1). Rationale of the study:
The topic I select of my research study is the “customer brand loyalty for Honda
city and Toyota corolla” some factors are to be considered to measure the
perception in research and I try to judge the consumer buying behavior. The study
was conducted in Hisar city and the data should be collected by the questionnaire
method.
This study will be carried out in the form of well structured questionnaire.
Both Primary and Secondary data will be collected for this purpose
b) Tools and techniques of analysis:
The questionnaire Method would be used to collect data for the Research. To
gather Primary data a structure Questionnaire would be used. Data would be
arranged in the form of graph and tables providing the relevant information
at the glance. The percentage Method would be used for data analysis the
data.
