1. What happen to our life if the modern computer is not invented?

Life would be too different without the invention of the modernized computer because we are using
these most of the times of our days. Without computers, we cannot attend school in the midst of a
pandemic like this and we cannot even retrieve all the important information we need in order to broaden
our knowledge. We won’t be able to experience all its equally important benefits just like in
communicating, it is hard to imagine bringing the traditional and old-fashioned means back like the use of
fax machines, telephones and writing of letters which is really taking too much time before reaching the
recipient.

We will also find it hard to be efficient in accessing different sources for school researches needed,
we will surely maximize the use of libraries just to arrive at the best material for our specific need unlike in
just one click made possible by the computers but of course with the help of the internet. Also, the
capability of computers in terms of storage and transferring files in an unmeasurable period of time would
be considered a great loss--this is, all in all to say that computers helped us reach a stage of betterment
and convenience.

2. How modern computer help us in our daily life?

Living everyday with the wide array of helps carried out by computers is indeed, a life worth enjoying.
These matter in people’s daily activities particularly those who are having businesses, working and of
course, studying. Almost everything that exist around us are now being controlled by or being made
possible by computers-- most of the medical equipment and monitoring tools, government and school
systems, airplanes being designed on computers and such are proofs that computers is making a great
contribution in this quickly changing world.

Here, we can store lots of data and documents, making it easier for us to manage our files with
privacy. As an undeniable fact, that it made communication faster than ever through emails, chats, video
conferences, it also encourages us to value copyright laws, avoid cybercrimes and be careful in order to
lessen the negative matters that may arise.

3. Why our country needs I.T. specialist?

This is because our country is also experiencing modernization caused by globalization, we shouldn’t let
our country be left behind in terms of technology. IT specialists are needed in order to cater for all the technical
necessities of the country, they are in demand nowadays to implement, maintain and monitor the IT systems
being run all around our nation’s borders. They’ll be helpful in terms of analyzing networks, security,
administrating systems, assurance of information, administration of databases, web, and IT audits.

They will help in fixing different technical difficulties just like in hardware, software, systems of computer,
networks and even cloud platforms. They can contribute in many fields of the country’s existing industries that is
why we should encourage some of the youths to try entering this field for a more tech-savvy Philippines.

4. What is the positive and negative impact of Electronic Spreadsheet?

A positive matter about using spreadsheets is it lessens up the expenses of the users because it is readily
available for use and it helps us easily in managing for example, personal budgets and different expenses with
just a little need for training because it is user-friendly. Here, we can quickly organize information in a
customizable sheet with rows and columns and then sort them out as to their type, tools within spreadsheet
software permits us to make a presentation of charts and tables as regards the content for a better understanding
and discussions.

But still, anything we use has its down side, the use of spreadsheet is said to be unproductive in terms of
keeping and organizing information about customers, for instance and the worst is, it is dangerous. First, it can be
conveniently shared to others by simply emailing it and an employee without a loyalty may use this to share to
competitors the confidential information that needed to be kept and protected. But, it isn’t that easy to
communicate it with the people we are working with, inputting new contents and sharing how the flow is going
cannot be understood in just a snap by others because it appears complex to them, when it is actually not.
