plate vest which only covers your heart, center of chest and lung central point then
and only then would you get the message if you had a helmet on without bullet proof
glass shield even in your office. Our military and LEO;s have a possible 8 inch X 10
inch protective area which will not stop multiple rounds. Some items even designed
by USMC personnel were in the last message as a PDF you really need to look at
NOW !

A bad guy or bad girl firing above the head of the person results in penetration
above, around and results in dead or super wounded people wearing inferior vests.
The ones firing at you are not using BB guns or .22 cal rounds but 7.65 or even full
metal jacket rounds and they fire automatic thus multiple strikes. No one thought of
making a head or helmet pull down bullet proof item 8 x 10 inches either ! Remember
HELMET with no bullet proof glass shield is just opening the face, chin and neck to
enemy fire when a BULLET PROOF GLASS SHIELD OR DRIVING WITH A
PERISCOPE VIEW might protect your face and eyes.

The St. Pete PD was provided with the standard ISSUE GIVEAWAY item from Uncle
which is a plate vest that is useless in a firefight when the person shooting knows
not to fire MASS. I was taught NEVER....NEVER FIRE MASS....two caps popped off to

the head and one held back if the person was still moving. Neck is option if person
wearing a Helmet of any kind. SUPER EFFECTIVE KILLING TECHNIQUE AND
WORKS EVERY TIME unless they are wearing all accessories and helmet with
special bullet proof glass shield helmet like a welder's flip down shield with # 12
LENS ! Mr. Neal from Pinnacle can go to a welding shop and make a bullet proof
shield with his neat bullet proof glass for those who like helmets.

Two officers recently died from shots by a man above them in an attic when Dragon
Skin full protection would have guaranteed no penetration thus no wounds. Do not
think for one minute we are Audie Murphy running inside a building with a shooter to
save someone not properly equipped NOR will we second guess the Feds who had
control at the St. Pete shootings. Once the wife said her husband is in the attic I

Think of two St. Pete PD Officers who could not possibly have been shot with the
guy in the attic, including also the cute plate vest worn by the Deputy U.S. Marshal
which looks so MASCULINE AND CUTE but protects nothing from the top or sides let
alone underneath should the perp be firing under a vehicle or in a manhole.
NOTHING YOU WOULD PURSUE AS A STORY ! Think again as you will be
saving THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS OF LIVES ! Worth asking the editor or
some Veteran about their experiences ? You do not have to TIP the other Reporter
to your STORY, just ask some stupid questions or wear a VEST item inside and ask
where your fellow reporters would SHOOT YOU ! No BODY ARMOR THERE you die

Hello sir,

I did read the first few e-mails you sent. But I did not see in them or any of the
others that followed anything that I would pursue as a story.

I do appreciate your input and all the time and work that you obviously put into
these messages. But I don't want you to continue wasting time on me, and
