Outcome Category: Self-Leadership

Evidence #10

This is an image taken from a Google Form that I sent out to my URI 101
students after I taught all of the material from the syllabus this semester.
I know that I was able to follow through with my teaching because the
student responses included some of the techniques or pieces of advice
that I chose to share in my presentations.

Evidence #14

The diagram that I drew showcases
Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs in a unique
way because I am able to reflect on what
means the most to me in life, how I thrive
in life, and what I need more of.
Outcome Category: Leadership Theories

Evidence #24

This is the worksheet that my CSV 302 professor assigned to me and my
peers. It perfectly reflects the steps of the Management by Objectives
theory because the goals I set for myself followed the S.M.A.R.T.
acronym.
Evidence #42

These two emails sent from my boss touch on the empowering component
of the RLM represented by the Fall Evaluations starting, ethical
component when we went over the Emergency Action Plan, and inclusive
and process-oriented components when my boss reached out for help
from all staff members to clean the spin bikes.

Outcome Category: Inclusive Leadership/Diversity and its Application to
Leadership

Evidence #90

This is a picture of the URI students and the Ecuadorian students and
workers at the construction site we were working on together. I felt like
I adapted to their culture and lifestyle when they taught me the
techniques for shoveling dirt and moving heavy rocks.

Evidence #94

These images show
the competitive
nature of Greek
Life implying that
most of our
members hold a
monocultural
perspective.
Outcome Category: Critical Thinking

Evidence #103

When I got the chance to break a
wooden board at the Sophomore
Breakthrough Experience, I felt a
strong desire to pursue the
Leadership Studies minor because
every student was focused on
bettering themselves to learn how to
lead others (two things I wanted to
learn more about).

Evidence #105

This is a picture of a Rhody Catholic meeting. This virtual environment
raised a problem for me because I was worried I would not be able to
perform my duties of Social Chair over Zoom, so I had to problem solve in
order to reduce the dread that I felt attending these meetings.

Outcome Category: Interpersonal and Organizational Concepts and Skills

Evidence #128

The first image shows how I organize my meetings with my URI 101
students by sending email reminders with additional information that
highlights the agenda for our class. The second image shows how I led
one of my meetings by presenting this Google Slide.

Evidence #153

This is a screenshot of an email I sent one of my URI 101 students after
our one-on-one meeting. I got to know her as a person and was able to
take notes and share tons of resources and relevant information that she
was interested in.
