Modular Equipment Units (MEUs) are preferred solution for customers including owners, consulting
engineers and contractors. We provide complete end-to-end solution; product design development
till commissioning for your projects. Modularized design and completion in factory shop floors limits
risks, shortens project schedule and of superior quality finishes when compared to traditional field
constructed system.

HVAC Units

A HVAC MEUs provides self-contained unit for or institutional, commercial, and industrial uses. It
offers flexibility to reduce systems overall costs and minimum interfacing requirements.

This has the advantage that can be factory tested and inspected by the client prior to delivery of the
unit to the site for installation. Late client requirements can be identified at this testing stage so that
modifications can be done in the factory rather than in the more difficult working environment of the
project site. This also reduces the commissioning work required to be done on site because operation
of the system including the correct functioning of control systems has already been completed and
tested.

A further advantage of a HVAC MEUs is that installation is fast, requiring the lowering of the skid-
based HVAC unit onto a prepared matching foundation, connection of electrical and drain
connections and installation of a minimum of ducting.

General Plants – Chillers, boilers etc.

Modular Equipment Units plants are custom designed, factory assembled and performance tested
central plants. Plants integrate chillers, boilers, generators, cooling towers, heat exchangers, pumps,
and/ or controls. It can be designed for indoor applications or include an enclosure for outdoor
installation.

A Modular Equipment Units allows the owner and consulting engineer to retain control on the design
and implementation of the central plant. This allows for proper service and maintenance clearances
even for projects with small footprints. Each modular central plant is factory assembled, trained
personnel, tools and cranes are always available. Overall risk is reduced with a third party label for
the entire plant and the quality control element not commonly found with field built systems
Pumping Plants

Pump MEUs provide indoor comfort systems and comprehensive facility solutions for institutional,
commercial, and industrial uses. By combining components into standard configurations, We are able
to offer a product that costs less, and requires less time to manufacture.

All Pump MEUs come with factory mounted controls for pump sequencing and remote monitoring.
Major system components include pumps, variable frequency drives, headers, and structural steel
bases.
