An Open Letter to Dr. R. Khader Mohideen, (H.O.

D of Commerce, Jamal Mohamed College)

Respected Dr. RKM,

You said something against the Indian laws. Clarify it at the face of Indian Public who pays you salary or
else resign your professorship. No excuse.

1. You said “institution is more important than an Individual”. Suppose if Sivashanmugam is

murdered with in the Jamal Mohamed College Premises, what would be the action of
Government of India? Will it consider that the institution is more important than an individual?
Commerce is a part of sociology. It reflects that you have no idea on the Indian Constitution. Just
few hours before, I came to know that you and the principal of Jamal Mohamed College
suppressed all the information regarding the death of a student in Khajamian Hostel in the last
year along with the support of the local police. You cannot hide everything from public.

2. Secondly in an irritating manner you made a statement that there is no law governing the self-
finance teachers. I will call the Jaya TV, Sun TV and other media. Speak the same statement. Let
us see the response of the public. You would be thrown out of your professorship. I forgot. You
told the name of some unknown commission. I want to know the name of that commission.

3. Again in an irritating manner you made another statement- will the office of the Vice-chancellor
of Bharathidasan University, the office of the Directorate General of Higher Education and the
secretary of University Grants Commission of India look into these issues? Here is the reply – the
duties and responsibilities of these offices are to look into whether the laws are implemented by
the so-called educational institutions or not! If they are not delivering their duties, the republic
of India will throw them out of the office!

4. You said that Sivashanmugam is a Unionist. Yes, it is true. Who have stopped you to become a
member of some Union which addresses the public issues?

5. You said that you have to obey the wordings of the Principal. Here is my reply. I will follow the
wordings of any authority only if it is in accordance with the law of the land. My teachers have
taught me how stand with the law. May be you are a puppet who considers that JMC principal is
a God!!!

Let the republic of India know that the Jamal Mohamed College, Tiruchirappalli is not functioning in
accordance with the Indian Constitution. If there is any doubt in this regard, let us go for a public
debate. I am teacher who lived with a principle of Universal Brotherhood and Justice. It is now
clearly that many of my colleagues in Jamal Mohamed College do not deserve to be a teacher.

Sorry for these questions. Take these questions in a positive manner because you are going to be
the next Principal of Jamal Mohamed College. I may live or be murdered by your principal Sheik
Mohamed!
