WHAT IS OUR MISSION?


As an organization, we aim to end
discriminatory hiring practices by increasing
technology education for hiring managers
and business professionals. In a world that is
increasingly tech-driven, we want to support
businesses by building up knowledge that
will be complimentary to technology usage in
hiring decisions.

WHAT IS THE POINT?


Diversity in the work place has shown a
constant growth in innovation and
productivity within a company. A larger
pool of people from a wider variety of
backgrounds, brings in different ways of
thinking which then leads to a more
successful business at the end of the
day. This is what we want!

HOW DO WE TEACH
D.A.D.?
Our goal is teach businesses and
corporation with a hands-on approach.
We are aware that each business is
different so there will be variation
within our teaching methods. Our plan is
to first promote the benefits of a
diverse workplace, diagnosing the
current issue, and finally understanding
and executing the system put into
place.

HOW IS TECHNOLOGY
INVOLVED?
Technology plays a larger and larger
role everyday in businesses hiring
practices. With our system in place, you
would be able to rid your company of
discrimination that is not always visible.
We will teach hiring managers how to
detect unconscious biased that is able
to hide within technological algorithms.
