Automate the Business Reports, daily emails, conversion of Excel to pdf, every row
of excel to pdf and updated in document library. Create simple excel file for user to

1. Projects at Larsen & Toubro Limited


A. Implementation from ASP.NET website to MOSS 2007
Earlier intranet websites/application was in ASP.NET. This is the first time implementation
of SharePoint 2007 in L&T HE IC. All ASP, ASP.NET websites and applications are
implemented to SharePoint (MOSS 2007). SQL database has converted to SharePoint list.
SharePoint workflow is used on SharePoint list to provide flow. SharePoint designer is used
to design the site.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing functionalities InfoPath , List, Workflow, Document library

B. Inspection Clearance System


ICLS System is an online portal for L&T vendors to raise inspection calls in the system by
uploading required documents and clearance of those inspection calls in system by L&T QC
person.

• Development of web services to capture details from Baan ERP
• Providing document upload and validation facility

C. Contract Job Certificate


CJC System is online application for vendors of L&T HED to claim for the amount of service
provided by them. Users can view all the requests made by them and track the progress of
requests made by them.

G. Samvad Portal :
This exclusive session has organized with an objective to provide an opportunity
to new entrants in HE IC to have an open dialogue with President - Heavy Engineering
IC about our business and future growth prospects.
Samvad Portal is an intranet system. HR person arrange the session every month. Choose
the participants from the list, send invitation to selected participant thru system. Get
confirmation from the participant. Send reminder mail to participants to confirm/not confirm
the availability. After completed the session, update feedback, suggestions/Issues. Select
relevant Thrust areas and send to responsible department head to work on that. DH has to
assign responsible person(RP) for the same. RP has to update milestones, date and status
of the milestones. Feedback updated to HR and President.

H. Plant Engineering Systems :


Plant engineering is a service department who provides services like telephone shifting, new
extension with different facilities, chair, fan, AC repairing etc. Make the purchase request for
the same. For every request, they ask user to get DGM, GM, VP approval as per the facility.
Online system was not available for these facilities. They were doing all this things manually
and record was not available for analysis. Now all the service requests are placed in system
by user. Get approval from hired authority, plant engineering person and then transfer to
third party vendor who has actually provided the services.

I. Shuttle booking :
Developing the “Shuttle Booking System” for the Larsen & Toubro’s employees and
Customer/vendor. In Daily Work Schedule, employees of the Larsen & Toubro travels from
Powai (Mumbai) to Talegaon. So to travel “Larsen and Toubro Ltd“have provided the
INNOVA Car. For booking the seat employee need to send the e-mail to the admin then
accordingly admin check the availability and book the seat. This is time consuming process
and admin need to keep the track of the booking details. For ex. If employee book seat
before more than one month then it is very difficult to keep track of booking. Here with this
system Employees need to select seat and get the confirmation about the booking by E-
Mail/SMS. Employee can also book the seat for the customer/vendor by giving the name,
contact number and boarding point. “Shuttle Booking System” will keep the track of the
booked information easily it saves the human efforts and time. Admin can easily handle
booking details and provide to the driver so he can pick up and drop the employee on their
respective point.

Projects of nGenious Solution Ltd.

J. Russian Invoice Template:


This is a client project.
Client Company Name: Cytec

CYTEC needs to send invoices to Russian clients in Russian and English Language as per
their Customs requirements. At present the invoices originally generated in English are
converted to a format which has both Russian and English manually. Cytec needs a system
which can take inputs in English and produce output documents (pdfs) in such a way that it
has both English and Russian language side by side so that the person understanding
Russian or English can refer to a single document that has Russian and English both and
understand the same rather than having to refer to two different documents in different
languages.
The wireframes have been provided by CYTEC and the system will be having two
pages/views where the user can enter data.
1) Invoice
2) Packaging List

Based on the number of Materials in Invoice the view in packaging list has to be modified
automatically as provided in the wireframe. There can be multiple pages in a packaging list;
every page will represent a material line Item “Line Page”. There can be multiple pallets per
Line Page, and for each pallet in all Line Pages of the Packaging list there will be a different
Pallet view (Labels Template.xlsx) which would be auto-populated based on the data in
Invoice and Packaging List. The system should be able to create a pdf output which will
have both Russian and English part side by side (as shown in supporting letters).

K. Cytec Courier PDF web part:


This is displaying all data of current issues with pdf/Flash file, image of the month by year
wise and month wise. Data display as accordion by year wise and in each year contains all
months with data.

L. Cytec Current Courier web part:


This web part display only current year and month data. It displays current issues with

M. Cytec HR Portal:
I have migrated old HR Portal with additional feature.
Created new HR Portal as per the requirement. Replaced all hard coded part with application

N. Ntranet Office 365 Template:

NGenious Solutions, Inc. has prepared a requirements specification for the design and
implementation of the Office 365 templates. This requirements specification was based on
the activities completed and information collected as part of the assessment phase.

• Icon Links App Part:


▪ It will be used to create common / custom icon links App parts
▪ It will be used on across site pages mainly for Home & About us page.
▪ It will store/ retrieve data from sub site Links list & Icons Picture library
(for images) as a part of site template. The associated list & picture library
are managed via Web part custom properties. These are not configurable.
▪ Each instance of this App part will render 3 icons in a row in the final
output

• Image Links App Part:


▪ It will be used to create Image links App part
▪ It will be used on across site pages mainly for Home & About us page.
▪ It will store/ retrieve data from sub site Images Links list & Images Picture
library (for images) as a part of site template. The associated list & picture
library are managed via App part custom properties. These are not
configurable.

• Spotlight Web Part:


▪ This web part displays latest 10 items masked as spotlight
▪ Any item can be marked as spotlight from all lists which item has spotlight
option is enable.
▪ User will manage properties to configure this web part and same are
available in wizard base interface.
▪ Spotlight allows to add by given options (image, Icon, Spotlight) only.
▪ Latest 10 spotlight displays in slider with pause and play button.

O. Work From Home Request for employees :


Work From Home (WFH) Request application, an employee can only apply, if they have “Project Related
Task” to work on.

Create/Approve/View the request. Also Create Canvas app for summary
report with filter.
• Created MS flow for approval process and weekly every Monday email notification for
approved request within current date range.
