1). Rationale of the study:

The topic I select of my research study is the “customer brand loyalty for Honda
city and Toyota corolla” some factors are to be considered to measure the
perception in research and I try to judge the consumer buying behavior. The study
was conducted in Hisar city and the data should be collected by the questionnaire
method.

2). Objective of the study:

The objective of the study is follow:

a) To understand the Brand position in customers’ mind and perception about


the brand.

b) To be aware of existing product, Toyota Corolla and Honda City of companies


and to get a clear picture of prevalent automobile industry in India.

c) To distinguish between Toyota Corolla and Honda City, as to persuade the


client with the most suitable vehicle for him

d) To understand the facts and reasons require to be kept in mind while


customer choosing Toyota Corolla or Honda City in its decision.

e) To understand the responsibility of a sales service and spare parts teams


while working for the company

f) Identify proper prospect for selling a vehicle to customer

g) To understand factors of Toyota and Honda Company has been achieving


success in Indian automobile industries.

3). Research Mythology:

a) Nature and source of data:

This study will be carried out in the form of well structured questionnaire.
Both Primary and Secondary data will be collected for this purpose
b) Tools and techniques of analysis:

The questionnaire Method would be used to collect data for the Research. To
gather Primary data a structure Questionnaire would be used. Data would be
arranged in the form of graph and tables providing the relevant information
at the glance. The percentage Method would be used for data analysis the
data.

c) Sample size and technique:

The sample size would be 100 respondents in my research study 50 – 50


each brand. Technique will be Convenient sampling which is a non
probabilistic sampling method.

4). Limitation:

a) Consumer behavior can be different when the objective of study is to be


shared with them

b) Consumer not feel rational sometime

c) Data collection from questionnaire difficult because consumer feel it a


wasteful for them
