Scope of Work

1. Submit a conceptual design proposal

2. Soil test of the premises

3. Detail design (Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Interior, etc.) of the


building

4. Detail BOQ of the project with estimated cost

5. Design 4 DC floors in consultation with DC Technical Consultant

6. Collecting necessary design approval & commercial conversion of land from the
authority (RAZUK, NH, City Corporation or any other authority)

7. Supervision of the work

8. Submit the as built drawing

9. Checking the final BOQ after completing the project
