G. Samvad Portal :
This exclusive session has organized with an objective to provide an opportunity
to new entrants in HE IC to have an open dialogue with President - Heavy Engineering
IC about our business and future growth prospects.
Samvad Portal is an intranet system. HR person arrange the session every month. Choose
the participants from the list, send invitation to selected participant thru system. Get
confirmation from the participant. Send reminder mail to participants to confirm/not confirm
the availability. After completed the session, update feedback, suggestions/Issues. Select
relevant Thrust areas and send to responsible department head to work on that. DH has to
assign responsible person(RP) for the same. RP has to update milestones, date and status
of the milestones. Feedback updated to HR and President.

I. Shuttle booking :
Developing the “Shuttle Booking System” for the Larsen & Toubro’s employees and
Customer/vendor. In Daily Work Schedule, employees of the Larsen & Toubro travels from
Powai (Mumbai) to Talegaon. So to travel “Larsen and Toubro Ltd“have provided the
INNOVA Car. For booking the seat employee need to send the e-mail to the admin then
accordingly admin check the availability and book the seat. This is time consuming process
and admin need to keep the track of the booking details. For ex. If employee book seat
before more than one month then it is very difficult to keep track of booking. Here with this
system Employees need to select seat and get the confirmation about the booking by E-
Mail/SMS. Employee can also book the seat for the customer/vendor by giving the name,
contact number and boarding point. “Shuttle Booking System” will keep the track of the
booked information easily it saves the human efforts and time. Admin can easily handle
booking details and provide to the driver so he can pick up and drop the employee on their
respective point.

CYTEC needs to send invoices to Russian clients in Russian and English Language as per
their Customs requirements. At present the invoices originally generated in English are
converted to a format which has both Russian and English manually. Cytec needs a system
which can take inputs in English and produce output documents (pdfs) in such a way that it
has both English and Russian language side by side so that the person understanding
Russian or English can refer to a single document that has Russian and English both and
understand the same rather than having to refer to two different documents in different
languages.
The wireframes have been provided by CYTEC and the system will be having two
pages/views where the user can enter data.

Based on the number of Materials in Invoice the view in packaging list has to be modified
automatically as provided in the wireframe. There can be multiple pages in a packaging list;
every page will represent a material line Item “Line Page”. There can be multiple pallets per
Line Page, and for each pallet in all Line Pages of the Packaging list there will be a different
Pallet view (Labels Template.xlsx) which would be auto-populated based on the data in
Invoice and Packaging List. The system should be able to create a pdf output which will
have both Russian and English part side by side (as shown in supporting letters).

I have migrated old HR Portal with additional feature.
Created new HR Portal as per the requirement. Replaced all hard coded part with application

NGenious Solutions, Inc. has prepared a requirements specification for the design and
implementation of the Office 365 templates. This requirements specification was based on
the activities completed and information collected as part of the assessment phase.
