package equipment’s for Oil & Gas sector (7+ years as Offshore & 9 years as Onshore), Refinery,

Conversant with use of Engineering Design Software like PV-Elite/Code Calc., API tank software(TANK),
Micro-Protol, Compress, B-Jac (HTFS+), HTRI, and other utility Software like Auto-CAD, Aspen Zyqad ,
Acrobat distiller, MS Office , Concord mailing system, PIMs software (Pre-Commissioning) and review of
vendor’s FEA & CFD analysis along with process engineering.

Conversant specifications like SHELL DEP, BP, Qatar gas, Qatar Petroleum, Saudi Aramco, SABIC Total,
ADNOC & EIL.

Senior Mechanical Static & Package Engineer

 Primary objective to ensure that mechanical design integrity is not compromised while
managing the execution of the project. Carry out conceptual, front end design and detailed
design engineering activities like, design basis, philosophies, equipment selection, studies /
reports, including co-ordination with the various discipline groups Specific accountabilities.
 Review ITB (Invitation to Bid) documents submitted in the proposals stage, issue inquiry
requisitions, review techno-commercial vendor offers, prepare equipment list and man-hour
estimation. Verify scope of work, budgeted man hours, budgeted quantities, total of
deliverables, and format of delivery, time schedules and other specifications for execution of
the work.
 Assist Lead/HOD/Engineering Manager to prepare engineering control documents including
deliverables lists, manhours estimates and planning, project programs, IDC coordination and
reviews. Manage assigned work scope to these control documents.
 Review contract requirements for project execution, organize the preparation of the Technical
Document Register (TDR), identify requirements and scope of work; review specifications
Process Data Sheets (PDS), Piping Material Specifications (PMS), Piping & Instrumentation
Diagrams (P&ID’s), Plot plans, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, Review Philosophies, Area
Classification Drawings, Fire and Gas Detector Layout Drawings, Brown field Suction Scrubber
internals drawings & calculation review and other relevant documents. Establish contract
review criteria, identify and resolve discrepancies and divergences from original proposal
through the instigation of technical queries to projects/client.
 Prepare engineered calculations, drawings and documents related to assigned job for
Mechanical equipment works within a 2D / 3D data model environment.
 Review and check relevant deliverables such as design calculations, drawings, specifications,
schedules and MTOs prepared by engineers and designers to ensure technical correctness,
quality and compliance to project objectives.
 Prepare, check and approve Procurement related documents including material requisitions,
technical bid evaluations, recommendations and vendor drawing reviews.
 Verify contract technical specifications. Establish critical equipment parameters and
engineering deliverables i.e. pressure requirements, capacity, and pressure vessels, heat
exchangers, process packages, material of construction, limitations of operating environment
and other parameters. Identify and resolve discrepancies and divergences from original
proposal through the instigation of queries to client.
 Preparation of Mechanical Datasheets including equipment sizing, equipment specifications,
PWHT requirements, and radiography requirements, material of construction, nozzle details,
and code of construction, fireproofing, insulation, wind loads, seismic loads, equipment
interface, thickness analysis and other equipment analysis.
 Participate in Project 3D Model review, HAZOP, HAZID and SIL Rating studies meetings with the
client and representatives of other engineering disciplines.
 Interact with Quality Assurance for quality issues; strictly ensure compliance with Company's
ISO Quality procedures. Coordinate Internal and Client audit requests; facilitate audit
procedures of engineering systems within the department.
 Interface and provide clarification, guidance and technical support to construction sites and
provide startup and commissioning assistance as required.
 Support projects in Design Change management and variation order initiated by Client.
 Attend meetings, fabrication shop visits and inspection activities at vendors’ works.
 Function as member of Technical Specialist Group to support projects and proposal as required.

 Develops solutions to complex design problems using initiative and own acquired knowledge.
 Interact and coordinate with the Owner, PMT/PMC, vendors, subcontractors, JV partners and
satellite offices.
 Provide progress report information on assigned projects, at the required frequency and with
the required content to the Project Engineer.
 Coach / mentor less experienced engineers.
 Participate in and advice on all design activities and initiatives, including provision of training,
inductions and documentation review.
 Advise the Engineering Manager of any slippages / deviations and their causes and proposed
corrective action and of any technical problems and unresolved differences with other groups.
 Ensure that engineering activities are executed within budgeted man-hours and approved
schedules in compliance with project procedures, standards and specifications and in
accordance with company procedures and requirements of the local Occupational Health and
Safety Act.
 Attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT’s) and Sites Acceptance Tests (SAT’s) for equipment on
assigned projects.
 Equipment handled should cover material of construction of CS, LTCS, SS, CS +Clad, LAS, HAS,
NACE MR0175, HIC etc. for applications with temperature ranging from hot service to cryogenic
with special services like Hydrogen, Lethal, Wet Sour, Cyclic, Sea Water etc.

 Pre-Commissioning Exposure for PMC Projects :

 Lead a team to undertake commissioning activities in projects.


 Interfaces with other disciplines to ensure integration of activities.
 Implement & test the subsystems as per project commissioning test sheets.
 Preparation of method statements, procedures and routines where required.
 Interface towards Pre-commissioning and Company personnel.
 Reports on work progress, bringing to notice potential problems or delays and recommends
solutions.
 Assist during the database preparation for pre-commissioning status index and commissioning
technical database.
 Plan, Monitor and assist in Vendor activities as required.
 Ensure temporary supplies and commissioning spares are adequate for the subsystem testing
 Perform inter-discipline checks.
 Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.
 Perform all assigned work to agreed standards for safety, health environment and demonstrate
a commitment to attaining high levels of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) performance.
 Trained for Field & Construction support engineering and completed the QHSES trainings like,
Task risk assessment (TRA), Permit to work (PTW), Log-out Tag-Out (LOTO), Confined Space
entry, Work safety at Height, BBSM Observer, Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ),Safety in Design,

Project Description:
The scope of work for Marjan Increment Program (MIP) PKG. 04 – Offshore Gas facilities
mainly consists of Wellhead Platforms and Tie-in Platforms for Rich Gas production, Lean
Gas Injection and Submarine Pipelines, Cables & Umbilicals in the Marjan Field, as below:
- Three (3) Non-Associated Gas (NAG) Wellhead Platform Decks
- LWHH 1010/1015,MRJN 1020/1025 & MRJN 1026/1031
- Two Cap Gas production (CGP) Wellhead Platform Decks

 FEED - US Gas Cap Condensate Development Project - Phase 1- ADNOC- Abu Dhabi

Project Description:
ADNOC Offshore operates the Umm Shaif facilities that are located 150 km North West of Abu
Dhabi City. With the Umm Shaif Gas Cap Condensate Development Project, ADNOC offshore are
looking to develop the oil reservoir gas caps using a partial gas recycling strategy with export of
condensate to Das Island. COMPANY intends to undertake gas cap development in two phases -
Phase-1 and Phase-2. Phase-1 is recycling of 600 MMSCFD of gas and 50 MBD condensate
production. Phase-2 consists of exporting 500 MMSCFD of gas in addition to 600 MMSCFD
injection gas and 100 MBD condensate production.
The objective of this project is to carry out FEED design for Phase 1 gas cap development, i.e., to
design the required surface facilities to achieve condensate production of 50 MBD in a safe and
economic manner from Jan 2023 to 2030. Phase 1 includes for the following works:
- 3 new remote Wellhead Towers (WHT US GP1, GP2 and GI1) for production and injection

 FEED & EPIC for Flow Assurance Expansion Project - RasGas Company Ltd-Qatar

Project Description:

 Flow Assurance Expansion Project is to provide an alternative means of hydrate prevention by


injecting Monoethylene Glycol (MEG) directly into the offshore wet gas pipelines during the
hydrate season as a substitute for KHI which is currently being used, resulting in carryover to
the waste water disposal reservoirs.

 FAXP scope consists of expanding FAP offshore facilities to include QG 3&4 Wellhead Platforms,
QSGTL Wellhead Platforms and pipeline connection to Barzan Wellhead Platform 3. As part of
Flow Assurance Expansion Project, Permanent Removable Monoethylene Glycol (MEG)
(Rectangular type) tanks with capacity of 65.3 m3 each shall be installed on WHP7, WHP8 and
WHP9 Platforms.

Project Description:

 Pre-FEED for The North Field Production Sustainability (NFPS) QG Drilling Project passed
Gate1
 The NFPS QG Drilling Project involves both surface facilities and new wells at both QG1 and
QG2. The surface activities include modifications to existing facilities (Brownfield) and
installation of new Wellhead Platforms, Riser Platforms (if required), Bridge connections and
intra-field pipelines (Greenfield). The sub-surface activities consist of drilling 29 new wells; 11
wells at QG1 and 18 wells at QG2.

 FEED services for North Field Production Sustainability (NFPS) Investment 1, Project 1 (I1P1).
 The project scope consists of two new wellhead platforms (WHPQ10 and WHPQ11), two
new intra-field pipelines and subsea composite cables, one new riser platform (PRQ1)
bridge-connected to the existing QG NFB PU, and associated brownfield modifications
at existing QG NFB Complex, including new bridge installation between QG NFB PU and
QG NFB PR. In addition to QG1 wellhead platforms, the project scope includes a new jacket for
RG Wellhead Platform 13 (WHPR13).

 The Culzean project development is an ultra-high pressure high temperature (UHP/HT) gas
condensate development located some 145 miles East of Aberdeen in the UK sector of the
Central North Sea.
 The development is a stand-alone development involving a three-platform bridge linked
