eRAN12.1 Draft A (2016-12-30) introduces the following changes to Issue 06 (2016-11-02)
of eRAN11.1.
The following major changes have been made:
l Added CIoT feature documentation, and added "Introduction to FDD Features" and
"Introduction to CIoT Features" under the "Introduction to Features" node.
l Added the "Feature Package Description" node.
l Rearranged the locations of FPDs and assigned them under the "FDD", "CIoT", and
"FDD & CIoT" nodes.
