain itself in the competitive market but companies should follow
certain ethics and a code of conduct in order to eliminate harmful effects of
advertising.

Economic impact: One of the most important aspects of advertising is that it can
boost the revenue of not only the company but also the country. More consumers
would purchase the items and avail the service in huge numbers. It can have a
tremendous impact on the social environment because new jobs are created.

Freedom of selection: Advertisement provides arrays of options to the consumers

as far as freedom of choices is concerned. People can compare and contrast
more than one product and service to hone in on the best choice. Similarly, they
can elect the best political candidate who can govern the country.

romotion of public services: The advertisement is used by the government to

promote schemes across the length and breadth of the country. Social concepts
important for the general public are understood with the help of the above-
mentioned marketing strategy. During war time and other emergency situations,
many nonprofit organizations run advertising campaigns to disseminate the
information among the general public. Even in the case of disaster management,
the government uses advertisers for spreading a sense of caution.

Social advantages: Conventional advertising technique to promote the products

and services of a company generates tremendous social benefits. For instance, it
can be quite useful in a country where the free speech and discourse is often
suppressed. The advertisement on television, print media and the internet
ensures that people have freedom of choice. As a result, the consumers become
more vocal and conscious of their rights.

ON9 SHOPPING

Convenience. Convenience is the biggest perk. Where else can you comfortably
shop at midnight while in your pajamas? There are no lines to wait in or cashiers
to track down to help you with your purchases, and you can do your shopping in
minutes. Online shops give us the opportunity to shop 24/7, and also reward us
with a ‘no pollution’ shopping experience. There is no better place to buy
informational products like e-books, which are available to you instantly, as soon
as the payment goes through. Downloadable items purchased online eliminate the
need for any kind of physical material at all, as well, which helps the environment!

Better prices. Cheap deals and better prices are available online, because
products come to you direct from the manufacturer or seller without involving
middlemen. Plus, it's easier to compare prices and find a better deal. Many online
sites offer discount coupons and rebates, as well. Not only are prices better, but
you can save on tax as well, since online shops are only required to collect a
sales tax if they have a physical location in your state. Factor in the saved
expense of gas and parking and you have saved yourself a lot of money!

More variety. The choices online are amazing. You can find almost any brand or
item you're looking for. You can get in on the latest international trends without
spending money on airfare. You can shop from retailers in other parts of the state,
country, or even world instead of being limited to your own geography. A far
greater selection of colors and sizes than you will find locally are at your disposal.
Plus, the stock is much more plentiful, so you'll always be able to find your size
and color. Some online shops even accept orders for out-of-stock items and ship
when they come in.

You can send gifts more easily. Sending gifts to relatives and friends is easy, no
matter where they are. All the packaging and shipping is done for you.
Oftentimes, they'll even gift wrap it for you! Now, there is no need to make
distance an excuse for not sending a gift on occasions like birthdays, weddings,
anniversaries, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and so forth.
More control. Many times, when we opt for conventional shopping, we tend to
spend a lot more than planned and end up buying items that aren't exactly what
we wanted (but we can't find anything better in the store). Online, you don't have
to let the store's inventory dictate what you buy, and you can get exactly what
you want and need.

Easy price comparisons. Comparing and researching products and their prices is
so much easier online. If you're shopping for appliances, for example, you can find
consumer reviews and product comparisons for all the options on the market,
with links to the best prices. We can research firsthand experience, ratings, and
reviews for most products and retailers.

No crowds. If you are like me, you hate crowds when you're shopping. Especially
during holidays, festivals, or on weekends, they can be such a huge headache.
Also, being crushed in the crowds of shoppers sometimes makes us feel rushed or
hurried. You don't have to battle for a parking place. All of these problems can be
avoided when you shop online.

No pressure. Oftentimes when we're out shopping, we end up buying things that
we don't really need, all because shopkeepers pressure us or use their selling
skills to compel us to make these purchases.

You can buy used or damaged items at lower prices. The marketplace on the
Internet gives us access to listings of old or damaged items at rock bottom
prices. Also, if we want to buy antiques, there's no better place to find great ones.

Discreet purchases are easier. Some things are better done in the privacy of your
home. Online shops are best for discreet purchases for things like adult toys, sexy
lingerie, and so on. This enables me to purchase undergarments and lingerie
without embarrassment or any paranoia that there are people watching or judging
me.

FAMILY

BIG FAMILY

Family is considered to be the most essential part of a person's life. Every

individual is taught about the importance of a family since their childhood days.

Joint Family

Dependency – As discussed, a joint family is an extended family and it consists of

a lot of members. People can depend on each other for any kind of help. Thus, this
is one of the best quality that a joint family possess.

Unity – Joint family creates an emotional bond between two generations and it
helps to keep the family united in all the situations. The tradition and culture is
passed on to the coming generations so that they can take it forward. The
proverb “United we stand, Divided we fall”, goes true in the joint family system.

Preference of the youngsters – There are youngsters out there in the society, who
prefer a social life with a better support system. These people believe in the
system of joint family.

Provides an opportunity for leisure time – The joint family system provides an
opportunity for leisure time as the female members divide the household work
and finish it off very soon.

Social insurance – Joint family acts as a social insurance and a support for the
widows and the old aged people. They are assured of a proper living.

oth the joint and nuclear families have their own pros and cons nuclear families
many a times feel better. They provide a peace and calm environment at home as
there are very few quarrels. Every individual after coming from work requires a
peaceful atmosphere at home. As they say - “small family, happy family.”

SPENT TIME WITH FAMILY

The fast pace of modern day family life can make it easy to forget that simply just
spending time with our children is really important.

It encourages communication

When you spend time with your children you are fostering an environment for
open communication. Good communication is important for your children to feel
comfortable with talking to about anything. Simply asking your child how their
day ask gone can make a big difference.

It can help your children be a good friend

Children learn by example. If you are setting a good example for them by spending
quality time together, they are more likely to adopt those behaviours in other
relationships in their lives. Simple things like playing games together will help
them understand more about interacting with others as well as teach them things
like sharing and kindness.

Most importantly, family time means you can just have fun and enjoy each others
company! You’ve still got a little bit of time left before the children go back to
school so make the most of it this weekend and do something together.

It builds children’s self-esteem

Children who spend time with their parents participating in activities together
build a positive sense of self-worth. When children feel that they are valued by
their parents, they feel more positive about themselves. Family activities don’t
have to be expensive trips out to be meaningful, the important part is just being
together. You could go for a bike ride or play a game together.
It strengthens family bonds

Families who share everyday activities together form strong, emotional ties.
Studies have found that families who enjoy group activities together share a
stronger emotional bond as well as an ability to adapt well to situations as a
family. Share your favorite hobbies, sports, books, movies or other favorite
activities. It develops positive behaviours. Children and adolescents who spend
more time with their parents are less likely to get involved in risky behaviour.

MAKAN LUAR

Some people like to eat in restaurants and at foodstands, others like to eat at
home. Eating out can be a very pleasurable experience. Having dinner with a
friend, eating a romantic meal while on a date or celebrating some special event
with a party at a restaurant are all things we enjoy doing. Even so, there are few
people who eat out all the time and eating at home has many points in its favor. It
is cheaper to eat at home. It is healthier to eat at home and it is usually much
more comfortable. For me, there is no doubt that I prefer eating at home.

Firstly, eating at home is much less expensive than eating in a restaurant.

Obviously, when we eat at home we do the preparation, cooking and serving of
the food ourselves and, therefore, do not need to pay the labor costs of cook,
waiter and other restaurant staff. Similarly, we have no other overheads to pay for
such as restaurant rent and high utility bills. A further cost saving is that we shop
for the ingredients of our home-cooked meals ourselves and can choose those
which are cheaper in price.

Secondly, eating at home is much better for our health and general wellbeing than
dining outside. At home, when cooking for ourselves, we can ensure that what
goes into our meals is not bad for us. We can control the amount of oil we use. We
can control the amount of salt we use and we can balance our diet to suit our
own individual needs. When we eat at a restaurant, none of these things are
possible. At home we can also cook just enough food to satisfy us. In a restaurant
we are often given too much or too little food on our plate.

Finally, eating at home is much more comfortable than having dinner or lunch in a
public place. At home, we can be more relaxed than in a restaurant. We can wear
comfortable, casual clothes; even pyjamas. We can sit in a comfortable position
on our favorite chair, on the sofa or on the floor. If we wish, we can watch TV or a
video, or listen to a radio program. None of these can be done at a restaurant.
Furthermore, at home we do not have to worry about disturbing other diners and
can talk and laugh as loudly as we want without fear of upsetting people sitting
nearby us.

In conclusion, it is my opinion that for reasons of comfort, cost and health, eating
at home is preferable to eating in a restaurant or at a foodstand. Although I enjoy
eating out now and again and usually do so about once a week, it is not
something I could do every day. Sitting in my comfortable clothes, in front of the
TV and with a good, home-cooked meal in front of me, I am happy and that is why
I like eating at home more than eating at a foodstand or in restaurant.

WORKING MOM

Working mothers make a better mother or not. I say with experience that working
mothers make a better mother because I had a working mother.

She is educated and can make better choices for her child. She will study on what
food she must give her child for better growth and development and make an
educated choice on everything from toys to books. Cynics argue that a working
women does not get time for her child. It may be somewhat true but she will have
a good support system to manage her children’s well being. Their is always a
mother, mother in law, trusted maid and sometimes a supportive husband or will
look after the child in the absence of the child.

A woman who works will spend loving quality time with her child. A housewife
may be at home but if she is not able to spend time with the child due to
housework and other various reasons the child will feel neglected and turn into a
brat.

A child needs a mother all time till a certain age, after that the child is able to
study and look after his or her own needs. In fact he becomes independent and
this comes in use in later life when he leaves home for higher studies.

A mother who stays at home is definitely able to give her child all her time. It is
preferable also that the child gets a mother’s love during her growing years but
the women are known to be multi taskers and can do both the task with full
ability. She is capable of looking after the home and office with equal ease.

In the end I conclude that a working woman does make a better mother because
a woman is meant to be a mother and she will not neglect her child. A mother
who is working is happy and fulfilled and if her child is happy, it is all that
matters. If her support system fails her she could give up her career to be a full
time mother.hope it helps u. Working moms have been the subject of much debate
in the parenting arena. They are often criticized for just not being there. In fact,
there is now lots of research which shows that a working mom can bring up
healthy and well-adjusted kids. The research shows that it is not damaging and
that there are in fact many benefits for the children.

Working moms provide positive role models

Children need to realize from an early age that women are not just domestic
servants and that they may have a professional life of their own. Girls will learn
that they need to think about a career, rather than just getting married and having
children. Boys need to realize that household chores are part and parcel of family
life. This will also influence them significantly when they start their own families.
Working moms raise more independent kids

My mother worked at a local hospital while we were growing up. We were

fortunate in having a wonderful home helper who was a surrogate mother in many
ways. However, the main advantage was that we grew up to be very independent.
We also had to take responsibility in making sure that meals were ready on time.
That lesson is still useful today!

SPORT
Importance of extracurricular activities in school life Extra activities are also
important for the overall development of students. There is always an argument
that extracurricular activities are not so much important in a child’s life. For
development, extra activities are also most important in student’s life. Students
are pressurized during exams and they have performance pressure too of gaining
good grades. In such conditions, there is a need for some extra activities. You
cannot force a student to just read books and become intelligent.

Academic performance is improved.

Students who participate in extra activities get better grades. This is because of
the skills they learn from participating in different activities. Students learn to
manage time, organizational skills and improved self-confidence. Students also
learn to express themselves in a better way. • Time management skills are
improved. Students who participate in extra activities need to learn time
management. As they have to manage time between academics and extra
activities. They learn to manage time and also learn how to keep them engaged in
free time also. Everything they do will be productive. Time management plays an
important role in examinations also, how to write answers in what time is also an
important skill to learn. Time management will be used throughout the life. •

LEARN NEW AND USEFUL SKILLS

Students also learn new skills which are useful in school life. Skills like
teamwork, time management, management of any activity, how to lead a group
and many more extra skills. Students who participate in sports and other
activities have better leadership skills and learn how to grow and build relations
with one another. •

SENSE OF COMMITMENT Students who participate in extra-curricular activities

learn how to commit themselves to a particular thing they get involved in.
Extracurricular activities are utmost important in a student’s life. Students who
get involved in extra activities meet new people and because of that their social
skills are improved. Students can expand their network which is also beneficial in
finding better career opportunities.

The Advantages of Living in a Big City

The Best Possible Medical Care

Medical care in rural areas simply cannot compete with the options available in a
big city. Most people living in remote regions travel dozens of miles to visit a
doctor, and specialist visits could become an overnight trip. Living in a big city
gives you the opportunity to receive the highest caliber of medical care without
traveling hours from your home.

Competition in cities drives medical centers to hire only the most knowledgeable
staff, ensuring the finest care for you. More than a dozen hospitals in the Chicago
area are nationally ranked for the quality of their medical care and superior staff.
When it comes to finding a doctor in big cities like Chicago, you have unparalleled
opt Convenience of Public Transportation

subway in big cityDriving everywhere can be a burden in a city of any size. Big
cities often lack sufficient parking or charge high rates for the available parking
options. But public transportation options fill this void, making owning a car in a
big city unnecessary. Whether traveling by taxi, subway (called the “EL” in
Chicago), or bus, you can reach your destination in a city for a reasonable price,
without the hassle of searching for a parking spot.

Many city dwellers combine transportation with exercise, preferring to walk or

ride a bike around town. Whether you’re looking for a quick, stress-free way to
navigate around town or want a way to drastically cut down on the expense of
getting around, big city public transportation is the obvious choice.

Endless Entertainment Options (Even on Weekdays)

living in a big city like Chicago are endless.ions and resources to get the care you

STUDENT DEPRESS

The college students are the future of our society, they represents the society
investment for future thus their mental health is an important factor not only for
them their own right but also for society as they are the one who are contributing
for larger part of society. The psychological problems like stress, depression and
anxiety among college students are increasing every year. There are many
reasons for such psychological problem most common problems for these kinds of
emotional disorders are greater academic demands, changes in social and family
life, new and different environment. Other problems for depression and stress are
time pressure, tough competitions, and pressure of academics and fear of failure.

There are various reason why stress occurs among the students. First and
foremost is the fear of academic excellence, often student fear of getting lower
marks than expected. This is quite widespread, as practically marks will always
be lower than what is expected. Other stresses might be due to changing
environment from high school to college, being away from home. It has been
observed that the stress, anxiety and depression among the students in second
year is way more than that was in the first year, this is primarily due to the
increase in the load and complexities of the subjects to be learned. (Eisenberg D,
2007) This further gives an implication that proceeding to the further years will
exert more pressure on the student and so the stress will be more.

Causes of Stress, Anxiety and Depression in Students:

Fear of academic excellence.

Living away from the family.

Feeling of isolation and loneliness.

Conflicting Relationship.

Increasing complexities in the academics.

Financial condition.
